New Year's eve

Well last night did not go the way we had planned. Rylee got up around midnight and I changed here and gave her some milk. I laid down with her and she went to slept around 1:30am. I went back to our bed and went to sleep until she was up again around 3:30am. Beth tried to get her to snuggle in and sleep with us, but she was wide awake. So we came out to watch TV and I tried to snooze on the sofa. Beth got up around 7am and took a shower. I got Rylee dressed, but she want Dawn to do her hair. Dawn came down around 8am. I was too tired to go to Shady Maple with the gang. I went back to sleep after they left and slept until 11:15am. I took a shower and was just getting dressed when they got home. Dawn and Rylee left to go home and I settled in to watch the football games today. Beth spent the afternoon in the office on the computer and doing bills.

Movie with kids...

I got to sleep in until after 8am. Kim dropped off Jojo and Rylee slept until 9am. The kids played together all morning and then we had some lunch. We left around 1pm to go see Big Hero 6. The movie was packed and we had to sit in the front section. It was a cute show and we all enjoyed it. We came home and Kim picked up Jojo around 4pm. Dawn got here around 5pm. I went to get Rylee's things together in her room and she was just coming in to the room when I took her stuff out. She stayed in the room for awhile and we thought she was playing. I went to check on her and she was sound asleep. So we ordered dinner and she will be staying the night again, which is ok since we are going to Shady Maple for breakfast in the morning.

Win not good enough...

We both got up late this morning. Beth went to 10:30am mass and I got the rest of the food ready for the party. It just sucks that I now have to ask for some much help doing things, but I have to get used to it. The usually group was here for the party. It was good to end the season with a win, but it was not good enough for the Eagles or the chiefs. every one left around 7pm and we got everything cleaned up in time to watch the last regular season game.

Busy day...

I got up around 8:45am this morning. I took a shower and had to go to Wal-mart. I explained the issues with my prescription and they had to wait for the doctor to come in. So I went and did some shopping and then went back. They said the doctor wrote sometime down, but gave me something different. So after they called the contact place, it turns out I have to wait until the pair I ordered comes in and then call then and explain the mistake and they will send me a new box and a box to sent the others in. What a mess. I then had to go to Target and the grocery store. I was really tired when I got home. Beth got home about an hour after me and we had lunch. Beth went downstairs to clean and I took a short nap. We had to go to BJ's for several things for the party tomorrow and then stopped and got pizza for dinner. I am so ready for bed now and tomorrow will be another busy day.

Christmas over...

I slept until after 9am this morning. I got my test result back and the number for my blood count were lower than last time and we will see what the doctor has in store next for me. I went to Wal-mart the afternoon for a few things and the crowds were not as bad as I thought. We had Christmas with Jojo and Rylee tonight, so all the present are gone from under the tree. We will clean up the downstairs tomorrow as we have the end of the season football party on Sunday.

Merry Christmas...

Beth was up and at 8am mass. I got up and took a shower and collected Kyle and Payton's gifts. We had Christmas with the boys and they enjoyed their packages. We can home and I put the ham in the oven. we then opened our gifts. I was a really good girl and got lots of nice things. I then finished making the rest of dinner and we ate around 2:30pm. It was all very good and we will have lots of leftovers. We then spent the rest of the afternoon in from of the TV and playing with our gifts. It was a great day and a Merry Christmas.

Visit with the kids...

We were up around 8am. I took a shower and left to give blood. I was back home in time to visit with CJ and Liz. The were here about an hour and a half and then headed out. We went to Reading to go to the Restaurant Store and to Chipotle's for lunch. We stopped by Michael's on the way home. They already had their Christmas stuff at 70% off and have very little stuff. We came home and Beth too a nap. We had dinner and I cleaned up the kitchen. I have to take Kyle for a interview tomorrow and then will be began making part of Christmas dinner. We will be at Dawn and Jo's house most of tomorrow night, so you can call my cell or just wait til Christmas day and we can talk then.

Tired...

I so did not want to get out of bed this morning, but I needed an adjustment. After our adjustments, we went to the post office, got breakfast, and stopped to get a wreath for the cemetery. We stopped by the house and were off again to Shady Maple. We were too full to eat but will be back for the great food. We did some shopping and found what we needed and headed home. I crashed on the sofa for a 15 minute nap and felt better afterwards. I had to go to super wal-mart to get my temp. contacts and then stopped by the grocery store. Beth had to pick up Jojo from school as Kim had some shopping to do. I called to get back in for another adjustment and my back feels a lot better. We had dinner at TGI Friday's and came home to watch MNF. I am off to bed as we are shopping tomorrow and I have to give blood for my test.

Spending the day with Rylee...

We were up around 8:30am this morning. I took a shower and headed out to do some errands and Beth went to church. I wanted to stop at the grocery store as my last errand, but it was a mad house and I can do it tomorrow. I came home and Beth was about 20 minutes behind me. Dawn asked if we could watch Rylee for a couple hours and we said sure. Her and I spend most of the day in the Winnie the pooh tent watching a movie and having snacks. We took her home around 5pm. We had dinner and are watching the football game.. It is not looking good for mom's team.

Eagles lose...AGAIN

We were up around 8:30am this morning. Beth had to go do some shopping and I stayed home. Both of our back need adjustments and Monday can not come fast enough. Beth stopped and picked up chicken for dinner and we settled in to watch the Eagles lose another games they should have won and been fighting for a playoff spot. Instead they go home big fat loser. It was strange to watch games on Saturday, but I will be all confused when the game come on tomorrow. I think were a both done with Christmas shopping and everything is under the tree.

Movie day....

We did not get up until after 9am.  Beth's phone rang and it was Dawn. She was on her way over and then her and Beth were going shopping. They left around 10am and went to breakfast first, then shopping. I finished folding laundry and left around 1:30pm. I had a couple places to stop before going to the movies. I saw Interstellar. It started at 2:30pm and was done by 5:30pm. I stopped at BJ's for a few things and came home. We went to dinner and stopped at Radio Shack for a new phone battery.

Cleaning...

Beth was up and out the door by 8:15 am. She had to go give blood and was back home by 9:15am. I took my shower and we had breakfast together. I had to go get the final Christmas present for Beth and a couple bags for other presents. I then finished wrapping everything I had. We then began cleaning the house and it really needed it. We had Dawn and Rylee over for dinner and a movie. I took Rylee home and Dawn watched football with us.

Dentist...

We were up around 8am. We had breakfast and took showers. we left and went to Kohl's, Best Buy, and CVS.  We picked up lunch at WAWA and came home. I hat to left for my dentist appointment. I was back home by 2:30pm and picked up Beth. We went to Costco for AAA batteries. I got gas as it was $2.45 a gallon and we came home. We got a pizza from Costco and baked it at home. It was really good for the price and size. We will defiantly get another one there.

Birthday treats...

We were both up by 8am. Sal came by to get a few toys we had for her collection. After she left, Beth took Buster to the vet to get looked out. I took a shower and but batter in the oven for a sheet cake. Beth came home and they are treating Buster with a back aliment and see what happens in 10 days. I had an eye doctor appointment and my prescription has changed again. so I ordered a trial pair first to make sure they are good. I came home and it was raining cats and dogs. Beth and I constructed Jojo treats for her birthday and Christmas. we used the push up container and add cake and icing layers with a snowman on top. They were really cute. DJ stopped by for a visit and Payton did pretty well today. It seems like maybe he is playing the attention a little bit, so we will see how tomorrow is. After dinner we took the treats over for JOJO to take to school.

NO HOT WATER

We were up around 8am this morning. Beth went to take a shower and no hot water. WTF... We called the company and let them know that this was just fixed a month ago. So to add to the already busy morning, the guy would be here around 11am. I got ready to leave to do some shopping and the lawn mower guy was here to service the mower and add the snow blower. The termite guy was here and gone but the heater guy was now here when I got home. item.He was not sure of the problem and did not like the wiring that was done with the box. Beth and I looked at each other after he went back downstairs and said " well your people wired it". So 3 hours later we have some really hot water and it did not cost us anything. Hope tomorrow is a better day.

Shopping and football

We slept in late and headed to Exton to do some Christmas shopping and had lunch at Chipotle's and boy was it good. We got home right after the 1pm kick off. Beth had to go to a new head light for her card and I finished wrapping the presents. We spent the rest of the day watching football in front of the big screen. Buster had to go back to the vet tomorrow as we think he has now hurt his other knee and will need a brace for it. One thing after another.

Not much...

We were up around 8am this morning. Kim and Lynne dropped Jojo off around 10:30am. There were going Christmas shopping. Jojo and I talked about what she wanted me to make for her to take to school for her birthday next week. We tried to get some ideas for Christmas, but she had very liitle on her list. They picked her up around 1pm and we both took a little nap after she left. We had Chinese for dinner and I am ready for bed. It was cold her today and no sun again.

Slept in..

I had a hard time sleeping last night and got up around 5am, but went back to bed around 6:15am. Not sure what time Beth came to bed, but she did not get up until almost 11am. I finished wrapping the Christmas presents we had and found we needed a few more. I picked up Rylee from school around 4:30pm and we cam home. we had dinner and watched a movie before going to her house. I put her down and Dawn and Jo came home around 10:30pm. They were able to get a lot of their shopping down for Christmas.

Wrapping...

Beth was up and at the dentist by 9am. I got up and took a shower. We had to go to Costco and pick up something that Dawn and Jo wanted for Rylee for Christmas. We then came home and I started to wrapping the gifts that I needed to ship. Beth helped me get everything form the attic and I wrapped everything on the dinning room table. We left and took the package to the Pack and ship place and then to the grocery store. We went over DJ's house to see how Payton was doing and Kyle was sick also. We came home around 3pm. Dawn and Rylee came over early for dinner and left around 5:45pm. I started wrapping a few more presents and watched the football game. We had a covering of snow this morning, but was gone by the afternoon.

Shopping done.,..

We were up and had breakfast and showers by 9:30am. DJ called and said they were taking Payton to CHOP emergency room. His eye site was not getting any better. We left and went shopping at Toys R us, the Container Store, BJ's whole sale club, and finally Kohl's. We were able to get the kids Christmas shopping all done, but now we have to wrap everything. My goal is to get mom's box in the mail by Saturday. I was really tired when we got home and took a 15 minute nap. We had updates from DJ most of the day, but they think he has migraines. I went over to check on Kyle around 6:30pm and made sure he had dinner, fed the dog, and did his homework.

More rain...

I did not get up until 9am this morning. It was raining and again a yucky day. Beth had to go up to see her brother and we had lunch when she got home. We then went to see our finical guy and came home. Beth took a 3 hour nap and will have a hard time going to bed tonight. I got caught up on a few of the shows I missed when we were gone. After dinner, we went to Staples, AC Moore, and Best Buy.

Shopping...

We were up at 7:30am this morning. We went to see Dr. Bill for well needed adjustments. We then went to Costco, Staples, and Bed  Bath and Beyond. We came home  and had some lunch then left to go to Exton. We went to BJ's wholesale club and Bed Bath and Beyond. We finally got home around 3pm. It was only 30 degrees outside and windy. I took a little nap and then we sorted through all the mail from last week. We had dinner and took some stuff up to Dawn and Jo. We and now watching the Packers kick butt for off to bed I go. Suppose to get rain the next few day and cold weather. Is it time to go to the condo yet?

Laundry day...

We slept until after 8:30am this morning. It was sure nice to sleep in our own bed. We had breakfast and showers. Beth went to 10:30am mass and stopped by WAWA on the way home for a paper and milk. We had some lunch and I started laundry. We had 5 loads today with all the clothes from vacation. Beth worked on her Christmas cards and I worked on buying Pokémon cards on Ebay for Payton for Christmas. I know nothing about Pokémon, so I hope they are the right thing. I watched the Redzone most of the day and Beth watched the Eagles lose to Seattle. It was cold today and I so hope to go to the condo and warm weather soon.

Finally Home...

We got up around 6am this morning. We finished packing and called for bell service to help us with our bags around 7:30am. We then had some breakfast and caught the bus to the airport. We got all settled in and found our flight was delayed an hour. There was some bad weather in Philly. We finally took off around and had a fairly nice flight. We landed and went to get our bags. It took forever for them to finally come up the ramp. The driver was waiting for us in a mini van. The one thing that was not big enough for all the people and bags. We did manage to get everything stuffed in and headed out. It was rainy and cold, but we finally made it home around 5pm. we got some dinner and picked up Buster. We had to stop at Kohl's and pick up a few things for the Beth to take to church tomorrow. Finally home and just relaxing.

Last Day...

We were up around 8:30am. We headed to the Magic Kingdom around 10am. I skipped the scooter today and did the walking. We saw Bella and then the frozen girls. We had some lunch and it began to rain. Beth, Eileen, and myself headed to the boat to come back to the room. The rest stayed and rode rides. I was able to get a lot of the packing done before we headed to dinner. We meet a couple of Joan's friends for dinner and had a great time. The took Joan and Eileen back to the room and Beth and I went to Goofy's candy company to finishing using our snacks. We then came back to the room and finished packing for tomorrow. We will catch the bus for the airport at 8:30am and be home by 2pm. It has been a great trip and we have had fun.

Day of rest....

We got up around 7:30am and took showers. we had breakfast and Chef Mickey and then rode the monorail to the Grand Floridian and looked around there at the large gingerbread house. Beth went to Magic Kingdom do see why some of Rylee's picture did not show up and the rest of us came back to the room. Dawn Jo, and Rylee went swimming. Joan and Eileen took a nap and I waited for Beth and had lunch. We came back to the room and then went swimming and used the hot tub. We all came back to the room around 3pm and rested until 5pm. We then took the boat to the Backyard Bar-B-Que with Mickey and his friends. Beth and I came back to the room and the rest of the gang went back to Magic Kingdom. It was nice to just have a day of rest.

Hollywood.....

We were up around 8am this morning. We had some breakfast and took showers. Beth and I left around 10am to go to Hollywood Studios. We rented a scooter again for the day. We had some lunch and did a little shopping before meeting up with everyone else. We saw the Disney Jr. show and when headed for a couple rides. we had dinner and then saw the Osborne Holiday lights. We came back around 8pm and I am so read for bed.

Rain Rain Go Away....

We got to sleep til 8:30am this morning. We got up took showers and headed to Magic Kingdom. I had to finally give in and get a scooter today. Just could not do the walking anymore. Which made me sad as I think this means the iron shots are not working, but will not try to think about it until we know something for sure. We were finally able to do the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and what a blast it was. Rylee and Dawn got in the first car and Rylee loved the roller coaster. We were able to hit a lot of rides before the clouds rolled in and the rain began. We were able to find shelter and wait it out a bit. The crowds really thinned out and we hit several more rides with very little wait time. Tonight was the Christmas party but the rain was not in our favor. We all got soaked and I came home. The rest stayed for the parade, but that got cancelled and they came home. It was still a good day.

Down day...

I got up around 8am. The rest of the gang was already at Magic Kingdom at BBB get Rylee made into a Princess. I did a couple loads of laundry and then headed over around 10am. I took the train to the back of the park and meet Beth. We meet up with everyone else and had some lunch. We did the Peter Pan ride and then went our separate ways. Beth and I did some shopping, while Dawn, Jo, and Rylee headed back to the lodge to go swimming. Joan and Eileen did some shopping also. It started to rain just as we got on the boat. We sat under the roof on the dock until the rain stopped , then headed to the room. We both took a nap until dinner. We ate O'hana and it was a great meal. Rylee fell asleep at dinner as she was dead tired. Dawn, Rylee, Beth, and I took a cab back to lodge. Dawn put Rylee to bed and then headed back to meet the rest of the gang at the park. Beth and I stayed in the room for some rest as tomorrow is going to be a long day.

Day off...

I did not get up until 8:30am and was the third one up. Today was a day off and anyone could do what they wanted. Joan and Eileen when to downtown Disney around 11am. Dawn, Jo, and Rylee when to Magic Kingdom. Beth and I had lunch in the room, went to the hot tub and I took a little nap. We all meet at downtown Disney at T-Rex for dinner. We then caught the bus home and was back in the room around 8:30pm. Jo, Rylee and I all stayed in the room and the rest went to Magic Kingdom for shopping and to see the fireworks. It was good to have a day off to rest, but we will hit it hard the next 2 days. Mom, please tell father I am so sorry I did not call on his birthday. Time just gets away from you when you are here. I hope he did get the card we sent.

Happy Birthday Rylee...

We were up around 7:30am. Beth and I took showers before Rylee's birthday cake was delivered at 8:30am. It was a nice cake with the Frozen theme. We got ready and headed to Magic Kingdom. It was a very cool morning and never really got any warmer. We rode some rides and got several character signings. We had dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern and then came back to the room for a quick change into warm cloths and headed to the Pirate and Pals firework cruise. It was a great way to see the fireworks and we had a grate time. I am so ready for bed. It was a struggle today and glad we have a day off tomorrow.

Happy Thanksgiving...

We were up around 7am. Everyone else got up within an hour. We took showers and had breakfast. Joan and Eileen's plane took off on time and landed on time. We went down to the lobby and meet them. Their room was not ready so they stored their stuff in our room. We then caught the bus and went to EPCOT. We saw several characters and then went for a ride on Sorin'. It was so much fun and one of Rylee's favorite rides. We then got some lunch and headed to the countries. Rylee saw Mulan in China and Belle in France. We then headed back to the from and had our pictures take on funny backgrounds. we had dinner and saw Mickey, Chip & Dale, and Pluto. Rylee loved them. The road on last ride inside the hugh golf ball and had a great time. We made it back to the room around 9:15pm and I am ready for bed. I got very tired towards the end of the day and hope each day will be better.

Made it....

We were up at 3am this morning. We took showers and Dawn picked up at 3:45am. The drive was 20 minutes late and got lost several times. We made it to the airport around 5:20 am. Some reporter was there and asked me a few questions about travelling and off we went. I guess my interview was on the radio, who knew. We made it through security and boarded the plane. Everyone did great and it was a totally booked flight. We landed about 5 minutes later, but no big deal. we hoped on the Magical Express and got to the lodge around 11am. We dropped our bags at bell services and went to downtown Disney. It was a little rainy, but not bad at all. We ate at Earl of Sandwich and walked over to Disney Quest. I think I did pretty good. My hips and legs were kinda sore from not doing much walking until today, but I fell pretty good. we will see how I feel tomorrow. We came back around 4pm and got into our room. I unpacked our stuff and we all put away the groceries. We were all dragging by now, so a good rest in the room worked well. we went to dinner in the lodge restraint and it was pretty good. It is now time for bed and I am so ready. We heard the home got about 3 inches of snow and we are hoping Joan and Eileen make it out in the morning.

Ready...

We were up at 5am this morning. Buster had a grooming appt. at 7am. I finish cleaning house and everything was packed. We went to pick up Buster and to Lowe's around 9:30am. Beth had a hair appt. at 11 and was back home for lunch. We took Buster over to DJ's house around 2pm and then came home and Beth did the floors. DJ text us to let us know Buster had already peed in the house twice. We found a spot in our house where he had also peed. Not good. Beth had an appt. for an adjustment at 6:15pm and then we went to dinner. we dropped that bags off with Dawn and I am so ready for bed. It appears the snow will miss us in the morning and it will only be rain. Mom, I will call you when we get to Disneyworld.

Just about ready...

We got up at 6am this morning. We are trying to get up early each day so the 3am wake up will not be as bad. I had an appointment to see Dr. Bill as my hip was not right. He adjusted it and it felt better. We stopped at Dunkin for breakfast and then headed to the out mall. we had a few places to go and then headed home for lunch. I had a hair appointment at 1pm and pick up Beth when I was done. We went to Wal-mart and then to the mall. Beth was able to find a wedding ring she like and we purchased. I am still looking, but did see a couple that might work. We finished packing and I did a couple loads of laundry. We had a few thing tomorrow to do and will be ready to go. It looks like the snow will hold off until the afternoon, so there should be no delays leaving.

Lights up...

We got up around 7am this morning. Beth went to church and I did some stuff around the house. After Beth got home, we had breakfast and then went to put up the Christmas light on the house. It was kinda nice out and the lights went up easy. We decided we were not going to decorate much as we will be leaving 4 weeks after we get back for Disney to for to Florida for the winter. Beth went to help Dawn put up her lights and I got all the ornaments out from the back room for our tree. Beth put most of them on the tree as I went to Michael's for the sale they had today. We had dinner with Dawn and Jo  and then came home. We will get up at 6am in the morning as to make getting up at 3am on Wednesday a little easier.

Cleaning...

We were up around 8am this morning. We took showers and had breakfast. I started cleaning the house and Beth went to watch Jojo play hockey. I ran some errands and then had lunch. we had dinner with Dawn, Jo, Joan, Eileen, Rylee and her cousins. We talked a lot about Disney and are so looking forward to vacation.

movies...

We were up around 8:30am this morning. We took showers and had some breakfast. I finished folding and putting away the laundry. We had lunch and I went to the movies to se the new Hunger Games movie and Beth went to see her brother. I then had to get gas and went to Wal-Mart. It was a little warmer today and will be sunny and 46 tomorrow. We want to get the light on the house put up as it may not be nice weather when we return from Disney.

Cater found...

We were up around 7am this morning. Beth had already taken her shower and jumped in when she was done. Rylee was already awake when I went into her room. She got dressed and had breakfast. Beth got home form the doctor's in time go with us to take Rylee to school. We came home and had our breakfast and then left to go meet another cater. What a difference from the first one. We chatted for about 40 minutes and left with some samples. We came home and had some of the samples and boy were they good. She will have a proposal some time next week, but she is high on the list. We had dinner and Dawn's house and came home to watch football. The chiefs look like slugs tonight and might lose to an 0 and 10 team.

Cold again...

We were up around 7am. I took a shower and then got Rylee ready for school. After Beth, her shower, we headed to school. Boy was it cold out. The temperature gauge read 29 degrees.  We meet with our finical guy and got home around 12:30. We had lunch and I left to go run some errands. Dawn and Rylee had dinner will mom mom and came by around 9pm. Dawn put Rylee down and I am so ready for bed now.

Sleep over...

We were up around 8am and had showers. We went to meet a catering company, but were not impressed. We have another meeting on Thursday, so hope that one goes better. Dawn and Rylee came over and we had Taco Tuesday. Rylee stayed the night and we were take her to school in the morning. It was cold today. At 5pm the weather man said with the wind if felt like 18 degrees and tomorrow will be colder.

cold rainy yucky day....

We were up around 7am this morning. We left the house and stopped by Beth's bank before headed to see Dr. Bill. We then went to my bank and came home. It was raining and very cold out. Liz came by around noon and her and Beth got her signed up for insurance. We were notified that our insurance was going up by $80 a month. We had soup and sandwiches for dinner and it hit the spot.

another cold day...

We both slept in this morning. Beth went to 10:30am mass and I went to Wal-Mart. It was another cold day, but we will have it that way for a few more day. We watched the Redzone for the early games and saw the chiefs win. The Eagles are not go well and I don't think they will win, but still have a lot more game to watch.

Cold....

We got up around 8:30am this morning. We had breakfast and took showers. It was 35 degrees out and a little windy. We worked on getting all the t-shirts done and everything for Disney in order. We left to go to Joan house for dinner around 5pm. After dinner, we discussed the Disney plans and all the activities we had planned. It was a fun evening and we are all excited about going.

Sitting...

We were up around 8am. We took shower and had some breakfast. It was cold out side and there was still a covering of snow, but it did not last long with the sun out. We headed to KOP for some shopping and then stopped at AC Moore and the Hallmark store. We had some lunch at home and then went to pick up Rylee from school. We went to McDonald's play land and had dinner. We came home and we decorated out magic bands for Disney and watched The Incredible.  We then took Rylee home and put her to bed. Dawn and Jo had dinner with some friends and got home around 11pm.

Almost done...

Rylee came in and woke me up around 6:45am. I got her some chocolate milk and turned on the TV for her. I Made her and Beth some cheesy eggs and sausage for breakfast and then took my shower. After my shower, I got Rylee ready for school and Beth took her shower. We headed out the door and dropped her off around 8:30am. We came home and finished working on the t-shirts for Disney. Beth's brother Frank stopped by and we all went to lunch around noon. He stopped us back at home and headed to see a friend of his. Dawn and Rylee came by for dinner around 5:30pm and we had lasagna and garlic bread. I then gave Rylee a bath and they left to go home around 8pm. We are watching TNF but are not long for bed. It snowed here tonight and will be cold for the next week or so.

Sleep over...

We were up around 8am this morning. Beth went out to do some yard work and I worked in the house. we left around 1:30pm to go meet the cake baker. We were able to secure our date and went over the details for the cake. We purchased some cupcakes from there and had them for dinner. Dawn and Rylee came by for sinner around 6pm. we had fried chicken with mac and cheese. We watched Maleficent as it is now Rylee's favorite move. Dawn put Rylee to bed and headed home. We will take Rylee to school tomorrow after having pancakes and sausage for breakfast.

Getting colder...

I got up around 8:30am and Beth was already up. We had breakfast and I took a shower. We went and cleaned out the garage so we could put the car back in it. We cleaned off the pool cover and stored it in the garage. We feed the birds, squirrels, and deer. Beth then cut the grass one final time. Most of the leaves have fallen and the temperatures will be cold this week-end. They say the high will only be low 40's and the low will be in the 20's. We then went to KOP to do some shopping at JC Penny's and stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. Then went to BJ's and finally came home. I am tired, so going to bed early tonight.

Clean up...

We were up around 8:30am this morning. We took showers and had breakfast. We then went to the garage and packed up the Halloween stuff and put it in the attic. I then went out and started cleaning out the flower beds. We are getting very cold weather the end of the week and I wanted to get some stuff outside done before then. Beth and Jojo went to the movies and I stayed home to work on some stuff. We are now watching the Eagles beat up on the Panthers.

Good day for football...

Beth was up and at church by 8am. I got up a little before 9am and Beth was just getting home. we had breakfast and read the paper. We then went to Exton to go to Michael's as we had a coupon and then things we wanted were on sale. We stopped at Chipotle's and got burrito bowl and brought them home to eat. We then settled in to watch football. It was a good day as mine, dawn, and mom's team all won. Beth's eagles play tomorrow and we are hoping to keep the streak alive.

Not much....

We did not do a whole lot today. We worked on some Disney stuff, some wedding stuff, and I watched football. Beth spent time catching up on playing pogo and going through her mail. We had roast, potato, and carrots for dinner.

No hot water...

I got up around 7:30 am this morning. Beth slept another hour and then got up. I started laundry and took a shower. The shower felt a little cool, but I just figured it took a while for the hot water. So Beth took a shower next and had only cold water. So I went down stairs to make sure there was no leak and there was not. So we put a call in and they said someone would be out today. I went to get Buster his pills and then to the store. When I got back, the furnace guy was here. It appear a part was not working correctly and they had to see it they had one in stock. The guy left and came back with what we needed. Now we just have to see it the part was covered under the warranty. I had laid out chicken for dinner. When I went to fix it, boy it smelt bad. So in the trash it went. So we called Dawn to see what they were doing and we ended up going up there and having pizza and a movie night. What fun.

Trip from hell...

I got up around 8:15am. I took a shower and had some breakfast. I took Buster over to DJ's house for a visit with her dog. DJ brought Buster home around 2pm and they had a great time playing together. It rained most of the day and was raining when I went to pic Beth up at the airport. I listened to the traffic and they favorite word for traffic was JAMMED and they were right. It took me almost 2 1/2 hours to get to the airport. It was bumper to bumper traffic. We made good time coming home and stopped at Cheeseburger Cheeseburger in Oaks for dinner.  Beth was glad to be home and I was glad to have her.

Final day....

I got up around 8:15 am. I took a shower and had breakfast. I started a load of laundry and vacuumed the house. I had to go get lottery tickets for the big drawing tonight. I talked to Beth when she arrived in Phoenix. She was tired and ready to come home.

Second iron shot...

I got up around 8:30 am this morning. I took a shower and had some breakfast. I then ordered all the food we wanted delivered for our Disney trip. I then headed to the hospital for my second iron shot. I did not have to wait long before headed back to the chair. I had a new nurse and she tried to start the IV. The vein collapsed in the left arm, so she tried in the right arm. It was even worse as her and another nurse could not find a vein. So the guy I had last week, came by and was able to get it going in the left arm. So after 20 minutes of being stuck with needles, I finally got the iron shot. After the 30 minute wait time, I left around noon. I headed to the voting place and there was no line. I was number 211. I then got a hoagie from the Boy Scouts selling right out the door. Boy are they good. I had to go to Best Buy as Maleficent came out on dvd today. I then came home and did a few chores around the house. Beth will be leaving Mexico tomorrow and staying in Phoenix overnight.

Feeling better...

I was actually up by 6:50am this morning. Not sure why, but it had been a long time since I got up that early. I took a shower and was on the computer until I had to leave to go see Dr. Bill. After my adjustment, I went to Target, Party City, The Sprit store, and to Wal-mart. I came home around 11am and felt pretty good. My legs are really heavy, but I don't seem to be as winded. I  go back for my second iron shot tomorrow and to talk to the doctor.  I had dinner with Dawn and Rylee and watched part of the football game there. We were able to face time with Beth tonight. Mom, that is where you can see the person you are talking to on the computer or ipad.

Eagles win but lose...

I got up around 8:30am . I took a shower and had breakfast. I worked some stuff for the wedding and cleaned the kitchen, before football started. I watched the red zone and did some play by play for Beth. She was on the computer in Mexico, but it had a big lag in real play and what she heard. The Eagles were able to pull out a win, but lose several players. We will know tomorrow if it is season ending or not. It was very cold and windy here today. I had to take the trash to the road night and had to make 2 trips. I found I was not a tired as I had been, so maybe the iron shot is working.

Cold and Rainy....

I got up at 7:30am as I was suppose to watch Rylee. Jo text me around 8am and said their game was cancelled, so I did not need to watch Rylee. So I spent the rest of the day watching college football. It rained all day and only got to 47 degrees. Beth called and she is not have a good time. She said the wedding was in a place with no a/c and was done in Spanish.

Happy Halloween...

I got up around 8am. I took a shower and started cleaning the kitchen, jelly cabinet, pantry, and a few other cabinets. I left around 3pm to go to Rylee's school. They always do a parade of the kid in they Halloween costumes. I then went to the store and came home. I left around 5:30pm to go to Dawn and Jo's house. wee had dinner and Joan. Eileen, DJ, Maggie, Payton, Bonnie, Loraine, and Pop Pop Pony. The the kids and their parents went trick or treating. Dawn had about a 100 kids come to the door. It is going to rain tomorrow and only be a high of 50. Not good.

Beth made it...

I got up around 7am and let Buster and then went back to bed. I finally got up around 9am and took a shower. I started cleaning our room, the dining room and living room. They look so much better. I went to Dawn's and had dinner whit her and Rylee. We worked on getting her hair ready for tomorrow's Halloween parade at school and then trick or treating. I came home around 8:30pm and watched the TNF game. It was kinda boring, so off to bed. Beth made it to Mexico and it is hot there.

On my own....

We were up around 8:30am this morning. We took showers and headed to the airport around 10am. I dropped Beth off and she headed to Phoenix and then on to Mexico tomorrow. I stopped by Costco on the way home to have them look at my phone. I was missing the weather app and they added it back for me. I came home and finished the laundry and all the t-shirt we had done for the Disney trip. I had dinner with DJ, Maggie, and the boys. It was nice and we had a good visit. It rained most of the day and turn cold. It will only get to the middle 40's on the week-end.

First shot...

We were up around 8am this morning. We left to go the cancer center by the hospital. We got there around 10am and had to fill out some paper work. We finally got to the back around 10:50am, so much for a 10 am appointment. He started the IV and gave me a dose of the iron stuff and I had to wait 30 minutes to make sure there were no reactions. I did get to see the doctor and he seemed please with the test results he had ordered. I sent the poop sample this morning and hope to know something by Friday. I go back again next Tuesday for another dose of iron and hopefully the results of the poop test. We came home and Beth cut the grass and packed for her trip. We set up a few Halloween decoration, but nothing like we usually do. With everything going on, it was just to much to worry about this year. I will have the next 9 days all to myself for what ever I want to do.

Lost poop...

We both slept until after 9am this morning. I took a shower and had some errands to run. We then worked on getting the rest of the t-shirts printed for the Disney trip. I called the doctor's office about my stool sample and they said the lab never got it. So the post office lost my shit, just great. So I had to go back up and get another order form and a sample kit. Lucky for them I was able to go again tonight and will send it off tomorrow. Busy day for Beth as she is down to the wire getting things ready to leave on Wednesday.

Eagles loss...

We got up late this morning. Beth went to 10:30am mass and I watched the football game that came on at 9:30am. It was kinda strange watching football before breakfast. Beth brought lunch home and we ate it before going to Dawn and Jo's house to drop off Rylee's stuff. We came home and settled in to watch the 1pm games. The Eagles played at 4:05pm and did not look good. I went to the scrapbook room to watch the Redzone instead of the game. We have a busy 2 days to get some things done before Beth leaves on Wednesday.

Saying good bye to a great man

We were up around 8am and took showers. We headed out the door and to the funeral home to say our final good-byes to a great man. Joe Santini was a man with a great smile and nice hugs. He loved his family and friends and will be missed by all. After the service we went to lunch and then over to Joan's house for some good visits with fiends. We were back home around 5pm and I found out my Aunt Janie had passed away. Not a great week-end.

Keeping Rylee busy...

Beth was up early and took Buster to the vet. He has had a change in behavior with regards to food. He seem very aggressive when someone has some and he does not. The took some x-rays, but did not really see any thing and said he may be getting senile with his age. So they did some test and should know something in a day or two. We picked up Rylee from school and went to see the movie The Book of Life. It was cute and she enjoyed it. we then came home and she made a card for Pop Pop to put in the casket. We then headed over to Joan to set up the food for everyone who came over after the viewing. We are going to the viewing and the service tomorrow. I did get some results from my blood work, but don't really know what it means and will have to wait for the doctor to get to back to me. I just saw them on-line.

Painting pumpkins...

We were up around 9am this morning. we took showers and had breakfast. we headed to Ikea for some shopping and had lunch there. We then went to BJ's wholesale club for more shopping and came home. Dawn dropped off Rylee around 5:30pm and left. We had dinner and then painted pumpkins with glow in the dark paint. They turned out really cool, but needed a full charge of sunlight. We took Rylee up to her house and put her to bed around 8:30pm. Dawn and Jo came home around half time of the game.

Payton sick

We were up and out the door around 10am. We headed to KOP to drop off some papers for the lawyer. As I was waiting in the car for Beth to exit the lawyer's office, Maggie called. She said Payton was sick and wanted to know if we could pick him up. I explained to her what we were doing and she said her brother might be able to pick him up. So when Beth was finished, we picked up Payton and took him to our house. He looked like he did not feel well. I went to the store and stopped to get him some children's Tylenol. I came home and gat him some and he took a little nap. Beth went to go put flowers on her mom's grave as it was he birthday. Payton felt better at awhile and we printed out some pages for him to color. DJ and Maggie came to pick him up around 3:30pm and Beth came home shortly after that. So we will try for Ikea and the movies tomorrow.

Busy day...

I did not sleep well last night as I had a lot on my mind. I got up around 8:30am and took a shower. I went to go give blood again for the additional test and was back home by 10:30am. We had some lunch and I left for a hair appointment at 1pm and was back home by 2:30pm. We had to go meet a lady as we purchase a couple doll cases and then meet Dawn, Jo, Joan, Eileen, and Rylee for dinner. We went to Dawn and Jo's hose for a while and them came home. I am headed to bed as I am kinda tired tonight.

Doctor visit...

We were up at 7:30am this morning as we had appoints to see Dr. Bill for adjustments. It was cold out and we had our first frost last night. After seeing, DR. Bill we went to Bed Bath and Beyond as they had a blow up bed on sale that we wanted for Florida. We then came home and Beth was on the phone most of the morning with Disney. With Jo's dad passing away on the week-end, we needed to make changes to the Disney reservations. I had a doctor appointment at 3:40pm to see what was wrong with my iron. He wants to run some more test and is waiting for my spool sample to come back and will then go from there. It is a little scary with the many thing it could be and some are not good. SO we play the wait and see game for awhile.

Good football games today...

Beth was up and at church by 8am. I tried to sleep in, but Buster made sure I got up to let him out. we had some breakfast and Beth went out to cut the grass. It was a little chilly on the mower as the outside temperature was only 53 degrees. I put a brisket in the oven and we went to watch the first set of games. They were all pretty close and very good games to watch. It was good to see the Chiefs and Cardinals got a win as the Eagles are on a bye week.

Wedding stuff...

We were up around 8:30am. we had breakfast and showers and then I started the laundry. we spent most of the day working on stuff for the wedding. Dawn and Rylee got here around 6:15 and we had dinner. Jo dropped by for a visit and then they left around 8pm. We settled in to watch the football game and it was a good close game.

Royals in the world series....

We were up around 8:30am this morning. The doctor's office called with my blood work and are sending me to see a Hematologist as my iron count is way too low. So I had to go get my paperwork and made an appointment for Monday afternoon. After lunch, we worked on getting some of the iron on transfers done for the Disney trip in Nov. We finished on batch and will on the rest tomorrow. I picked up Rylee from school and she said she did not want to go to swimming and was tired. She had her flu injection on Tuesday and might be feeling some effects from it. So we came home and had pizza for dinner. It was good to see the Royals winning and headed to the World Series. It is been far to long for them.

Honeymoon plans all set...

We were up late last night watching the football game and thus I did not get up until 9:30am. Beth left for a hair cut appointment and I took a shower. I went downstairs to play with the imagine machine as I was having issues getting it to print. We had lunch when Beth got home and then she left to go set up the honeymoon plans. I do now some of it, but have left it up to her to plan. We then worked on some of the wedding stuff and made great progress. It was warm today, so I got to wear shorts all day. Yeaaaaa

Another football sunday...

We did not get up until after 9am. Beth took a shower and went to church. We had lunch when she got home and then settled in to watch football. Beth called Dawn to see if she wanted to come down and we found out she fell down the stairs last night and was really sore. She did not break anything, but hurt her back. Rylee called around 4pm and asked if we could come up. So we went up to watch football at their house and to keep Rylee out of Dawn's hair for awhile. Jo got home around 8pm and we came home to watch eat Eagles play.

Pumpkin picking...

We were up around 8:45am this morning. It was still doing the misty rain, but was suppose to stop around noon. Sure enough it did and Dawn and Rylee came down to pick us up to go to Linvilla. It was about 45 minutes away but a really cool place. The grow a large variety of produce and have a large assortment of pumpkins. We went on a hayride to see the orchard and plan to go back next year for some produce. We then picked out our pumpkins and Rylee and I went to the play area, while Dawn and Beth paid for the pumpkins. we had apple cider and apple cider donuts. Yum Yum. Rylee got her face painted and looked really cute. We finally came home around 5pm. It was a fun cold day.

Rain is coming....

We were up around 7:30am. We had showers and headed to Joan's house to help her with her computer. We had a good visit and enjoyed our time. We came home around 11am and I dropped Beth off. I went to the dollar tree store to get the candle holders for the wedding. I wanted 36 of them and hoped they had them in a box in the back. No such luck, nor did they have any boxes to put them in according to the manager. So they I stood in line waiting for the cashier to ring them up and wrap each one individually. The manager finally had to come out and help others as there were 9 people waiting. I tried to make it easy on them. but noooo. I came home and the water softener guy was here for the annually inspection. DJ came by with her dog for another play date. We will tack Buster over next week to their house and hopefully things go good also. We picked up Rylee from school and took her to swimming lessons. We was able to swim half the pool with no help. She is doing good. Rain is on it's way as it did the misting thing all afternoon. We are going to get pumpkins and have cider donuts tomorrow.

Not good news...

We were up around 8am this morning. We took showers and had breakfast. I had several errands to run and got home around noon. We ha d lunch and Beth went to cut the yard. Dawn and Rylee came by around 6:15 and I had made a new recipe and it was really good. It was like a cheeseburger in a croissant wrapper. Dawn asked if we could take Rylee home as Jo's mom want Dawn to bring Jo over. The got some bad news about her dad. I guess he is as good as he is going to get and will either be put in a nursing home with a respirator and feed tube or have everything removed and pass away. So either way it was not good news.

Clean garage...

we were up around 8am this morning. It was a nice day out, so we decided to clean the garage. It took us about 4 hours, but it looks nice and you can move around in it. well you could until we took down all the Halloween stuff. I want to try and sell some of the stuff we are not using to just get rid of it. We then went to Dawn's for dinner and give her the computer. Beth was able to find her password, so we hope we can do the same thing on Joan's.

Yucky day...

We were up around 8:30am. we took shower and had breakfast. We headed over to Jo's mom's house to help install her computer. we needed the password to get onto the internet and no one knew it or could find it. So we tried several different things, but no luck. Joan had to go to work, so we left and will be back on Friday to try again. We came home and had lunch and looked at our computers to see if we could solve the problem. Beth has a couple of ideas to try. It was a cool, yucky, raining day and we should get used to it as it is fall. Now a fall of these kind of days.

COLD....

I was very sad as I had to put on long pants today. When we got up it was 38 degrees outside. We went to see Dr. Bill and then went to check out a rental place about 45 minutes away. We came and had lunch and then Dawn came by around 4pm. Her and Beth went to look at computers and I picked up Rylee from school and took her to swim lessons. She was not happy as they moved her up to a new teacher as she was well past the basics. I took her home and they were already at home setting up the new computer they got for Jo's mom. We came home around 8pm and had to bring Dawn and Joan computer home with us as Dawn's internet service is bad. We watched MNF and are headed to bed. I hate it being so cold and it looks like hitting the 70's again may not happen this year.

Another football sunday...

It was very cold when we got up this morning. Beth wore long pant and a long sleeve shirt to church. I still put on short but did have on a long sleeve shirt and my new jersey Beth got me. Dawn and Rylee stopped by before the headed over to Jo's aunt for a birthday party for pop pop pony. He will be 93 today. Jo's dad is not do well but we don't have much more info than that. We spent the rest of the sweating Eagles win. We manages to stay in the losers pool for another week. There were a lot of close games today.

Rylee day...

I got up before Beth, which rarely happens. We took showers and had breakfast. Jo dropped of Rylee around 11:30pm and she headed to the hospital. Beth and Rylee worked on a Frozen puzzle until Dawn got here around 12:30pm. We hang around the house watched some TV and just visited with Dawn until we all went to dinner. We meet Jo and her mom at TGI Friday's. It was a tad chilly and I had to put on a hoodie for dinner. The high tomorrow is suppose to be 61 with a low of 42. I will have to start thinking about wearing long pants, but trying to hold out as long as possible.

Halloween shopping...

We were up around 8:30am this morning. It was another cold and cloudy day. The last 2 days have looked like we would get rain, but have not. we had breakfast and took showers. We had several errands to run, so off we went. We had to go to AC Moore, Party City,The Sprit store, the Disney store,the bank, and to the AAA store. We had lunch at Arby's and I had the new brisket sandwich and it was to die for. We came home and did nothing the rest of the day. Rylee wants to be Elsa from Frozen for Halloween along with most other girl this year. We found most of her costume at the Disney store and the Sprit store. We meet Jo and watch Rylee with her swim lessons. She is doing really good and even jumped off the diving board with no life jacket on. It is going to be chilly the next couple days with the high only in the low 60's.

Will it rain....

We were up around 8am this morning. The bug guy was here around 9:30am and everything is good. Beth left around 11:45am to go to the doctor's for a check up. I finally got caught up on all my shows. Dawn and Rylee stopped by for dinner around 6:30pm. we had hamburgers and fries. Jo stopped by  and her dad is about the same. Watching the football game than watching the college game after that, so it will be a late night.

Check up day...

We were up around 8:30am. We had breakfast and watched Mike and Mike. It was the first time in a long time the Royals have been on there and in the playoffs. I started laundry and Beth cut the grass and weed whacked. I was able to get caught up on most of my shows. Dawn and Rylee came by for Taco dinner. We then watched Toy Story Halloween DVD.

Movie day...

Beth was up before me as usual. We had breakfast and took showers. DJ's brought the new puppy over to see how Buster did with her and there were no problems. We plan to get them together a few more times before we leave for Disney. That way they will be used to each other before staying together. We had lunch and then we went to the movies. I saw the Maze Runner and Beth saw This is where I leave you. After the movies, we went to BJ's wholesale club and then home. Beth worked in the office and I watched a few more of my shows. The leaves are really starting to turn and the temperatures are dropping little by little each week. Fall is in the air for sure.

Chief's football....

We were up around 8:30am this morning. We had breakfast and took showers. We then went to Best Buy and Bed Bath & Beyond. We stopped by DJ's house to see her new puppy. We then went to Wal-Mart and came home. We had lunch and I went downstairs. I watched a few of my shows and Beth worked on cleaning her desk. We had some dinner and got ready to watch the Chiefs play on MNF. Hoping for win...

Eagles suck...

We were up around 8:30am. we had some breakfast and took showers. we watched the Redzone for the early games. Dawn and Rylee came down at the beginning of the Eagles. They did not look good all day and with no offensive line to protect the quarterback or open holes for the runner, we have no chance. We had a chance at the end, but we blew it. I fixed a roast in the pressure cooker and found I do not like them cooked that way. I prefer the slow cooker and think they are tender that way.

Driveway sealed..

We were up around 8:30am this morning. I jumped on the computer and made our fast pass for Disney. We then went out to start sealing the driveway. It was hot and I thought we would never finish. I had to go get 2 more buckets, while Beth did the edges. we used 7 1/2 5-gallon buckets. we finished up around 2pm. I took a shower and went to go pick up Rylee. We stopped and got hoagies for lunch and Rylee watched a movie. Jo and Dawn came by a little after 8pm to pick up Rylee. We are both very tired and will be sore tomorrow, but the driveway looks nice. We can walk on it but have to wait until Monday to drive on it.

Movie and power wash

We got up around 8am this morning. We meet a woman in the Costco parking to exchange some stuff we sold on the yard sale site. We then had to go to the post office and came home. We went to go see The Box Trolls. It was a good movie and we were the only ones in the theater. We went to Lowe's to get 6 buckets of the sealer for the driveway and a couple squeegees. We then came home and I power washed the driveway and Beth finished the edging. We will start the process around 10am and hope to finish in 3 hours. Then it has to dry for 48 hours.

Rainy day Thursday...

I got up around 8am and it was already raining and looked like it was here to stay. I took a shower and we had to meet someone in Exeter to exchange some stuff we sold on the yard sale site. we then went and had lunch and on to Target. we were back home around 2mp and the pool fairies had closed to pool and it was still raining. Beth went to play POGO and I got caught up on my shows. Dawn and Rylee came for dinner. It is nice to see them so much, but not for the reasons.

Driveway prep

Beth was up early as the furnace guy was here at 7:20am. He told us that we had to start thinking about a new oil tank as our is 50= years old. Great news to here first thing in the morning. After her left, Beth did laundry and I cleaned the house. It was getting to get on both of our nerves with the mess. Beth worked on the driveway getting it ready to seal this week-end and I picked up Rylee and took her to swim lessons. Beth had dinner ready for us when we got back. They transferred Jo's dad to the city and Jo and her mom were there. After dinner, I gave Rylee a bath and Dawn and Beth went to get Joan's car from the hospital and took it home for her.

New recipe for dinner...

We were up around 8:30am. we had breakfast and I took a shower. We went outside and picked up all the umbrella and cushions from the pool area. We then put all the gnomes and other things that were in the flower bed away. We pulled all the flowers out of the pots and put them away. We still have a few more things to put away, but have a good jump on the fall put away. We came inside and had lunch. I watched a movie and Beth cut the front yard. I made a new recipe for dinner. You cut up a couple chicken breast and flour them, then deep fry. In a skillet you add 1 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup soy sauce, and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Boil a bit and then add the chicken. Serve over rice. It was really good and will have again.

Ryleee to swimming...

We were up and on our way to se Dr. Bill around 8:45am. Afterwards, we headed to Buffalo wild wings. The first 100 people got free wings for a year. We were way to late as the line was way done the road. so we came home and I had breakfast. DJ stopped by and she had finished mowing Dawn's yard. We visited for awhile and she had to leave. I had to pick up Rylee and take her to swimming lessons as Dawn had dentist appointment. It was the start of a new class and it too awhile to get things going. Dawn was there by the time Rylee got in the water. I cam home and we had dinner. We and now watching MNF and Beth is hoping for a good game from Jay Cutler so she can get a fantasy win. Mom, how is the smoking going? You quit YET???????

Sunday football all day...

I did not go to bed until 2am and was a little tired when Buster rang the bell at 8:30am. Beth was at church, so I had to get up and let him out. I then took a shower and we had breakfast and read the paper when Beth got home. we went to look at an air hockey table, but it was not worth what they wanted, so we came home. The Eagles game came on at 1pm and they were not good the first half, but got it together and won. Jo dropped off Rylee around 2:45pm and we watched her Dawn came by around 6pm. We had some dinner and Dawn and Rylee went hone around 7:45pm. Now it on to watching SNF and we have to be up and at Dr. Bill's by 9am.

Little football...

We were up around 8:30am this morning. We had breakfast and I took a shower. Beth went to work in the garage and I went downstairs. Beth set up my bike on the stand, so I could ride it inside and work on building leg strength. Dawn and Rylee came by around 3pm. Rylee went swimming for about 15 minutes, but the pool was just to cold for her. She got dressed and we all went to Michael's. We then came home and Beth took a shower.  We all meet Jo and her mom for dinner. Things are still not looking good for her dad. So I am now watching football downstairs and it will be a late night.

Not looking good...

We were up around 8am this morning. we had breakfast and took showers. We then headed to Costco. Beth wanted to see how much the new IPhone 6 was, but they were all out of them. We picked up a few things and came home. We had lunch and then and Dawn called. Jo's dad is not doing well and they will know in the next 24 hours if he is going to make it. We meet Dawn for Rylee's swimming lesson and last part of class is free swim. She had tried last week to jump off the diving board, but could not do it. She said she would do it this week and she did. We took her with us afterwards, and Dawn went to the hospital. we went to get ice cream and took it back to their house.

Free lunch...

I got up first this morning. but Beth was not far behind. we had breakfast and took showers. We headed to BJ's whole club to pick up a few things. We noticed that the new Buffalo Wild Wing looked to be open. We decided to stop and have lunch there. We got to the door and found it was by invitation of family and friends. After talking with the door guy for awhile, he went ahead and let us in. They were serving no alcohol and had a limited menu. Beth got the wild wings and I had the chicken sliders. All the food was very good and the service was great. We had dessert also. When we got the bill, we found our meal was free and the dessert was a $6 donation to the Boys and Girls club. What a deal. We came home and Beth went out to work on the cleaning up all the pool toys and rolling up the cover. We watched Jojo for a little while this evening as Kim had school conference. Now it is TNF and will be another late night.

Fall chores...

I got up around 8am and Beth was already up. I had breakfast and took a shower. I went outside to work on removing the dirt and mulch from the left over pile on the driveway. I filled in some holes and had 3 spots for that needed grass seed. I had to go to Lowe's as we were out of grass seed  and picked up a few other things. I prices cans of driveway sealer as we need to do that this year. I went to the grocery store and had to get gas.  I came home and we had some lunch. Beth went out to cut the grass as it needed it. Tomorrow we will work on putting all the umbrellas and cushions away by the pool. Fall is coming and time for the fall chores to begin.

Tired...

We were up around 8am this morning. Dawn called to say that they put Jo's father on a ventilator and a medical induced coma. Beth took a shower and went to the hospital to sit with Joan and Jo for awhile. I had a hair appointment for a much needed cut and color. We meet Dawn and Rylee for swim lessons to see what we needed to do if we ever had to take Rylee. We then took Rylee home and Dawn went to the hospital. Dawn said Jo looked better, but is still not out of the woods yet.

Another thing off the list....

We got up around 8:30am. We had breakfast and took showers. I went downstairs to work in the scrapbook room and Beth did what ever upstairs. We left around 5pm to go meet a lady about doing our wedding ceremony. She was really helpful in giving us some ideas and things to think about. We meet with her for about an hour and put a deposit down. So one more thing to cross off the list. Now watching the Eagle play a very poopy game. They will be lucky to get a win here.

Good Games...

Beth was up around 8:30am and I did not get up until 9:45am. Beth went to 10:30am mass and I finished getting the food for the party ready. Beth had done the roast beef, which helped a lot. We were done with everything and relaxing downstairs when peopled arrived. We watched some great games today and a lot of big name players got injured. both of the team we chose won and we made it another week in the survivors pool.

College football

We were up around 8:30am. We had breakfast and took showers. I went to the grocery store for a few item for tomorrow. We then had lunch and I went  downstairs to watch football and Beth started cleaning. Dawn and Rylee came over for dinner around 6pm. We watched some football and visited until 8:30pm. Dawn and Rylee left and we watched more football. It was a good day...

Up early...

Dawn called around 7:30am. Jo was having problems with Rylee getting up and going to school. She wanted to know if we could take her to school, so Jo could meet her mom at 9am. I got up and took a shower and headed up to their house. Rylee finished her breakfast and getting ready and I took her to school around 8:50am. we left around 11am to go to the bank and to Costco. We had lunch and Beth wen to the hospital to see her brother and to see Jo and her mom. I had to put some roast in the oven for the party Sunday. Besides, I don't do hospital very well. We and Amish breakfast for dinner of eggs, hash browns, smoked sausage, and sour dough break. It was sure good. it is only going to get in the low 70's for awhile, so we can turn the air up and open all the windows. It will get into the low 50's at night. Fall is a coming.

Not good

We were up around 8:30 am. DJ called and asked if we could pick up Kyle from school around 11am. After we picked him up, we stopped a McDonald's for lunch and ate it at their house. We came home and Dawn had asked if we could pick up Rylee after swim lesion as Jo's dad was in the hospital. The day just gets better and better. So we had dinner and meet Dawn. We took Rylee to her house and then watched part of the football game there. Dawn and Jo both got home around half time. Jo's dad has pancreatitis and is have both liver and kidney failure. He is also having issues breathing. They put him in ICU, so we will see how the night goes.

Dentist...

I got up around 8am this morning. I left around 9:30am for my dentist appointment. They were already running behind and I did not get out until 11:30am. Everything was fine and issues. I stopped at CVS for a prescription and came home. Beth took Kyle to school around 10:30am and he made it the rest of the day. He is going to try for all day tomorrow, but I am on call just in case he needs to come home early. Beth got all the yard work done as it is suppose to rain tomorrow. I did some inside work and made cucumber salad for tomorrow night's dinner. We have had the air kicked up the last 2 days and the windows open. It has been really nice. Beth's brother had is surgery this morning and all went well. The found he also has COPD and diabetes.

New phone...

It was well after 3am before I got to sleep last night. The phone rang at 6am and it Liz wanting to talk to Beth. I guess they had postpone Charlie's surgery again and Liz needed to talk to Beth. I went back to sleep and Beth got up. She started the laundry and slept until 9am. I finished laundry and went outside after lunch to pull weeds. They were getting bad and needed attention. I was about 3/4 done when I threw my shoulder out. It went back in pretty quick, but hurt like hell. I was done with the weeds for the day. I came inside and put ice on it for about an hour. We left around 3pm to go to Costco, get a new phone, and to the post office. I made a wrong turn and we ended up going to Costco first. We walked done the first row and saw they had a Verizon station. After looking at the phones, we found we could save $120 by getting the phone there. Who knew. It was the same phone at Verizon with all the same features, but they were about to offer the phone cheaper. So I got my new phone. We then went to the post office and came home. It will take me awhile to get used to it, but it is a lot better than my other one.

MNF...

Another last night last night and we had to get up at 7:30am this morning. we took showers and headed out to see Dr.. Bill for much needed adjustments. We then went to WAWA and on to the mall. We had to meet a women to get the moving blankets we lent her before we left for Disney. We then can home and I fixed lunch. We did not do much of anything the rest of the day. It was a nice day and we had the windows open and the air off. We had BLTs for dinner. Dawn and Rylee came by around 7pm. Dawn has to used the truck as she sold Rylee's trampoline and need to use the truck to move it. after she came, we visited a little while before they left. It is now time for MNF and it is a double headed. It will be another last night.

another day of football...

I guess I was a little excited about watching college football yesterday, as I did not go to bed until after 1am. I did get up at 9am, when Beth got hoe from church. we had breakfast and read the paper. Beth took all the trash out and I cleaned the kitchen. I fixed lunch and we went downstairs to watch the start of the new season. The Eagles played at one and started out looking just awful. They could not do anything right and found themselves down 17. At halftime we watched the Redzone and found the eagles doing well. Beth drank more and more and the Eagles did better and better. Next thing we knew they were leading and kept the lead. There was only 2 games on in the afternoon, but they were good. we had dinner and are not watching the Colts / Broncos. it will be another late night.

college football all day...

I did not get up almost 9am this morning. I had breakfast and took a shower. Beth got dressed and went out to cut grass. It was very hot and humid out and rain was on the way. I went to downstairs to my room and started cleaning it and watched college football. Beth finished up around 3pm. around 3:30pm it started rain cats and dogs with lots of thunder and lighting.  The lights went out a couple of times. Beth took a shower and went to see Charlie in the hospital. His surgery is scheduled for Monday morning. She stopped on the way home to get dinner and we are still watching football. We have flood warnings out, but it will not effect us. But we got a lot of rain in a short period of time. Mom keep meaning to ask you how the stop smoking is going. Are you completely on the e-cig yet????

Car fixed...

We were last going to bed last night as we watched all of the football game, so we slept in this morning. We had breakfast and took showers. Around 12:30pm, we left and took the car to get fixed. The skid plate had come off on our way to Disney. BJ's wholesale club and picked up a few items. We then came home and unloaded the car. We had dinner and Beth found out her brother is in the hospital and need a triple by-pass surgery. He is schedule to have it Monday morning.

Watching Kyle...

We were up around 8:45am this morning. DJ dropped of Kyle around 9am. We watched a little TV and then I took a shower. Kyle and I went to the grocery store and then came home. We ordered pizza for lunch and it was really good. Kyle and I watched a movie and after it was over we turned off the TV and talked about what he wanted to do for graduation. We have settled on a Caribbean cruise and will try to find a time that it will work for his schedule. DJ pick him up around 4:30pm. I t was nice spending the day with him. Dawn and Rylee got here around 5:45pm. we had tacos for dinner and Rylee and I went downstairs to play with the Legos. Dawn left around 7:30pm and we settled in watching the start of the regular NFl season.

Retirement Race...

We got up around 8am this morning. We had breakfast and took showers. Beth had to go see Dr. Bill for a adjustment. I finished downloading the cruise pictures and cleaning off the memory cards. The Phillies has a day game, so we watched them get beat most of the afternoon. We were to watch Payton race and Kyle had his retirement laps, since he is not cleared to race yet.

Hot and humid day...

Beth was up first and started the laundry. I got up and had breakfast. I cleaned off the guest bed and played on the computer. It was a very hot and humid day and no one wanted to go outside. The rain is moving in tonight and will cool everything off for the next several days.

Labor Day...

We got up around 8:30am. It was nice to be sleeping in our own bed. I took a shower and headed to the grocery store. Beth went out to scoop poop and cut the back yard. I did a load of laundry, mostly towels, but will do the rest tomorrow. We had people coming over for a gathering with food and swimming. We had burgers, hotdogs, 3 different kinds of salads and baked beans. Everyone left around 7pm and we are not listening to the rain outside.

Back at castaway cays...

We were up around 7am. We got dressed and headed for breakfast. We headed off the ship around 8:45am. We found a shady place and dropped off our stuff. We headed for the lagoon and saw a lot of different fish. We saw a sea turtle and followed it around for a while. It was really cool.  After about 2 hours in the water, we dried off and went go get some lunch.  Beth did the pelican plunge and she said it was really fast. We then headed back to the lagoon for a couple more a hours of snorkeling. We then headed back to the ship. Beth did the Aqua Duck on the ship. It is a water tube that goes around mid ship. Beth said it went really fast and was a great ride. After dinner, we packed up as we are leaving for Disney World after we leave the ship.

 

At Sea....

We slept until a little after 8am. We took showers and went to have some breakfast. It seemed like the ship found a nice calm area and just dropped anchor. We spent the day shopping on the ship  and just resting. I was surprised that there were not more people trying to selling you more points, but it seems like this it just a normal cruise. We had the pirate dinner and fireworks and they were really cool.

Castaway Cays

We got up around 7am. We got dressed in our swimming suit and went to have breakfast. We then came back to the room and picked up stuff and headed to the beach. We rented bikes first for a 3 ½ mile bike ride. It has been a LONG time since we were on bikes, but it came back to us after a little while. We went to the observation deck, which was 2 stories high. I did make it to the top but the wind was blows and the deck was swaying, so down I went. You could see the ship and boy does it look big. We then headed down the path and came to a very cool spot and you could really see all the colors of the sea. We finally ended the bike ride and I was glad. My butt and hips are not used to riding a bike. We headed to the snorkel area. We saw all sort of fish and even a barracuda. We have never see one of those and did not even know it was near us until I almost ran into it. We were out there around 2 ½ hours. We were getting hungry and headed to the foot station. We then collected out stuff and did a little showing. We headed back to the boat around 3pm and took showers. I was really tired and just laid around for a couple hours. It was pirate night, so we got dressed in our pirate outfit and headed to dinner. We then went to the Disney Villains production. We had seen it on the last Disney cruise, but wanted to see it again. From there we went to see the comedian Maryellen Hooper. She was so funny and we laughed the whole hour. It was 11pm and we are off to bed.

 

 

 

Cruise time

 

 

We were up around 7am, took showers, and loaded the car. We stopped for breakfast at a little bagel place and breakfast was sure good. It took us about 2 ½ hours to get to the cruise terminal. We dropped off the luggage and went to park. We did not have to wait in line long and we all checked in and boarding the ship. We had some lunch and then we were able to get in our room. Beth had surprised me with sparking cider, chocolates, flowers and fruit for our anniversary. It was really nice of her and I knew nothing of it. We went to the sail away party and had a great time. We came back to the room and unpacked and got ready for dinner. We did some pin trading on the way to dinner. We were seated with 2 out couples and had a great time at dinner. We went to the movies and saw Maleficent. I had seen it before, but Beth had not. We then did a little shopping and we were back in the room by 11pm and ready for bed.

Ready to go....

I got up around 7:30am and took a shower. I wanted to be at the washer by 7:55am to make sure I could do our laundry. It was a good thing cause someone else can in about 30 sec after I did. I can’t wait to see what it will be like when everyone is here. So we cleaned up, packed, and loaded what we couple in the car. Beth went to get gas before she went to church. She went with our neighbor’s Bill and Betty and then they picked me up to go to dinner. We went to a place called Sea Watch. It was a nice place with a great view on the ocean. Beth had a cobb salad and I had a prime rib sandwich. They were both very good. So we have a few last minute things to pack in the morning and then will head to the cruise terminal around 9am.

Visitng with the neighbors...

Beth was up before me and I slept until 8:30am. We decided to go to the beach for a few hours and relax. The maintenance manager came by to talk about the fix on Monday. We then left around 10:30am for the beach. We stacked out our spot with our umbrella and chairs and headed for the water. The water was so calm and very clear. It was warm, but you could find a few cool streams. We came back to the condo around 1:30pm and took showers. We had lunch and I went to do a load of laundry and the washer was been used. So I waited an hour and it was in use. We went to dinner and had a key for the door. We were back home around 6; 30pm and the washer was still being used by the same person. So guess I would not be doing any laundry tonight. So we went to talk with Bill and Betty Zimmer about them being in charge of looking out for our place when we are gone. We have become really good friends with them and trust them. We visited with them from 7pm til a little after 10pm. What a great time. Beth is going to church tomorrow evening with them and then they will stop by and get me and then head to dinner with them. It will be a good time.

We have A/C....

We were up around 7am this morning. We were not sure when the a/c guys would be here to look at the stack problem. They arrived around 8:30am. They agreed that the stack and shut offs were an issue and needed to be replaced. They tried to turn the water on and it began to leak, so they stopped. They looked at some more things and then went to talk to the Maintenance Manager. They came back and said the water was back on and we could use the air.  We were so happy as we thought it would be off for the next 4 days. They will come back on Monday and remove the unit and fix the stack issue. They our guy will come back and install the new unit. It began to cool fast in the condo and felt good. One of our neighbors came down and we visited for a while and then went up to their unit. We then left and went to Lowe’s and Costco and came back for some lunch. We both took naps and I think the stress of yesterday caught up with us. I then cleaned the master bathroom and installed towel hooks.  We finished painting the picture fames and added the pictures. They look really good. Beth painted the fish frame and it took looks nice. So things are coming together and we will paint the rest of the walls when we come back in January. We are watching the Eagles game and hoping for a win even if it is preseason.

No A/C....

We got around 7am this morning. We had breakfast and waited for the a/c guy to get here at 9am. He was here right on time and took a look at the unit. That is when all the issues happened. He did not like the look of the updates made to the stack pipe and said it was not up to code. He had us turn off the power to the a/c and 2 minutes later said he was not going to work on it as he said it was not safe and he would not turn the power back on either. WTF….Beth went down to get the Maintenance manger and the  a/,c guy and the manager had a pissing contact as to what was who’s responsibility.  So after 20 minutes of conversation, the a/c guy left and we have no a/c. So the manager called a company that that has worked on a/c for this building and several others and they will be out in the morning to let us know what they think. We had some quick lunch and waited for the bed to be delivered and hoped there was nothing wrong with that process. The bed was delivered and set up with no issues. Thank god, I am not sure we could take any more bad news. We went to Hemp Depot and got one of the small portable a./c units. It was already 87 degrees in the condo. So it is all hiked up and the temp is down a couple degrees. All I can say is, I am glad to be at the beach…I am glad to be at the Beach…I am glad to be at the beach. We did get to meet one of our neighbors in this whole process and got some insight on several things on the building. I sure hope this is not a sign of things to come all week.

We made it....

We were up around 7:30am this morning. We showers and packed everything up. we checked out of the hotel and packed the car. We stopped at Cracker barrel for breakfast. We were in no hurry as we did not have anything planned for today. We were on the road around 9:30am. it was a nice day and the time passed really fast. we stopped and picked up Long John Silver chicken planks for lunch and headed for the condo. We made a first load up to the unit and had lunch. We then only had to make one more load and we were done. We put away a few thing and then went to the grocery store. We picked up everything for dinner for the next few days and came home. It was nice just rest the rest of the evening, well part of it. Beth put together the night stands and I painted on the pictures frames. The a/c guy will here at 9am, so we have to be up and ready to go by then.

Draft day...

We both got up around 7am. Beth took a shower and went to church. I took a shower and finished the rest of the food for the party. We started around 1:45pm and finished around 4pm. Record time for us, but some said I went to fast in getting people to pick. Everyone left around 6pm and we cleaned up everything, took the trash out, and packed the car.  I am so ready for bed and will enjoy sitting al day tomorrow. We are planning to leave around 5am and will post our progress on Facebook. We have reservation to stay the night in St. Augustine, Florida, our usually stop.

House clean...

I got up around 7am this morning. I have be trying to get up earlier each day, so when 4m comes on Monday I will not be as tired. Beth got up around 8am. We had breakfast and I took a shower. I went to the grocery store for last minute items for the draft party tomorrow. I spent the rest of the day cleaning house, so I would not have a lot to do tomorrow. Beth got all the grass cut, fed the birds, and fed the deer. I got the weeds pulled and sprayed. So things are ready to go.

One day closer...

We were up around 8am. We had breakfast and took showers. Beth had to go to church and then we went to Reading. We had lunch at chipotle and then went to Barnes and Noble. We then went to the Restaurant Store then to the Amish market. We got ribs and wings for the Eagles game tonight. Beth went to see Jojo in a skit for her drama camp she was in the last 2 weeks. I took DJ to go pickup her car and then went to Costco and the grocery store. Beth was home when I got back and we had dinner around 6pm. We are now watching the Eagles game and hoping our team looks better this week. We got a lot of packing done and are 1 day closer to leaving.

Vet...

We were up around 7:30am. we had appointments to see Dr. Jill for adjustments. We then went to Wal-Mart and on to pick up Kyle and take him to work. we came home and I went to Costco for a couple of things. we had some lunch and I left to meet a lady at the Conventry Mall parking lot. Se was using the moving blankets we have. I then had to pickup the dry cleaning and back home. We had to take Buster to the vet and get checked for the requirements form the Health Service people. We had a form for the vet to fill out and basically it was just to make sure he was still alive. If he had rabies, he would not last 10 day, so he is go to go, but will have a permanent record. we came home and did some packing. Dawn and Rylee came for dinner and then left around 7:30pm. We are now watching football.

Feeling better...

I got up around 7:30am this morning. I wanted to start getting up a little each day, so when the alarm goes off at 4am on Monday, I will not be so tired. Beth was feeling better today. I do not think she took any of the dizzy pill and is drinking a lot more water. I did laundry and was able to get most of my clothes packed. DJ and gang came by today for a swim. Beth got the trunk of the car packed, so we don't have to worry about that at the end of the week. The next few days will busy as we have running to do and getting ready for the draft on Sunday and leaving on Monday.

Dizzy...

I got up around 8:30am this morning. Beth said she was still not feeling well and we decided to go to Patient First. We got right in and they did blood work, EKG, urine sample, and blood presser readings. All the test came back normal and it was determined that she was dehydrate from the colonoscopy. They gave her some meds for the dizziness and told her to drinks lots of water. We came home and had some lunch. I left for my hair appointment and Beth took a nap. She was feeling  a little better when I got home. We went to BJ's to go shopping and then to pick up her car. So let's hope things are better tomorrow.

Made the paper...

Beth was up way before me. we had breakfast and took showers. I went to the gym to cancel my membership. It was just not worth keeping. I then stopped to get gas and came home. We then took Beth's car to the dealership. It was time for service and the trunk would not shut right. We came home and had some lunch. I then began cleaning the kitchen and mud room. I am hoping to get everything cleaned by the week-end. We looked at the Bucks country newspaper and found our self featured in it. We went to the wedding expo yesterday and they took pictures and we gave an interview.

Waste...

Beth was up and at church by 8am. I slept until 9am and then took a shower. We left around 11:30AM and headed to Langhorne PA. It was about an hour away. We were going to a Gay and Lesbian wedding expo. It was a big bust. They only had about 15 venders and nothing we were looking for. It took us a whole 20 minutes to walk through it. We did get a couple contacts for a few things, but a waste of time. We headed back home and had some lunch. we talked more about the wedding, but I could tell Beth was DONE. So we will again later. This week will be busy with cleaning, packing, and getting ready for the draft.

Swim time...

I did not get up until 9:45am. I had a little breakfast and took a shower. I then had some clothes to take to the dry cleaners. We had pizza for lunch and then go the pool ready for swimming. Dawn and Jo had the boys and their sister this weekend. The all came down for a swim and burgers on the grill. The pool was nice, but was a little cold when you got out. We had a great time. Beth was not feeling well this afternoon. I think the whole procedure of the last 2 days finally caught up with her. Hopefully she will feel better tomorrow.

Preseason...

We were up and out the door by 5:30am this morning. we made it to the center by 6:30am. Beth got right in and was back for the procedural by 7:30am and we walked out and were in the car by 8:30am. They found one little polyp and burned it off. We stopped and had breakfast at Friendly's and came home. we then went to IKEA and found new night stands, a runner rug, and a few other things. we were back home by 2pm. we had a quick lunch and took naps. After dinner, we got ready to watch the Eagles first preseason game. They did pretty good and can't want for next week's game.

Prep for Beth...

We got up around 8:30am this morning. The yard guy was here and Buster left him have it with his barking. Beth had to prep for her procedure tomorrow. So only liquids and a lot of miralax. I left around 11:30am to get lunch and then went to the bank, Lowe's, and Michael's. Dawn called around 2pm and asked if I could pick up Rylee. She had been to the dentist with a bad tooth and had to have a root canal. She had some pain meds, but did not want to take then if I could not get Rylee. I said no problem. I replaced the lent tube on the dryer today as it was really dirty. I then cleaned the bathroom and did 4 loads of laundry. I left around 4:30pm to go get Rylee. She was so surprised to see me as she did not know I was coming. We went to McDonald's for dinner and then she played on the playground for a while. I took her home around 6pm and we watched TV til Jo got home. Dawn was asleep. I came home and we watch some of the preseason football. We have to get up at 5am tomorrow as Beth had to be in Allentown by 6:30am for her procedure. At least it will be over early.

New purchase...

I got up around 8am this morning. Beth was up and having her morning coffee. I took a shower and headed out. I had to pick up a purchase I made on the yard sale site. It was a pair of life guard chair lamps. The will go great in the condo. I then went to Target and on to Wal-Mart. I got home around lunch time and had fried chicken. Beth was working on the vent for the condo and a couple other projects. We found out that the night stands we got we not in good shape. It appears they had water damage had a musty smell. So it is back to looking at night stands. I spent the rest of the after printing pictures for the frames in the condo. Beth starts her prep for her colonoscopy tomorrow. I will be eating with Dawn and Rylee at their house tomorrow.

Not much of anything

I did not get up until 8am. We had breakfast and took showers. We took Kyle to work around 10:30am and then went to Best Buy, Target, and Lowe's. We had lunch and Beth went to work in the garage. I can not say I really did anything the rest of the day. We had dinner  and are now watching the Phillies game. Can't wait for the football games to start.

Cleaning time...

We were up and out the door by 8:30am. we had appointment o see Dr. Bill for adjustments. After that, we went to AC Moore and PetSmart. We then went to Michael's and PetCo. We came home and had some lunch. Beth went out to cut the grass and I went downstairs to do some cleaning. We have the football daft and I need to see what items we need for the party. I finished up around 5pm and got dinner started. we had flat iron steak and potatoes & onions on the grill. Yum Yum. It seems the hot temperatures are taking a break. I think the high all this week is only going to be 81 degrees. The pool is really feeling it also and is only 82 degrees.

Buster had a records...

I got up around 9am this morning. Beth missed going to 8am mass. We had some breakfast and then worked on the pool. Dawn, Jo, and Rylee got here around 11am. Jo's mom and her 3 granddaughters got here around 11:45pm. We were all swimming and going down the slide when Jenna came off the slide crying. We asked her what was wrong and found out Buster had bit her on the foot. So after looking at it, they decided to take her to urgent care to have it looked at. It was a pretty deep gash right around her ankle. So Jo and her mom took her. They took x-rays to make sure there was no chip of the bone near the ankle and no stiches were needed. But Buster how had a record at the humane department for biting. So he will only be allowed to swim when it just Beth and I. The rest of the time he will spend in the house as he can not be trusted anymore. So they came back and we visited for awhile before everyone left around 4:40pm. We left to go to Jo's parents around 6pm. We had a great dinner and a good time visiting.

Day of quite...

I slept until almost 9am this morning. Dawn and Beth were on the porch having coffee. After Dawn left,  we took a shower. Beth went to K-mart and then to Wal-mart and I did a load of laundry and cleaned up the guest room. We had lunch when Beth got home and then we went our separate ways. I went downstairs to the scrapbook room and Beth went to the living room. Five hours later, I came upstairs to fix dinner. We were going to watch the new Sophia the first when Dawn and asked if we had jumper cables that her car would not start. We id and headed up there to give her a jump. As we were talking, Rylee heard us talking about Sophia the first and wanted to come down to watch it. So we compromised and we watched it at her house. We came home and watched some TV and now it is bedtime. We were suppose to get rain today, but all we got was some spitting.

Last day of vacation...

Beth and I were up around 8am. Payton slept until 9am. We had breakfast and I took a shower. Payton and I went to the movies at 1pm to see Guardians of the Galaxy. It was a n ok movie and Payton enjoyed it. Beth did some stuff at home and picked up something for me that I purchase on the yard sale site. We came home and Payton spent the rest of the afternoon on the couch watching his Ipad. I think he needed to go home to get some rest. We went to McDonald's for his finally vacation meal and took him home. We then went to Best Buy and Target. We had a little bit of rain today, but suppose to get more tomorrow. So Payton said the best thing was the day at the amusement park and second was night swimming.

Movies and toolbox...

I was the first on up this morning at 8am. Payton and Beth both got up around 9am. we had breakfast and I started laundry. We had an early lunch then watched a couple of movies. Beth and Payton put together a toolbox kit and they had a great time. I fixed tacos for dinner and then we waited for it to get dark. Beth and Payton went swimming and then Payton took a shower and headed to bed. Tomorrow will be his last day of vacation and he is sad.

Tired...

We spent yesterday at Knoble's amusement park and did not get home until 11pm. We were hoping the kid's would sleep later but they were up at 8am. We had breakfast and then watched a movie. We had pizza for lunch and then swimming for a couple hours. Then it was nap time. They both said they were not tired, but fell asleep in 5 minutes. Beth's brother , Frank, stopped by for a visit just as I was putting the kids down. So Beth and I were not able to take a nap, but it nice to visit. I got the kids up around 4:30pm. I took Payton to racing and Beth stayed with Rylee until Dawn came by to get her. She then came down to the track. Kyle did not race tonight, so we left after Payton's race. We are now getting him ready for bed and they I am off to bed.
