New Year's Eve...

Rylee woke us at 8:30am. She got her chocolate milk and watched some TV. Maggie dropped off Payton around 12:30pm and we headed to the movie theater around 1:30pm. We went to se the new Star War's movie. The kid made it through about a hour and were done. It was boring to them and they wanted to leave. so we came home and they played awhile. I made some dips and got the nacho stuff ready. DJ and Maggie came by around 5pm and we all had dinner and watched some more bowl games. They left around 7pm and we all are ready for bed and will not see the new year until morning.

New glasses...

We were up around 8am. Beth wanted to watch the sports channel to see what they were saying about the firing of our head football coach. We both took a shower and headed out the door. We went to Home Depot and then to Costco. We came home to unload groceries and feed Buster. we left and then went to my eye doctor. I wanted to get a second set of glasses before my benefits ran out for the year. It cost me $129 which I did not think was too bad. I can order my contacts after the first of the year and us 2016 benefits for them. We then went to Chili's for lunch and then to Lowe's. We came home and watched some more bowl games. I went and got chicken for dinner and ate when Dawn and Rylee came home. After dinner, we went to Dawn's house for a bit and came back home. She will be moving her stuff this weekend and we will have time to clean before Kyle settles in. Buster is doing a lot better. We have started him back on the pill to help his kidneys and will try to get him back to eating twice a day. He had kept everything down and is acting a lot better.

Cleaning

We got up around 8:30am. We had breakfast and took showers. I started cleaning the kitchen as it was way pass needed it. Beth stayed in the office and left around 11:30am to do some errands. I had 4 trash bag full of crap from the kitchen and the cabinets. It looks a whole lot better now and we can find things. Beth took a box over to Dawn's house and will take the freezer stuff tomorrow. I settled in and watch a few bowl games this afternoon. The vet called and said everything we are doing for Buster is correct and she wanted us to try and get him back on the pills, so we try tomorrow.

Cold...

I got up around 8:30am. I took a shower and went to the store. Beth rolled at of bed around 11am. I had a hair appointment at 12;30pm and was back home around 1:45pm. It was a cold, rainy, windy day and a true winter day. I had a eye appointment at 6:15pm. We are trying a new combination of contact and need to wear them a few days to see if they are working. I am going back tomorrow to get a second pair of glasses as I do not want to lose my benefits for the year. We then went to Kim and Lynne's house and did Christmas with Jojo. We came home and watched MNF and hoping for a Denver lose. Buster seems to be doing a little better. We are feeding him chicken and rice, smaller amount and every 4 hours. He has kept everything down today and we hope to talk to the vet tomorrow.

Shopping...

We all slept until 8:45am. We had some breakfast and took showers. We left and went shopping at Michael's and Target. We were not looking for anything, but still found a few things to buy. We stopped and got pizza for lunch and then came home. Beth and I went to Toys r Us. I wanted to get some more track for Rylee's train set. We then came home and prime rib sandwiches. Rylee and I works on here train set and got it set up and working well with lots of track space. We and now watching the Eagles game and hoping for a win, but not looking good so far.

Christmas Eve...

I got up around 7am. I took a shower and got dressed. Dawn came by around 8am to pick me up. we went to KOP to people watch and it was a blast. We sat over by where they had Santa and watched all the family visit with Santa. It was entertaining to see some kid cry when they went to get pictures with Santa. We headed home around 11am. Beth's niece was here and visited for a while. I did laundry and watched football the rest of the afternoon. I did have to venture to the grocery store and it was not as bad as I thought. Dawn came over for dinner and we are not watch football and waiting for Rylee to get here. Santa comes tonight..... It was a very warm day and lots of people had on shorts. Going to be 74 tomorrow. So not December weather.

More rain...

We both slept until 9am. We took shower and went to pickup Dawn. We headed to Rupert's Chocolate store. Dawn needed some white chocolate for some Christmas baking she is doing. I have never been there and boy oh boy do they have the chocolate selection. The even had sugar free selection and it was some good stuff. We then dropped Dawn off and came home. I finished all the craft projects I had and wrapped everything. I then cleaned a little bit before watch some more college football games. It was another rain yucky day and more to come.

christmas program

We were up around 7:30am. We got ready and Dawn picked us up around 9:30am. we headed to Rylee's school for her Christmas Program. She did really good and it was a fun morning.

We then went to Costco and came home. I then left and went to Michael's and the grocery store. I am hoping to not be anywhere near the store tomorrow as it is sure to be a mad house. We had dinner and watch a couple bowl games.

Crafting...

We were up around 7:30am. We both drove to see Dr. Bill this morning. Beth came home and I had to go to the bank, grocery store, and to Target. I got home around 10:30am and Beth was gone to the dentist. I started make cooking for Rylee's Christmas program tomorrow. I make sugar cookie and frosted with royal icing and Beth decorated them. Beth took a nap and I worked on several craft project and have to finish them tomorrow. we went out to an early dinner at Texas Roadhouse. we had a gift card, so that always helps. It was fairly nice day but suppose to get  rain the next 5 days.

Shopping and football...

I got up around 8:30am by asking me if I would look up something on my computer. So I got up and got what she wanted and then took a shower. Beth, Rylee, and I went shopping around 10:30am. She needed to get something for Jo, so we went to the Hallmark store and found some things. We stopped at McDonald's to pick up lunch and came home. After lunch, we painted some Christmas ornaments. I went to work in the scrapbook room until 5pm. Dawn left for a date, so it was just Beth and I for the evening. College football games started today and will be on most days until mid January. It was cold and very windy today, not my idea of fun.

Rylee's christmas singing...

I was up at 6am. I had to get Rylee ready for school as Dawn went in early. With help from Beth we got her up, breakfast, dressed, hair done, and at dare care by 7:45am and no tears. I came home and started laundry. I worked in the scrapbook room the rest of the day, doing laundry during breaks. Beth was and Dawn's work on the kitchen. we had Rylee's Christmas program and dare care at 4pm. It was just ok and then we went to dinner. It was a cold rainy day and a cold front is on it way this weekend. Come on Florida....

Dentist

We got up around 8:30am. Beth left to go work on Dawn's kitchen and I had a dentist appointment at 2pm. It was a good cleaning and did not take long at all. I had to stop by the bank, grocery store, and the vet before coming home. We had left over lasagna for dinner and it was still as good. Rylee and I worked on some Christmas project and Dawn and Beth went over to the house.

Big score...

We were up around 8am. We had showers and breakfast. Sal came by around 9:30am to pick up some Christmas gift we had for her toy drove. I then left and went to get a locking gas cap. I think gas was taken at night from my truck as I got up and it was empty and should not have been. I then stopped by the Fast Stop sign company. I had read that you might be able to get scraps of vinyl for crafts projects. So I went in and asked and sure enough they did have some. They said a couple other people have come by and they only ask for a donation for their pizza fund. So what a big score I made today and will go back again. I then went to Best Buy and 5 Below before coming home. I wrapped the rest of Rylee's Christmas gifts, then went downstairs to play with the new vinyl. What a good day it was.

Eye exam

We were up around 7am this morning. Beth took a shower and pulled the tractor out of the shed. The guy was coming at 8am to take the mower deck off and put the snow plow on. I had an eye appointment at 11am. She wanted to change my contact, but had to order then. So we will see how they are when they get here. I have vision insurance, but can only use it for contacts or glasses, so we will see which are cheaper. We had lunch and I went downstairs to work on some projects and Beth took a nap. Dawn started wrapping Rylee's Christmas presents and found she got way too much. Watching the football game and hoping for a giants loss but not looking good.

Busy day...

We were up around 8am. Beth went to 10:30am mass and Dawn, Rylee, and I went to breakfast and then to the mall to see Santa. Beth joined us before Rylee go to talk to Santa. We then came home and make gingerbread houses. We then watched football the rest of the day with a win for both the Eagles and the Chiefs.

Party Night...

We were all up around 8am. I took a shower and headed out. I had to go to the UPS store, Lowe's, Dollar Store, and the grocery store. I was back home around11:30pm. Rylee and Dawn left around 12:30pm as Rylee had her birthday party today.  Beth and I got the downstairs ready for the party and then sat and relaxed until 5pm. Dj and Maggie had DJ's work party, so they dropped off Payton and left. Kim and Lynne dropped off Jojo and then went shopping. Joan, Eileen, and the girls got here around 5:45pm. we made snow globes fist and had a great time.

We then had lasagna, salad, and garlic bread and then watched Polar Express. Everyone left and we things cleaned up by 10pm. It was a fun night.

Busy Busy Busy...

We got up around 8am. We had breakfast and showers. The guy came to finish up the pointing on the house around 10am. I started the laundry and wrapping Christmas gifts. Beth had a list of stuff to get done and started working on that. We got the Christmas lights on the house and a few other things out. So it does look like Christmas around here. It was a good game and glad the Cardinals won.

Not much again...

Beth was up and at Dawn's house by 7am. The cable guy got there about 7:30am. I took the laptop over around 8:30am to make sure the wifi was working. I did a bunch of little things around the house, but not more than that. Tomorrow, I have to get my butt in gear and get some thing done.

Not much..

We were up and out the door to see Dr. Bill. We then stopped at WAWA for hot chocolates and creamer. WE can home and I started working on a couple scrapbook projects. Dawn had to take Rylee back to the doctors as her ankle was still hurting. He said the growth plate was fine, but that she might have pull a ligament and to keep the air cast on for another 3 weeks. When Dawn got home, we took her TVs over to her house as the cable guy was coming in the morning. Watching the football game and have to root for Dallas, which is very hard to do in this house.

OMG Eagles win

Beth was up and at church by 8am. Dawn was already at her place as she was have her mattress delivered. Beth and I meet some friend for breakfast and had a great time. We then stopped by Sal and Amy's house to borrow their miter saw. We were back home by 11:30am. Dawn came home in time for kickoff and then DJ, Maggie, and Payton came by. I got the Christmas tree decorated and so far the cat does not care. We hope it stays that way. It was a surprise to see the Eagles won today and the Chiefs also won. It was a good football day.

Computer back

I got up around 8:30am. I had to go pick up my computers around 10:30am and stopped at AC Moore first. I then went to the grocery store and then came home. Dawn and Beth were all ready working a Dawn's place. I put a pot of stew on for dinner tomorrow and started watching football. I did a few things around the house during the games. I put the tree up downstairs, so we will how Lolli does before decorating it. Dawn and Beth came home around 6pm and got a lot of the boxes downstairs put away. Mom, Dawn says Hi back.

Movie day...

We were up around 8am. We took showers and had breakfast. Maggie dropped of Nyla to play with Buster today and so she would not have to stay in her crate. I left around 11:30am to go meet a lady on some stuff I sold on the yard sale site nd then went to the movies. Beth stayed and played with the dog. We went out to dinner as Dawn was hungry for waffles fries. We then took Nyla home as DJ was getting released. All things point to have no heart trouble, just not sure what is causing chest pains. It was another grey, cold, rainy day and I am sure getting tired of them.

Truck all done

We were up around 8am. Beth called and got an appointment with Dr. Bill at 11am. After that, we stopped by the dealership to see if my truck was done and it was. It had the oil changes, the serpentine belt replaces, and the headlight covers polished. I then went to the post office and the grocery store and came home. DJ is still in the hospital, so we pickup Payton from Maggie's mom and took him down to see her. we visited a while and then came home. I started raining this afternoon and it is suppose to rain the next couple days. So on top of being cold it is now rainy.

Birthday shopping...

We were up around 8:30am. Rylee got up around 9:30am. We headed out the door around 11am to go birthday shopping. Rylee had fake money and was able to get what every she wanted with the money she had. She did really good and we only veto one thing, a piñata. We left Toys R Us and went to lunch. We were back home by 1:30pm to watch some football. Maggie called and she had to take DJ to the hospital with chest pain. The do not think it was a heart attack but will run more test tomorrow. We had to go let our Nyla and them took my truck to the dealership for service tomorrow. What a day it has been.

Happy Birthday Rylee....

We were up around 8am. Rylee opened her presents from Dawn and played with them until 11am. She took a bath and got ready for Jo to pick her up. Beth and I left around 11:30am to go meet a lady from some items I sold on the yard sale site. we then stopped at Hallmark, Staples, got balloons, and picked up the cake. we were home around 1:30 and had some lunch. We started watching football and people started showing up around 5pm. It was a great time and Rylee had a good party. We will post some pictures tomorrow.

Black Friday...

I got up around 4am and took a shower. I headed out the door around 4:45am. It the thing I wanted was not on sale I would have still been in bed. There were 25 of us in line when the doors opened at 5am. I found the 2 things I wanted and headed to the check out. I just got to the car and Dawn text to see where I was, so we could meet up. We hit AC Moore, Bed Bath, and Beyond, Staples, and Target before 7am. We went back to Dawn's place and dropped off some stuff. She stayed at her place as the carpet guys and the guy delivering the table and bed were going to be there before noon. I came home and unloaded and Beth was up. I chatted with her a while before headed out. I went to Kohl's and Michael's before coming home around 10am. Beth took a shower and she headed out. Rylee and I played until Beth came back around 1:30pm. Dawn was back about 30 minutes later. We had lunch and got ready to go see The Good Dinosaur at the movie theater. We came home and cleaned the downstairs for Rylee's birthday party. I missed calling my father to wish him a happy birthday and will have to do that tomorrow. What a bad daughter I am...LOL

Happy Thanksgiving...

We were up around 8:30am. I started making stuff for dinner and got the turkey on around noon. We put the rest of the stuff in the oven. Jo dropped Rylee off around 2:30pm. We sat dinner to a great dinner around 4pm. We watched the football games and the Eagles looked bad. Glad the Cowboys lost and now watching the packers-bears. I am getting up at 4am and going to a store for something we want to get Payton for Christmas. I see a nap in my future.

Laundry day...

We were up around 8am. I started laundry and cleaned a little bit. We had some errors to do and got home around 3pm. We had grilled cheese and soup for dinner then Beth made pies. She made an apple, cherry and pumpkin. Cooking will be on the agenda tomorrow with dinner around 4pm.

Grocery shopping

We were up around 8:30am and it was cold outside. The temperature gauge said 26. We took showers and headed to the grocery store. I did not want to go tomorrow as all the crazies will be out. DJ and Payton stopped by for a visit and left around 1:30pm. Beth had her last PT appointment and then went over to Dawn's house. I did some cleaning and then watched some TV programs we had recorded. We had Swedish meatball and rice for dinner. the high today was only 40, but will be 10 degrees higher tomorrow.

Football day....

We were up around 8:30am. Beth went to 10:30am mass. I cleaned the house and took out the trash. I spent the rest of the day in the scrapbook room watching football and working on some projects. Dawn and Beth got tired of watching the eagles losing , that they left and went to Dawn's place. She is going to paint and get new carpet, so they went to Lowe's. It was not a good game, but we expected to lose, just not that bad.

Scrapbooking all day...

We were up around 8:30am. Dawn had already left and went to her house. She had the cleaning people coming at 8am. I spent the whole day in my scrapbook room and watched football. Beth went over around 11am to Dawn's house. She had her washer and dryer delivered around 4pm. They high today was only 50 and we will not be in the 50's again for the next week and will hit the 20's at night.

Closing all done...

Beth was up way early this morning. Buster is having issue with unsettledness. He went to the vet and she said it was just part of him getting old and losing is marbles. I got up around 7:30am to see Rylee off to school. We will not see her again until Thanksgiving day. we left to go with Dawn to do her walk through. we were very disappointed see the house was not even broom cleaned or anything. We left there and came back home. We had some lunch and then I left and went to Target, Beth took Buster to the vet, and Dawn went to her closing. The high today was only 52 and it will be in the low 20's in the evening the next week or so.

Rain again

We were up around 9am and it was raining again. We walked around the house and noticed several spot of the mortar we wanted fix. The guy came back out and took a look. He said he would be out tomorrow to fix them. I did a couple loads of laundry and cleaned the bathroom. It was a little warm so we both had on shorts. It was kind of nice. dawn closed on her house tomorrow and then we are going to Toys R Us for some Christmas shopping.

Fixing the rocks...

We were up around 7am. The guy was coming around 8:45am to start fixing the mortar around the stones on the house.  We left around 9am to go to Joan's to help her move some stuff. she then took us to breakfast. we were back home around 11:30am as Beth had PT on her knee. I left around 1pm to go over and visit with DJ for awhile. Beth joined us and we were back home around 2:30. I finished the laundry and Dawn came home around 3:30pm. Dawn and Beth went to see the Sound of Music at the movie theater. since that is not my thing, I picked up Rylee from school. She is getting around pretty good on her crutches, but hates using them. Since her foot is not swollen and feels better, she want to walk on it. But a few more day and she will be able. We stopped at McDonalds for some dinner and came home. I got her to sit in the office chair and pushed her around and she was ok with that. So we will check the mortar in the morning and make sure it is ok and then let the guy know. I hate that it is dark at 5pm now.

Not sure....

We were up around 8am. We had breakfast and took showers. We went to see the travel agent to set up our Disney cruise with Dawn and Rylee next October. We then came home and had lunch. I left and went to the grocery store and ordered Rylee's birthday cake and then on to AC Moore. I came home and the bug man just left. I fixed dinner and we watched some TV. so not really what we did but seemed to be busy. The weather had been a little cool and was only 43 this morning.

Craft shopping..

We were up around 8am. We headed out to Hobby Lobby for some craft items. We had lunch at Subway, then headed home. Beth took a nap and I watched TV. We went to the Italian place down the street for dinner then went to Home Depot. Dawn needed a washer and dryer and they had them on sale. She got a call from Jo and she was taking Rylee to Urgent Care. She hurt her ankle at school and it was really black and blue and swollen. It was not broken, just badly sprained. Dawn post a picture on face book of her using crutches. We will see how she does in a few days.

Movie and football

We were up around 8am. We took showers and headed to the movie theater. The Movie Tavern is a place to watch a movie and they bring food right to your seat. Rylee wanted to see the new Peanut's movie. It was cute and we had a good time. We were home around 12:30pm and George came to pick up our old rocker chairs. I was glad to get rid of them. We then spent the rest of the day watching the Eagles lose. Our quarterback left the game with a shoulder issue, so we will see what happens the next few days.

Craft day

We were up around 8:30am this morning. We had breakfast and headed to craft show at Rylee's school. They did not have much so we left  and went to lunch at Friendly's. We stopped at Michel's for a couple things and came home. We watched football the rest of the day.

Shopping and cleaning...

We both slept until 8:30am this morning. After breakfast, we headed to the bank and then to BJ's wholesale club. We needed a lot of things and the bill was just under $300 with coupons. We came home and had lunch. Beth went to cut the yard one last time as most the leaves are gone from the trees. I finished laundry and cleaned the house a little. We had fried chicken for dinner and boy was it tasty. Beth had to g watch baby Hayden at 7pm as her parents got married today and then went to dinner. It was a little chilly today and very windy. That typical fall day.

Water issue again...

We were up early as Beth had pt at 9am. I took a shower and started the laundry. I heard a noise, but thought it was the washer. Then I headed the water alarm downstairs. I took off downstairs and saw water all over the floor and coming out of the pipe. So I hit the emergency shutoff and found the leak was before that. I was able to divert some water in the salt tank and finally found a value to shut it off. It did not appear it got any of Dawn's boxes wet and was draining good. I called the water softener people as they installed it and was just out yesterday for service. They called back and said the guys were out on a well call and would let us know when they were on their way. Beth came home and we talked about what happened. They finally got here 2pm and it took then 20 minutes to fix the leak. It was a pipe that was never glued and the guy must have hit it just right. He drained all the water from the salt tank and was on his way. Sure glad I was home as we were going to the wholesale club. Guess we well do that tomorrow.

Busy day....

We were up around 7:30am. We took showers and Kim dropped off Jojo around 8am. I went downstairs to work on the computer to try and get it to print. Beth and Jojo left around noon to go to the movies. I finally got the printer to print, but not the way it did 2 weeks ago. Kim came to pick up Jojo around 3pm. Dawn got home with Rylee around 5pm and we had dinner. Rylee and Dawn worked on home work and Beth and I stayed in the office until they were done. The weather was kinda nice, but a little chilly.

No pictures...

We were up early as the guys were suppose to be here between 8:30am and 11:30am. It was a rainy gloomy type day. Our new chairs came around 10am and the look great. I spent the rest of the day trying to get the printer to print photos. I was not able to get it done, so will try again tomorrow. we had shake and bake pork chops and veggies for dinner. Looks like another day of rain tomorrow and clod weather.

Fun day....

We were up early and I went to see Dr. Bill at 9am and Beth had therapy. I then went to the store and came home. I spent the rest of the day in the scrapbook room playing with the new cricut machine. We went to dinner and are now watching MNF. It was a little chilly today and we had another heavy frost this morning.

Sugarloaf...

We were up by 8:30am. We took showers and had some breakfast. we left around 10am and headed to Oaks to the Sugarloaf craft festival. We had free ticket and it was something to do. They have a lot if crafts, food, and music. We spent about 2 hours and we were ready to go to lunch. we went to Buffalo Wild Wings and were able to watch some of the football games. We came home around 2:45pm and Jo came to get Rylee around 3pm. We then spent the rest of the game watching football. The weather was kinds nice this morning, but turned colder as the day went on. Mom, dawn says Hi.

Movie night...

We got up around 8am and I started laundry. Beth went downstairs to clean the bar area as we were dinner and movie night at our house with the neighbors. It was a very warm day for November and short and t-shirts were in order. We had hotdogs, mac and cheese, taco dip, and cookies. We watched Inside Out and had a great time. we will have to do it again soon.

New chairs...

Beth was up around 7am and I slept until 8:30am. We had breakfast and took showers. we then decided to go the Lazy boy store and look and new chairs for the living room. The ones we have are finally falling apart after 20 years Ns both need better back support. So we found one for each of us that fit what we needed. The were even on sale and will be here next Tuesday. We then went to Best Buy and to the grocery store. Beth made sloppy Joes for dinner and now it is time for the football game. It was a little rainy, but warm today. One more day of warm weather and then fall is here to stay.

Work outside....

After I talked to you his morning, I went outside to cut down the papas grass. I used the hedge trimmers and had 5 of them. I tossed the stalks into the woods for the dear to eat or use as beading. It took me most of the morning and finally finished around 1pm. we had some lunch and then I rested the rest of the afternoon. Beth did some inside cleaning. We had eggs, hash browns, and bacon for dinner. Yum Yum It was warm today and will be the next 2 days, before finally settling for the low 60's.

Daylight saving time...

I think we were all a little off today with the change in time. Beth went to church and I took a shower. Rylee got up way early and was ready to go. Beth took Rylee over to play with max and Elli across the street and she made some new friends. We watched football all day with kickoff at 9:30am. Rylee sided with me today with liking the chiefs and we got the win. Jo picked up Rylee around 3:30pm and the rest of just kinda napped the rest of the day. we will see how we all sleep tonight as it may take a few days to get used to the change.

Happy Halloween...

We were up around 8am this morning. We all had breakfast and took showers. Jo came to pick up Rylee around 11am. Beth went out to do some weed whacking and found someone had smashed one of ur pumpkins on the front steps. Dawn and I hear a noise last night, but was not sure what it was, now we know. I had to go meet a lady about something I sold on the yard sale site and what a mess that was. She was late in getting there and then talk talk talk. I was going to try and sell her something else, but all I wanted to do was leave. What a waste of 2 hours. Jo had already dropped Rylee off and DJ and the gang were coming over to have dinner and go trick or treating. Everyone except Dj and I left to that the kid. we had a total of 4 trick or treeters. So now watching football and hoping for no more messes in the morning.

Pre- halloween

We were up around 7:30am, but stayed in the room until Dawn left with Rylee about 10 minutes later. Dawn came back to work from home as Rylee had 2 Halloween things Dawn wanted to go to. I had to go to get my mammo done and should here by Wednesday. I then came back and picked up Beth. we went to get her passport photo and sent in her renewal . We then went to find Rylee more purple hair spray for her Halloween costume. We find it at the Party store and then came home. Beth cut the grass and Dawn and I went to the Halloween parade at Rylee's daycare. We were back home around 4:15pm and Dawn and Rylee left around 5pm to go to the mall for trick or treating. Rylee is going with Jo tomorrow for more trick or treating at the club and then we will take her to her old neighborhood for the finally round.

Laundry day...

Not much today. It was kinda nice, at least inside and we got to wear shorts. I did laundry all day and got caught up on some TV programs, Beth had PT and worked in the office. Dawn and Rylee came home around 5:30pm and we had dinner. They wen to OJR high school for trick or treating. We then watched the football and I am ready for bed. I have my mammo tomorrow morning.

Rainy day...

We were up around 8:30am. It was a rainy yucky day. Beth had to go meet Kim around 10am. I went to the movies and saw The Maze runner. I then went to BJ's to pick up a few things I fixed meatloaf for dinner and Dawn went to pick up Rylee around 5pm and we ate when she got home. There were a lot of down pours through out the day, but is suppose to stop tomorrow.

Clean up...

we were up around 8am. We took showers and had breakfast. We went to Lowe's to get a cover for the picnic table and then on to the Hallmark store. we came home and had some lunch. The pool fairies came and did the first winter treatment to the pool. Beth went to PT for her knee and I went outside to start cleaning the flower beds. I got 2 done and then tried to get caught up on some TV shows. We has some dinner at the Italian place down the street. Dawn had plans after work, so we went out. It is suppose to rain and be cold tomorrow so it sound like a good day to do laundry and make meatloaf for dinner.

More moving....

We were up and at Dr. Bill's office at 9am. We got adjustments and then went to the bank and to the doctor's office to pick up a script. We stopped at Target and the went to Joan's house. She had a small picnic table that we had to pick up and bring to our house. We had some lunch and did some things around the house. I had to go to the grocery store and picked up a few things. We pickup up Nyla and brought her to our house to play with Buster a while. DJ and gang went to NY for the day, so we took her so she did not have to stay in her crate all day. DJ picked her up around 8pm and we are watching the cardinal play the raven on MNF.

Football all day...

Not much to say as we watched football from 9:30am to well when ever I got to bed. Short and sweet...

Busy day...

I was up at 6am. I had to get Rylee ready for school and she was tired, so it did not go well. We did find that with 30 minutes left to leave she got dressed, brushed her teeth, got she shoes on, and had breakfast. It was not pretty, but she made it to school on time and there were no tears. Beth and I had breakfast and I started laundry. Beth worked on her desk until noon. We had to leave and got to the vet as Buster needed to be on special food for his kidneys. Them then wert to Joan's house as she was have the Comcast people there and needed some help. I dropped Beth off and went to Target, the dr. office ( it was closed so will have to go back Monday), and the post office. I made it back to Joan's house around 2pm. I helped unload some stuff, while the cable and security system was installed. Dawn picked up Rylee and took her to the hospital for some tests. She has had several bladder infections and they wanted to do an ultrasound. Hopefully we will know soon. We stopped and picked up a couple pizzas for dinner. It was a good busy day and I am so ready for bed.

Knee doctor...

We were up around 8am. We took showers and headed to KOP. Beth had an appointment with the knee doctor. She is having issues with her right knee. After looking at it, he said she needed some physical therapy to help strengthen the muscle around the knee. So we then stopped at the store and at WAWA. We had lunch and then I cleaned the kitchen. I started dinner and Dawn and Rylee came home around 5:15pm. I got to help Rylee with the homework in making a fall wreath. It was another nice day, but the high tomorrow will only be 59 so back to long pants again.

Shorts time....

We were up around 8:30am. We took showers and headed to pick up Beth's car. I stopped by Bj's wholesale club and Target to picked up a few things. Beth stopped by Kim's and then came home. We had some lunch and then went outside to do some work. It was nice and we both had shorts on. It will be short lived, but it nice. We have tomorrow to finish the outside work before the temperature fall again. Dawn came home around 4pm. Rylee wanted to stay late at daycare, so Dawn picked her up around 5pm. We had beanie weanie for dinner and then played the game Clue. Rylee did well, but got bored before it was over.

Fun day....

We were all up around 8am. I took a shower and headed to the store. We were have a small gathering for football and I needed a few things. DJ, Maggie, Brownie, and Payton came over around 1pm. We had good food, great conversation, and a good time. We watched the redzone as the Eagles do not play until tomorrow night. We had sleet around 6pm this evening. It was kind of strange as there was only one cloud out, but did not last long. Just a reminder of all the stuff we need to do outside before it gets really cold.

Not happy...

I was the last one up at 8am. We had breakfast and took showers. Beth's back was still hurting , so she decided to stay home and not go to the pumpkin patch with us. So it took us about an hour to get there. it was a chilly cold day out. We took a hay ride, did the corn maze, played in the kids area, did face painting, and picked some pumpkins. we headed home around 1:30pm. Rylee feel asleep on the way home and woke up hungry. We stopped for pizza and then came home to watch some football. Beth went to church and stopped and got chicken on the way home. Boy did it hit the spot. I was not happy having to wear jeans today, but it was just to cold for shorts. Both of my knees ached all day in the cold. I hate cold weather. Florida will not come soon enough.

More moving...

We were up around 8am. I took a shower and had to go give blood for my doctor appointment next week. I had some breakfast when I got home and then waited for Kyle to get here around 10:30am. We all then headed over to Jon's house to move some stuff for her to her new apartment. It only took us an hour, but we talked for another hour. We stopped and got breakfast at McDonald's since they sever it all day now. Beth left around 4pm to go get the new rims put on her car and was home around 6pm. I made waffles and bacon for dinner. It was a little chill today, but will have to wear long pants tomorrow as the high is only going to be 54 degrees.

Cleaning up...

We were up around 8am. We did not hear Dawn and Rylee get up, so that is good. I started laundry and we took showers and had breakfast. I had to go to the post office and then on to Wal-mart. We had lunch when I got back and then organized some of the clutter around the kitchen. Things are slowing getting into a routine. Dawn and Rylee came home around 5:30pm and we had dinner. Dawn and Rylee worked on Rylee's homework and Beth and I went to the office. We had dessert and went downstairs to watch some TV and visit with Lolly, the cat.  We watched the football game until halftime and then came upstairs for bed. Kyle is coming over tomorrow and we are helping Jo's mom move some stuff, so another day of moving. Beth did get the grass cut as it needed it, but with the cool weather it should last awhile.

BJ's shopping...

We were up around 8:30am. We took showers and headed to BJ's wholesale club to do some shopping. We were back home in time for lunch. I spent the rest of the day getting Rylee's room ready for her. I picked up Rylee from school as Dane had her closing on her old house. Things went well and she is glad it is over. Some now the next few days will be spent getting things in order around our house and new routines.

All done...

Dawn was up and gone by 7am. Beth and I got up around 8:30am. We wanted to get started early as it was suppose to rain. We made the first 2 loads and it started to rain. So we finished cleaning and the rain stopped. We took 2 more loads and were done. We had some lunch and went back up so Beth could do some touch up painting and I cleaned the fridge. We were finally done around 2:30pm and the house is ready for settlement tomorrow. Dawn came home around 5pm and we went to Chili's for dinner.

Movers came....

We were up around 7am. I put a roast in the crock pot and took a shower. Beth took a shower and we headed to see Dr. Bill. We both needed adjustments after moving stuff this week-end. We then stopped back at Dawn's house and the movers were already in action. I dropped Beth off and I came home to do some cleaning here. The movers left around 2pm and the house looked very empty. I had to take Beth to the doctor's again. She still has the creeping crud and got some more drug. we came back to Dawn's house and helped load up the last of the boxes. Beth and I will go up tomorrow and get all the pictures and it will be done.

Done packing...

Beth was up and at church by 8am. I got up and took a shower. We had a quick breakfast when she got home and then headed back up to Dawn's house. We picked up the crib and a couple items and brought them to our house for the trash man tomorrow. We then dropped off 3 bags of clothes for the good will and then headed back to the house. DJ, Maggie, and Payton came by around 10:30am. We started in the basement and completed it. There is a big pile of junk that we need to get rid of, but not sure what to do with it yet.  We had some lunch and then packed up a load to big to our house. DJ and gang headed home and we watched some football with Dawn. Beth is not feeling well again and will go back to the doctor again tomorrow. The movers come to Dawn's house at 9am. They will have to inventory everything and them load it up. We have a few more things to big back to the house and will do that tomorrow. It was Cold this morning, 43 degrees, but turned nice later on. It is going to be that was the rest of the week.

More packing....

We were up 8am. Kyle stopped by to pickup some stuff he left here and then headed home. we took showers and headed up to Dawn's for more packing. There were several people there to help and we got a lot done. DJ helped us bring some stuff back to our garage. We are now resting and watch some college football. We will head back up to Dawn's tomorrow to finish up packing as the movers are coming Monday morning. It was a little chilly here today and 60 degrees today and will be a low of 47 tonight. The leaves are starting to turn and fall, so fall is really here. I am going to hate wearing long pants again and will hold off as long as possible.

Packing....

We were up around 7am. We had some breakfast and took showers. We then headed to Dawn's house to help her pack up some stuff. We were able to get a lot done, but there is still a lot left. We will start again in the morning with some more people. We had a big storm pass over and then a tornado warning issued. We got heavy wind and lots of rain in a very short period of time. The temperature dropped and the high tomorrow will only be 60 degrees.

Laundry and unpacking...

We were up around 8am this morning. We had breakfast and took showers. I started laundry and then went to Wal-mart. I needed a few things and that seemed like the place to pick them up. I came home and we had lunch. I spent the rest of the day unpacking the rest of the stuff from the trip and did 3 loads of laundry. We went up to Dawn's house for dinner and to pack a few of Rylee's toys.

Unpacking...

We both have been really tired last night as we did not hear Kyle come home around 4am and Buster never a sound. Beth was up around 8am and I got up around 8:45. I called to get an appoint with Dr. Bill and was able to get in at 11am. After seeing Dr. Bill, I stopped by Costco to get a chicken pot pie for dinner and a couple other things. I then stopped by WAWA to get a couple items also. I came home and Kyle was up and Dawn was here. We chatted with Dawn for a while and she left. we then chatted with Kyle before he took and shower and went to work. I got a couple of the suitcases unpacked and will do the rest tomorrow. Rylee and Dawn came by for dinner and the left around 8pm. I am so ready for bed and hope I sleep better.

Football sunday....

Beth was up and at church by 8am. She stopped on her way home to get gas and picked up donuts. We had breakfast and started watching football as it was on early from London. we then spent the rest of the day watching football. With no Redzone, we were limited to what was on the local channels, but hey it is football. We have been watching the weather conditions in South Caroline and found part of I-95 is closed. There is a way around, but we will see what happens in the next 36 hours, before heading out.

No cable

We were up around 8am.We took showers and went to breakfast at the local diner. It was really good and hit the spot. We then came back to the condo and did some cleaning. The cable guy was suppose to be here anytime between 1pm and 3pm. Well it is now 6:30pm and he is not here. Beth had been on the phone, on hold of course, for over an hour and is still waiting to see what happened to the 2hour window guarantee. So we will see what they say and hope for the best. It looks like we will head home early Tuesday morning and spend the night in VA, then be home some time Wednesday.

Magic Kingdom....

We were up at 6am. we took showers and headed to Magic Kingdom for an early breakfast. We were able to get in before the park opened. We took some pictures in front of the castle and headed to Be Our Guest to have breakfast. After ordering, we asked if there were any tables in the Beast room. We have not eating it that room and it is the smallest room. We were in luck and found a table. After breakfast, we headed to walk around before our first fast pass. It was another hot day and this time, no clouds. I think it got to 91 degrees and humidity was 90% most of the day. We did the rides were set up and then road the train around the park twice, before out last ride. It was covered out of the sun and had a little breeze. We headed back to the room around 5pm. We took showers and got ready for dinner in our lodge. I did a couple loads of laundry and we are now watching the weather to see where and when the hurricane will hit. That will determine a lot when we head home.

Food and wine day 2...

We were up around 8am. It was raining cats and dogs out, so we decided to go to Disney Springs. So we hopped on the bus and headed downtown. We did some shopping and were very disappointed in the selection this year. We stopped at Earl of Sandwich and had lunch. They have the best sandwiches and a great price. We hopped back on the bus and came back to the room. It has rained on and off all day long with mostly on. We decided to go back to EPCOT to finish un the countries we needed on the food and wine tour. We hit South Korea for a roasted pork lettuce wrap, then on to China for chicken pot stickers. Beth got a guava margarita in Mexico and at Australia we got the yellow cake dipped in chocolate with coconut. Patagonia presented us with Beef empanada and grilled beef skewer. I am not sure what the Farm Fresh stand was, but they had great loaded mac & cheese with bacon. We got a cream soda float with caramel ice cream at the Desserts and Champagne stand and the last stand of the night was Refreshment Port, which had croissant doughnut with cinnamon sugar and fried chicken chunks with a pineapple sweet and sour sauce. I did not care for the sauce at this stand, so I just ate the chicken. It was a great trip eating around the different countries and most of the food was really good. There were several stands we did not eat at, as we could not find anything we liked. On top of all the food, they have several different beers, but Beth was not interested in any of them. On top of all the rain, it was hot and muggy again. It is sad when the humid is higher than the temperature and the temperature is 88 degrees. Off to Magic Kingdom tomorrow.

Eating around the world...

we were up around 8am this morning. Beth was feeling better and the meds seems to be working. We had reservations at O'hana at 10:40am. After breakfast, we headed to EPCOT. We had fast passes for Soar 'in, Figment, and Nemo. We then headed back to the World showcase for the food and wine festival. We took the boat back and started at Germany. We had apple strudel and the pasta gratin with ham and cheese. Next it was on to Poland for Kielbasa and pierogi. On to Italy for cheese ravioli and Beth had a wine. The had the Eat to the Beat concert and tonight featured Wilson Phillips, so we got in line. It was a good concert and started to rain half way and boy did it feel good. It had been so hot and humid the last 2 day, rain was a welcome fell for a short period of time. We then stopped at the Americans and had Beef slider with pimento cheese and also a carrot cake with cream cheese icing. Everything up until now has been great food, but then we went to Japan. We got a steamed bun with chicken, vegetables,, and teriyaki sauce. One bite and it was done. YUCK....  The next stop was Belgium for waffles with chocolate for Beth and berry compost for me. The last stop of the night was France for short rib meat and mashed potatoes. It was time to head back to the room as we were both tired and smelly. The food and wine is a great chance to try several different types for food for a small fee. most thing are around 4 or 5 buck and we generally share, unless we know we want our own. So tomorrow it is back to EPCOT for the other half of the food and wine festival.

Disneyworld day 2...

I still have to download the pictures from our last day at sea and hope to do that later. We made it to Disneyworld yesterday around 9am. Our room was not ready, so we stored our luggage with the bell hop and headed to Hollywood studio. We headed back to the room around 4pm as we were both pretty tired. We got the luggage unpacked and everything in it's place by 8pm. We were both in bed by 9am. Beth work up this morning not feeling well at all. So we went to the CVS to there walk in clinic. We had to wait a bit, but it was not too bad. The doctor found Beth had a double ear infection, a sinus infection, and a wheezing in her chest. She gave her 4 prescriptions and told her to rest and no swimming for 10 days. So we picked up a few more things and headed back to the room. Beth went to bed and I headed to Magic Kingdom to see if we could cancel our Halloween party tickets. I was able to cancel them and headed back to the room. I stopped and picked some lunch. I was able to watch a little of the football game and took a nap. Beth got up and I got her lunch. She said she felt a little better, so we will see how tomorrow goes.

Castaway Cay

We were up around 7:30am. We watched them upload the food and other off the ship and then headed for breakfast. It looked like it was going to rain, so we took our time going ashore. We picked up some fins and snorkel vest. We headed out to the snorkel area and only got about 50 feet out, when they called everyone back, as there was lighting. So we went to the lunch area and ate lunch while the rain blew over. We were allowed back in the water and took advantage of it. We snorkeled for about 3 hours and headed back in. It sprinkled a little, but who cared. We took showers and got something to drink and a couple slices of pizza. We went to dinner and then went to get our photos. We got the digital pack and will pick them when we get home. We are mostly packed and will finish tomorrow morning. We are leaving the ship at 7:15am and headed to Disney world.

2nd day at sea

We finally got to sleep in and slept until after 9:30am. We took showers and since it was almost time for lunch, we skipped breakfast and went to look at our pictures the ship had taken. We then spent the rest of the day relaxing, watching movies, and even did a little packing. We had dinner at the Palo, which is the ships fancy dinning area. Beth had a 8oz filet and I had beef raviolis. They were both really good and we are stuffed. We then went to the show and came back to cabin for bedtime. Tomorrow we are at Disney private and hope to snorkel all day.

Falmouth, Jamaica

We were up at 6am and got dressed. We went and got some breakfast before coming back to the room to get dressed in swimming suits. We boarded the buses around 8am. The people that built this bus built them for little people. Beth and I got pulled from our original line and boarded a bus with only 2 seats left. So she sat in the back and I had to get the seat with no leg room what so ever. We had an hour drive to the Dunn River falls. It was a river with giant rocks and the fresh water running down it. Ok it is a major attraction and then you get to climb up it for 600 feet up the river over all the rocks. Seemed like fun. They said the fist 10 minutes was the hardest. They lied, it was all-hard. It was cold and refreshing, but you sweated all the way up to the top. I know I fell a couple times and Beth fell once or twice also. It was fun, but we do not have to do it again and we got a video to prove it. Can’t wait to see that one. We then boarded the bus for a short trip to Dolphin cove. It had a dolphin show and up close with a dolphin, if you paid a price for it. We did not, so we watched to the side. Then it was a short walk to a parrot picture tacking spot and then to see some love birds. Next it was finally time for lunch. We had jerk chicken, burgers, hotdogs and some pasta. I would have to say this part of the excursion was a big bust. So it was back on the bus for the hour ride home. I did find a little more leg room this time. We did a little shopping and boarded the bus for much needed showers. Tonight is pirate night with fireworks at 10pm. Tomorrow is a day at sea and sleeping late.

Grand Cayman

We got up around 8:30am. We took showers and went to get breakfast. We did not have an excursion until 1:15pm. We took a walk around the ship and decided to get off around noon. We talked to several people waiting for the same excursion as us and were finally able to board the tour bus. It was a short 30-minute drive to our first stop, which was Hell. It is a large formation of limestone that resembles, well Hell. They say that it was under water at one time and this is the remains of water was under the sea for years and years. We then headed to the sea turtle farm. That was very fun and educational. We got to hold a turtle and have our pictures taken with them. Beth them fed some of the bigger turtles. We left there and headed back to the dock. We headed to dinner and the other couple at our table was not there, so it was just the two of us. We were able to get out by 7pm. We got in line for tinker bell and then headed to the theater for the show Whishes. After the show, we jumped in line to see Chip and Dale. We made it to bed by 10:30pm and will be up at 6am tomorrow.

 

Cozumel Mexico

We were up around 6:30am. We had breakfast and went to the D lounge to wait for our tour to leave. We walked down the street and were put into a group of 4 people. Beth drove the dune buggy first. It was about a 20-minute ride to the beach. We were given instruction on using the snorkel equipment and headed into the water. We saw a baby stingray, parrotfish, angle fish, and several other kinds. We were there about 50 minutes and then headed back to our buggy. The tour guide said he had an extra buggy if we wanted to get our own, so we did. We took a 50-minute drive up the coast and the shoreline was beautiful. We stopped for a buffet lunch of steak and chicken fajita, bean and rice, nachos, and a couple other things. It was a really great lunch. We were able to get in the water for about 20 minutes, but it was nice to cool off. A big storm seemed to roll in fast, so we got in the buggy and headed to our next place. We some Mayan things, a women grounding coco beans, and a tequila factory. We got back in the buggy and headed back to the starting point, except it was right through the middle of town. We took a shower when we got back and rested for a bit before getting dressed for dinner. It was Halloween night and we got dressed in out costumes. After dinner, we went to the lobby for the Halloween party. We did trick or treating and got a half bag of candy. It was so fun. We are having the character sign as picture board for our honeymoon pictures so we stood in line to get 5 characters to sign. We finally made it back to the cabin around 11:30pm. We have a short excursion day tomorrow, but will be glad to go to bed.

1st day at sea

We got up around 8:45am. We took showers and went and had breakfast. We then went shopping and came back to the room. Beth went and did the Mid ship detective game and I went and read my book. We meet for lunch and then had a coke float. We came back to the room and watched some football until dinner. It was formal night, but we are not formal people. We took several formal pictures after dinner and then came back to the room. We wanted to get some rest as tomorrow we are at Cozumel Mexico. Tomorrow is also Halloween and should be a great time. The pictures are of the elevator floor with the Mickey and the kissing doves we got for our honeymoon.

Port Canaveral Florida

We got up around 6:30am and took showers. We had breakfast in with Donald and Goofy. It was a nice start to the honeymoon. We finished packing and headed to the cruise terminal. We got checked in and headed onto the ship. We went and had some lunch and took our stuff to our room. We had the lifeboat drill and were on our way around 4:30pm. We got our luggage and decided to go ahead and unpack as there were several things we wanted to do after dinner. We had dinner with one other couple and they were from New Jersey and the other couple was a no show. We then went to the lobby to hear the story of the pumpkin tree. The ship is all decked out in Halloween and we will have trick –or- treating one night. We then went to the Welcome aboard show. We finished the night with a special showing of the Nightmare before Christmas and had our pictures taken with Jack and Sally. We finally made it back to the room around midnight and were so ready for bed. Tomorrow is a day a sea, so we get to sleep late.

Honeymoon here we come...

House clean, bags packed, car loaded, all check check check. Now off to bed as 3am will come early.

Packing...

We spent most of the day getting ready for the honeymoon. Kyle came over and we went over everything with him. we then went to BJ's wholesale club and picked up stuff for him to eat. We came home and then Kyle and I went to Lowe's to get him his own key and to my bank to close out my accounts. Beth and I did some cleaning and packing the rest of the day. Buster went to the groomers and we went to dinner. So it is off to bed as we want to be up by 6am tomorrow. It will make getting up at 3:30am the follow more easier.

Great Day of football...

Beth was up and at church by 8am. I slept until 10am as I did not go to bed until 1;30am. We spent the rest of the day watching football. We are in a pool with Dawn and have to pick winning teams, but can only pick them once. All three of team we choose won s we are doing good so far.

Football day...

It was another rainy day all day long. I spent most of the day in the scrapbook room installing window 10 on the computer down there. College football was on all day, so I spent the day watching that. Beth worked on the Thank you card and they will be mailed out on Monday.

Up early....

I got up around 6am. I brushed my teeth and headed to Dawn's. She had to go in early as she had an appointment after work. I got Rylee up and she got dressed. I did her hair and she had some milk. I left to take her to school and waited until the bus left. I came home and Beth was up. We had some breakfast and then took showers. Beth left and went to Jeff's house. When she came home we went to Best Buy. I wanted to see why the laptop was using so much space. It was just what was needed , so no big deal. We had some lunch and came home. We picked up Rylee around 5pm and Dawn got here around 5:30pm. We had dinner and then went to see another house. I am so ready for bead as it has been a long day.

Rainy day....

We were up around 9am this morning. It was dark and gloomy out and had rained a little. We took showers and had breakfast. I started cleaning the kitchen and the mud room. I took the Florida stuff out of the cedar closet and put the wedding stuff in it. I will put some of the wedding stuff on the yard sale site when we get home. The rain started and came down hard. Dawn and Rylee came for dinner. we had sloppy joes and fries. Now it is time to relax and enjoy the start of the regular season.

Windows 10

I spent a part of last night installing windows 10 on my machine. It took some getting used to but I now love it. I then had to spend the rest of the day updating a few files and getting used to where things are. Beth had to go me Charlie and take him to the wholesale club.   I did laundry and played with the computer most of the day. Beth played with her new laptop and got everything installed. I worked on my Christmas list and will have it completed by the end of the week. We are so excited for the football season to kick off tomorrow night.

Busy Busy Busy...

Beth was up before me and I got up around 8:15am. We took showers and headed out around 9:30am. We had to go get gas and take it to Charles as he ran out on the side of the road. We then went to the jewelry store to sell some stuff Beth had. She wanted to get a new laptop and was able to get enough for it. We then came home and Beth had a hair appointment.  We had some lunch before leaving to go to the Best Buy in KOP. They had the printer I wanted, but not the computer Beth wanted. We were able to pay for everything there and then picked up the laptop in the Pottstown store. And before you ask why did we not go there in the first place, they did not have the printer I wanted. We came home for awhile and then met Eileen for dinner. It was a busy busy busy day of running.

Starting to pack...

We were up around 8:30am. We had some breakfast and got dressed. I had some weeds to pull in the flower beds and out front. Beth was finally able to get the grass cut. We came in and had lunch and took showers. we then went to Target, AC Moore, and Best Buy. The printer that I use to print all my scrapbook pictures is not supported by the new computer. So it looks like we will have to buy a new one, so scrapbooking in on hold for awhile. I started packing for the honeymoon and will continue on the next week or so.

Not much...

Beth was up and at church by 8am. I how ever did not get out of bed until after 9am. Beth got us breakfast and we read the paper. Dawn and Rylee came down to swim around 2pm. I did go to Michael's to get transfer paper, but did very little the rest of the day. It was kinda nice. Mom, did you read the text message I sent you???

Start of Saturday football...

We were up around 8:30am. We took showers and headed out to pick up my truck. we then went over to Joan's house and looked at some stuff she was getting rid of. We visited for awhile and came home around 1pm. We had some lunch and I went downstairs to watch football and do some stuff in the scrapbook room. Dawn and Rylee came down around 5pm. We had some dinner and then swam for a bit. We used to fire pit afterwards as it was a little chilly.

Cleaning...

I got up around 8:30am. Dawn stopped by around 9am. Best's brother came by to get the old car. He is putting in a show on the week-end in hopes of selling it. They had problems with it starting and worked on it all morning. Dawn and I left to go to the Halloween store to get Rylee's costume. We then went to target and tot eh beer store. We came home and they finally had the car running. They had to blow out the fuel lines, what a mess in the driveway. Gas and asphalt do not mix well. Have some patching to do. I started clean the house. With Dawn and Rylee moving in we have to get the quest room and my scrapbook ready for them. Kim and Jojo came swimming. We left around 5:30pm to go meet Joan, Eileen, Dawn, and Rylee at the local Italian place on the corner. We had a great time. Dawn and Rylee came back for a swim and left around 8:30pm.

Dawn's house...

I got up around 8:30am. I came to play on the computer for awhile, but Buster got up and wanted out. I let him out and Dawn was on the deck. Beth got up and we all went to the deck. We ended up going swimming around 11am. I fixed lunch and then took a shower, Dawn got an offer on her house and was talking to her realtor about it. I had to go see Dr. Bill and get my back worked on again. It is getting close to being normal again and so glad the feeling in my big toe is back. Dawn picked up Rylee from daycare and them came for dinner. She had worked out a good deal for her and the realtor was coming over to sign paper after dinner. Beth, Rylee, and I got back in the pool after dinner until the thunder and lighting came. We them went downstairs to watch a movie until all the paperwork was done. So it looks like we might be having roommates for awhile.

Car back...

I had to get up at 6:30am this morning as Jo was dropped off Rylee at 7am. After Jo left, I got Rylee ready for school and we left around 7:40am. She was a little shy when I dropped her off, so I stayed. I was able to see here board the bus and waved as she left for school. I came home and had breakfast with Beth. Beth's car was ready to pick up, so we left to go get it. We stopped at BJ's wholesale club on the way back. I went to Michael's and Beth came home. Dawn was here as she was having a showing on her house. I worked on a project for the cruise and was able to finish it. I also did 3 loads of laundry that still has to be put away tonight.

New car....

We were up and on the road by 8:45am. I dropped off my truck to get the new frames installed. They gave me a loaner car for the week and it is a bran new Camry. It only had 11 miles on it and still had the new car smell. We then went to the bank and the post office. We came home and I went downstairs to work on a project. I was then all day. Dawn came over around 5:30pm and we went out to dinner. Beth's car should be ready tomorrow. It just needed a new coolant hose. It was 95 degrees today and will be that way the next 3 days.

Draft day....

We did nit get up until 8:30am. Beth went to 10:30am mass. I started making the food for the draft party. Beth was home around 11:45am and we got the rest of the downstairs ready to go. We started the draft around 1:30pm and finished by 3:15pm. Beth will enter the players and be ready to go before the first game. Half the crown left and we visited with the rest until 6pm. We got the downstairs cleaned up and are not watching the cardinal/ raiders game.

Eagles looked good....

Beth was up before me and I got up around 8:30am. Dawn called and she had a showing today, so her and Rylee came down around 11:30am and we all went to Costco. We picked up a few things and Rylee had lunch on the samples they had. We had some lunch when we got home and I left to go to the grocery store. I had to make chili and coleslaw for the draft party tomorrow. We went to see a house Dawn was interested in and I thought it was too small, but did have a nice pool. Dawn and Rylee went swimming and Beth and I watched some for the 4pm football game. Dawn and Rylee went home around 6:30pm. Wendy came over around 8pm to watch the Eagles game with us and visit. The Eagles looked really good tonight and we can't wait for the season to began. Cut downs will take place on Tuesday, so it will be interested in who is cut around the league.

Down in my room....

We were both up around 8:30am. I had breakfast and took a shower. I then headed down to my scrapbook room for the day. I worked on Rylee's kindergarten sign. Beth cleaned up the tap for the beer. Dawn and Rylee came over for dinner as they were showing Dawn's house. we then went out for ice cream. We are not watching some football and excited for the Eagles tomorrow.

Party shopping...

We were up around 8:30am. It was another nice day to sit on the porch and have breakfast. We then took showers and headed to BJ's wholesale club. Dawn went with us and we stopped at Cheeburger Cheeburger for lunch first. We picked up the things we needed for the draft party this Sunday and headed home. Beth went up to Dawn's house to fix her front door. She is having an open house this Sunday and wanted it to be fixed. I went to Michael's, CVS, the beer store, and the grocery store. DJ came by for a quick hang in the pool and Dawn and I went to pick up Rylee. We had grilled cheese for dinner and then went to look at a house for Dawn. The house needed some work, but is big and in her price range. It is a short sale, so the bank will not accept a contingency. so we will see if anything happens this week-end.

Dentist day...

We got up around 8am. I took a shower and got ready to go to the dentist. I don't mind going anymore as everything is going good and no worries. I picked up Beth and we then went to the Halloween store. We did not find anything . but got some ideas. We came home and found Buster had eaten the rest of the wedding cake. Beth was really pissed as she was looking forward to a piece. We had lunch and I went downstairs to work on a new project. Rylee and dawn came for dinner and then Dawn went to the school meeting. She was back to pick up Rylee around 8:30pm.

Back to normal...

We were up around 8am. We took showers and had breakfast. I left and went to go give blood and the place was packed. I think it was kids doing something for school. I then went to go get ice and came home. I had a lot of laundry to do started on it. We sorted all the card and started on the thank you cards. The guy came and serviced the furnace. We had left overs for dinner and I went downstairs to work on a project for Rylee's fist day of school. DJ and Maggie came over for awhile an left around 9:15pm. Beth left at 9:30pm to go watch baby Hayden. Things are getting back to normal again.

Time is up...

Beth was up and ad Buster at the groomer by 8am. She stopped on the way hone to get muffins and Danish. Dawn came down and had breakfast with us. I then went out and cleaned the grill cause it was stinky. Beth vacuumed and mopped all the floors. After lunch, we all went swimming and then went to dinner. I will do laundry in the morning and then go get the family at the airport. Time is drawing near.

Last few things...

We were up around 7am. We had appointments with Dr. Bill and drove separately. Beth went to Allentown to see her doctor and I ran a few errands. I was back home around 10:30am. dawn came down as she had a showing on her house. Beth was home around 12:30pm and I left for a hair appointment. I then went to AC Moore and then picked up the dry cleaning. When I got home, Beth was cleaning the deck. Dawn came down and we had some dinner. We then blew out the blinds and now most everything on the list is done. It was very hot and humid today and should be better by the end of the week.

Getting close...

We were up around 8am. We had breakfast and Beth went to 10:30am mass. I started cleaning in hope of finishing the list. Beth came home and had hoagies with her. We had lunch and then watched the Eagles game. The looked pretty good and we are hopeful for a good season. Time is getting close and this time next week, it will be all over.

Cleaning...

We were up around 8am. Beth took Buster to the vet and I started cleaning. Buster had a little infection in his wee wee area, which is not uncommon for older dogs. So he has meds to take to help clear it up. I was able to get the kitchen and dining room done and most of the living room. Beth went to go see Jojo in a drama play and Kyle came over around 12:30. We talked with Kyle until 2pm and then went swimming with Dawn and Ryle who came down earlier. Jo came to pick up Rylee and Dawn went home. Beth and I got shower and I went to go get some vinyl adhesive pages to finish the welcome sign. Dawn had a date and we all went to dinner. She and her date went swimming and Beth and I finished some stuff in  he house. I am hoping to finish the majority of the cleaning tomorrow and then only do the floors next week. The time next week we will be married and the party will be over.

Flowers done...

We were up around 8am. I took a shower and started on the flowers. Dawn came down around 10am and we were able to get all the flowers done today. I will finish the welcome sign as it is taking longer than expected. Then the only things on the list are cleaning.

Soda run...

We were up around 7:30am this morning. Dawn came by around 9am and we left to go to Oaks. We went to Target first for a few things, then on to the wholesale club. We got 30 2 liter bottles of soda, 3 cases of water, 40 juice boxes, 1 case of G2, and few other things. We unloaded the soda in Dawn's garage and came home. We then went to lunch and on to Wal-mart for root beer and tea, which is at Dawn's also. We had appointments to see Dr. Bill and then picked up Rylee from school. We went swimming for a couple hours and then had dinner. We went up to Dawn's house and put Rylee to bed. There were 4 football games on and we watched them til Dawn came home.

Shopping...

Beth was up ear and went to give blood. She was back home by 8:30am. Dawn and DJ were here around 9am. We left and went to Vanity Fair to do some shopping. We were there a couple hours and then went to Firehouse Sub for lunch. We came home and Dawn and DJ left. We had good thunderstorm I left after dinner to go to Target. I needed a new bathroom rug and got a couple new towels. I finished a couple more items on the list and Beth worked downstairs. We are meeting with the cater tomorrow to go over final arrangements.

The List...

We were up around 8:30am this morning. I took a shower and headed to the UPS store. My sunglasses broke yesterday and I needed to get them replaced before the honeymoon. I then went to Party City to finalize the plans for the balloons. I came home and we started working on the list of items that need to get done before the wedding. Dawn called around noon and needed Beth's help. She was having a showing on her house at 1pm and needed to get a couple things done. So Beth went up there and they both came back in an hour. We spent the rest of the day working on the list and were able to get 4 things done. I went to pick up Rylee from school and we had dinner. We then picked up Jojo and went to get fitted for the dresses. I must admit they look better then we thought. So no further adjustments needed. We dropped the girls off and their homes and then came home. We are going to Vanity Fair tomorrow and then working on the list again.

Birthday party...

We both did not get up until after 8am. Beth decided to go to 10:30am mass. After she got home, we got ready and left to go to Philly. We were going to a birthday party for Beth's niece one year old twins. We were giving the wrong directions and after 45 minutes finally found the party. It was at a shelter in the largest park in Philly. It was a good time and good food. We came home around 4:30pm and DJ and family and Dawn and Rylee were all swimming. Dawn and Beth had an event their were going to go to, but changed their mind and we swam until 7pm. We are now watching the first preseason football game and loving it. This week will be a busy week of trying to get stuff done before the wedding.

More wedding stuff...

I had a hard time going to sleep last night and got up around 8am. We had breakfast and I took a shower. I started working on a project for the wedding. Beth went to go get ice and got some more beer. I then went to AC Moore and to the grocery store. When I got back, DJ, Maggie and Payton were in the pool. Beth and I had lunch and then Dawn and Rylee came over to swim. I went downstairs to finish working on my project. I finally finished around 4:30pm. I fixed dinner, while Beth and Dawn went to go look at the townhouse again. Dawn when will have her house on the market on Monday. Tomorrow Beth and I will sit down and make a list of the things that need to get down next week. It is going to be a busy week.

More wedding stuff...

We were up around 8am. I had to call the rental place and change our order on items for the wedding. It was an easy change and they had everything we needed. Beth spent the day working on the seating chart and the photo strip placement cards. I got a couple of rooms cleaned and worked on a few items for the wedding also. We had dinner with Rylee and Dawn and watched a movie. We are getting up early to go to Jake's flee market. Should be fun.

Check, Check, and Check...

We were up around 8am this morning. we took showers and Dawn brought breakfast. We headed out around 10 to goo look at the fire hall. We were able to get our walk in for the wedding determined, how the tables would be set up, were the chairs would be for the ceremony, and several other things determined. Check. We then went and paid for the cake and delivered the cake toppers. Check.  We then went and purchases all the wine as it was on sale and saved us $60 bucks. We then stopped and picked up lunch, checked on beer keg prices and finally home by 1pm. I looked at a few things on line regarding the stuff we have rented and we decided to may some changes, so I have to call tomorrow. I finalized with the caters the linens, napkins, runners, and total guests. We will meet with them on Wednesday of next week to paid and drop off all the stuff they will need. I sent the processional order to the reverend and finalized that. We had dinner and then went to the Party Store. They will blow up all the balloons we need and will take a load off us. I have to take them up tomorrow and fill out a form. So it had been a busy day of getting thing done for the wedding.

Wedding plans....

We were up around 8am. We had breakfast and showers. Beth worked on the seating arrangement and I worked on a few things. DJ, Payton, and Kyle came over for a swim. After they left, we picked up Rylee and came home. She wanted green eggs and ham for dinner. Beth draws the line at eating green eggs, so I made them for Rylee and we had regular eggs. We picked up Jojo and then went for the first fitting of the dresses. The will have to go back early next week and hope everything is done. We took Rylee home to Jo and them came home. We had another night of thunderstorms, but not much rain.

Fun evening...

We were up at 7:30am. We took showers and headed out the door to see Dr. Bill. We then went to the bank and I closed my saving account. We then went to TD Bank and I opened a new account. We then came home and had some lunch. DJ came by to hang in the pool as her back was hurting. I went down stairs to finish Kyles's graduation hanging. Dawn came down to also hang in the pool as I joined in when I was done. DJ wanted to know if she could make dinner here and she was making hamburger with gravy and rice. So Maggie and Payton joined us for a swim and dinner. I had made a German chocolate cake and we had that for dessert. It was a fun evening.

Yard work

I got up around 8am. I fed Buster and played on the computer until 9:45am when I woke Beth up. I went outside to do some yard work and then went to Lowe's to get some more Preen for the weeds. I planted a couple potted plants and called it a day outside. I cam in and took a shower and we had lunch. Beth went out to cut the grass. Since she slept in this morning, she went to 6pm mass and we had dinner when she came home.

WE HAVE WATER....

Buster started barking at &:45am this morning. Beth went to the door and the guys were here to fix the water. She told them that the lines had not been done and they said they would dig by hand. So the started digging and soon found the issue. The threads on the pipe were worn off and the spray had dug a hole the size of a softball in the ground. So they replaced the whole pipe that ran in to the house, so we should be set for a long while. They were all done and gone in 2 hours. We had water and it was a great sound. We had to go to Lowe's, Michael's, and the beer store. We picked up lunch and came home. We went swimming for a couple hours and the water felt great. I finished replanting the flowers they had to dig up and waters all the potted flowers. So it was a great day and I am so glad we had water. We look back and think how bad it could have been.

Nope, no water

We were up around 8am. we had breakfast and got dressed. We went up to Dawn's house and started laundry and got 6 buckets of water. We came home and emptied  them in to the tub and filled all the stools. We then went up for another load of water and stored it in the mudroom. We went swimming after lunch and then went to Dawn's again to take showers and get the get the last load of laundry. We came home and had leftovers for dinner. We still do not have the markings for the guy to be able to dig. So it looks like we will not be getting water any time soon. It is nice not doing dishes, but limiting your potty flushes is for the birds.

Still no water....

Beth was up around 7am expecting the guys to call about fixing our water pipe. She finally had to call at 10am to see what was going on. The said someone would be here around noon to look at it. I left and went to Dawn's to do a load of laundry. The guy came and said we needed to have the area marked for buried lines and they he could come out and dig the hole. So the wait is on for that to happen. We went to Target to get some wipes to at least take a spit bath in the morning and evening. we will go to Dawn's to take a shower tomorrow and do some more laundry.

Water water water

We were up around 8:30am. I took a shower and we had breakfast. We were on the computer until lunch and then I went to the store. Beth wanted cucumber salad for dinner/ Dawn and Eileen were coming over for bar-b-que chicken and backed potatoes. I went into the offer around 5pm and hear some high pitch buzzing noise that was coming from downstairs. We raced downstairs and found water on the floor. The little watchdog water alarm saved us a big mess. We started sweeping the water in the drain, but could not find where it was coming from. After about 10 minutes, We found it was coming in between the wall and the floor. Beth called the plumber and turned off the pump. I threw 3 of the moving blankets on the floor to soak up the water and try to create a flow of water to the drain. The plumber got here about 20 minutes later and looked around. he determined that the pipe that brings the water from the pump to the house was probably broken. We would let his boss know and they would call us in the morning to let us know when they could come out and dig up the pipe and fix it. So the four of us went to dinner and had a great time visiting despite the water issues. We were able to fill the tab and have some water set aside for coffee and drinking. Let just hope they can come fix it tomorrow.

Buster's new bed...

We both slept until after 8:30am. We had breakfast and took showers. Buster had a grooming appointment at 11:30am and Beth had a hair cut at 12:15pm. I did 2 loads of laundry and washed Buster's bedding. He needed a new bed for the living room as the other one was falling apart. I had to go to the post office, get gas, go to AC Moore, and to the bank. Kyle stopped by for a visit and then left for work. Beth wen to pick up Buster and after she got home, we went to get a new dog bed. We had dinner and watch some TV.

More car stuff...

I got up at 7am and took a shower. I had breakfast and Kyle picked me up at 8am. We went to CJ tires to get new tires, an oil change, and a front end alignment on Kyle's car. After inspecting the car, they found that the front outside tie rod was bad and needed to be replaced. So they were able to do most things on the car, but had to wait for the tie rod to be delivered. So after 2 1/2 hours, it was finally done. Kyle dropped me off at home and Beth and I had lunch. Beth went out to cut grass and I did 3 loads of towels and sheets. I made Shepard pie for dinner and Beth and Dawn went swimming. I was too tired to swim and worked on getting our fast passes for the Sept. trip to Disney. So no alarms for tomorrow and I can sleep as late as I want. Yea

Another busy day...

Beth was up and at church by 8am. I got up and took a shower and Payton was up. Beth got home and round 9:15 and brought donuts home. We had breakfast and Payton and I watch Jurassic Park 1. I did his laundry and we took him home around noon. We came home and worked on our vinylmation collection. We then went to Lowe's and picked up a few things for Beth to finish her wedding project. We came home and I had to leave again as we forgot to take Payton's meds home with him and he needed them. So I dropped them off and we went up to see Dawn and had dinner with her. I had to water all the plants as it is going to be hot the next few days with no rain insight.

Car shopping and movie watching...

We were up at 7am and went to pick up Kyle. Payton stayed with Maggie while we went looking for cars. We went to Plymouth Meeting first. Beth said she could hear dueling banjos. We looked at several cars and the one Kyle loved was going to cost him an arm and a leg for insurance. So he made a good choice and walked away. He saw another post and talked to the guy and set up an appointment for noon. We stopped and had some lunch first and headed to see the car. It was a 2004 Nissan Altima with 130,000 miles. We test drove it and Kyle noticed it was shifting rough and the check engine light came on. The guy was able to determine the issue and said it would have it fixed if we wanted to come back in an hour. So we left and headed to DJ's house to wait and to talk about the car. It was in great shape and a good price. It had been a hot and sweated day and we were on the final leg of car shopping. One more test dive and everything checked out. So off we went to the title company and got everything in Kyle's name. It needs new tires and an oil change which will take place on Monday. Beth, Payton, and I stopped at the store and came home. I fixed steak and buttered noodles for dinner. Payton and I went to see Jurassic World. We were back home by 9:30pm. It has been a long hot day,, but everything got done and I am so ready for bed.

Good and Bad...

Beth and I were up around 8am. we took shower and Payton finally got up around 9:30am. The guy came around 11am to look at our range hood in the kitchen. After a hour, he could not find the reason it will not work. It is getting power, but that is it. It is 7 years old, so he said it would cost more to get it fixed than to replace. Not sure I agree with him and a new one cost $1500. so we might get another person in to look at it first or go with a cheaper new one. So we took Payton to a place in reading called The Works. It is a restaurant and gaming center. We had a great time and then took Payton to see the chiropractor at 5pm. We stopped at the store and came home. We had tacos for dinner and then Beth and Payton went swimming. So it was a good and bad day.

Payton racing...

we were up around 7:30am. we took showers and Dawn picked us up around 8:45am. we looked at 3 townhouse. One of them was a dump and I am not sure how they expect to get $199 thousand for it. I might give you $140. There was one that was ok, but we wanted to see one more. So the relator was able to get an appointment tonight at 6:30pm and Rylee could go see it and the ok one. It was a dream house. Thy are in the process of painting, but it was by far the best and the cheapest. We picked up DJ from work and took her to the track. We were getting Payton for the next 3 day. He was racing a 60 lap race tonight. At lap 19 he got hit hard from the back a few times and came into the pits crying. He had a bad headache and was done for the night. So on top of the strep he has, now you can add a headache. We were going to Knobble's amusement park tomorrow with Dawn and Rylee, but not sure if that will happen. I also was phone interviewed by a reporter from the Associated Press out of DC. She want to talk about our wedding and able us adding a quote from Judge Kennedy's ruling. She will let me know when it will be published, so I will keep you posted.

Nice rainbow...

We were up around 8am this  morning. We had breakfast and Dawn came down. We are going with her tomorrow to look at 3 townhouses. We went to BJ's for a few things and had some lunch. We came home watch some of our programs. We had some dinner and then went swimming with Dawn and Rylee. The water was just like bath water and really warm. You could see a storm was headed in. Rylee and I got out and changed. Beth and Dawn stayed on the deck. A nice rainbow appeared before the sun went down.
