Tornado close...

We were up around 8am. We had breakfast and took showers. Beth left for her mamo appointment. I started cleaning the office. I made a little dent in it and continue later this week. We had a tornado warning the afternoon and one hit really close. We never had an bad weather or anything. Just you just never know. we are going the Kutztown festival tomorrow and I hope it does not rain.

A day with Jojo

We were up around 8am. We had Breakfast and I took a shower. Kim dropped off Jojo as we were watching her for the day. Beth took a shower and we headed to AC Moore and the grocery store. We came home and had lunch, then started working on a craft project. Dawn stopped by for a visit as Beth and Jojo were getting in the pool. Kim came to pick up Jojo around 4pm. We had dinner and Dawn left for appointment.

Lazy sunday....

We got up around 9am. Beth took a shower and headed to church. I had breakfast and then took a shower. Dawn came by for a while as Rylee had a birthday party to go to. We left and went to Best Buy. I wanted to hook up my new computer, but was not sure how to hook up the sound. It is more a gaming system, but is small and compact for Florida. We got the help we needed and came home. Beth go the computer hooked up and all ready to go. Dawn came back over after Rylee left and we spent the rest of the day watching TV. We got 2  1/2 inches of rain yesterday.

Shopping with Rylee...

We were up around 8am this morning. We had breakfast and took showers. I went to pick up Rylee around 11:30am. It was still raining and would be  ALL DAY LONG. We went to Target to get a birthday present for her party tomorrow. Dawn wanted me to look for a telescope for Rylee. We decided to go to Toys R Us and Beth wanted to, so we stopped and picked her up. We had lunch at TGI Fridays. Rylee wanted wings and it was close. So we ordered a couple appetite plates and shared. We dropped Rylee off and then went to AC Moore and then home. We had to turn the spout on the rain barrel as it was overflowing. The pool will have to be backed washed as it is almost to the top.

Movie Night...

We were up around 8:30am. We had smoothies and I took a shower. Beth got dressed and went outside. I cleaned the bathroom and bedroom, and vacuumed the floor. I then went over to see DJ and Kyle to see how they were doing. I got home around 3pm. We went up to have pizza with Dawn and Rylee and watched a movie. We are suppose to get rain all night and the rest of the weekend.

Rain again...

We were up around 8am. We tried a new smoothie and it was not bad. We got a text from DJ saying Kyle was in a wreak last night and totaled his car. We had ok and just a little sore. Dawn came by for a visit and left around noon. I did laundry and had to go get ice for the cooler. It was cloudy most of the day and rain rolled in around 6pm. After dinner, we all watched Wreck it Ralph, before Rylee had to go home for bed. We went to the store to pick up some more fruit for juices and smoothies.

Hot humid rain...

We were up around 7:30am. We had a new juicer and I was not a fan of it, so I had cereal. It was very hot and humid out and rain was on the way. We went to pick up laptop and took the tower in. I was having a issue with the mouse and could not load media player. The guy was able to fix both issues and we came home. We had a smoothie for lunch, but again I was not a fan. It had too much salt in it for me. Dawn came by and we went to lunch at Chili's. It was raining and lighting hit a pole right outside the restaurant. The light went out, but came back on a couple minutes later. We came home and the rain stopped around 7:30pm.

Busy day of running...

We were up at 7:30am. we took showers and headed to see Dr. Bill in separate cars. Afterwards, I made a couple stops and came home. Beth went to the dentist. I left around 10:30am to go give blood for my doctor's appointment on Wednesday. Beth was home when I got home. We then head to Exton and had lunch, went to Vitamin world, and stopped by Rylee's daycare. We came home and picked up Dawn and went to Barnes and Noble in Reading. We were back home by 3pm. We had smoothies for dinner and then I went to the scrapbook room. Beth went to the store as we are having juices in the morning and she needed a few things. What a busy day, but it was too hot outside to do anything.

Happy Father's Day...

We did not get up until after 8:30am. We had breakfast and Beth headed to 10:30am mass. I took a shower and did a load of towels. It was going to be a hot and humid day, but it looked like the rain was going. We had some lunch and I left to go look for some Dr. Seuss paper. but did not find any. Beth cut the yard and I made pork chops and roasted veggies. Happy Father's day to all those out there. I had a great dad and have a great father, so I am very blessed. Going to be hot and humid all week, so a good time to do inside work.

Sunburn with no sun...

We were up around 8:30am this morning. We had breakfast and got dressed in swimming suits. The water was only 76 depress, but was not bad once you were in. This was a cloudy day and rain was on the way. We got out around 1pm and had some lunch. Rylee wanted burgers and corn on the cob. Dawn left Rylee around 2:45pm as Jo was coming to get her at 3pm. I worked in the scrapbook room until dinner and the we got caught up on the shows we had taped. The rain hit around 9pm and will be here for the next couple days, but temp will be in the hit 80's.

Movie day....

We were up around 8am. It was our third day of smoothies for breakfast. We took showers and headed out. We went to get the pool water tested, picked up my computer, went to get pre-pay for oil, I got a new pair of tennis shoes, and then to Costco.  We were back home for lunch around 1pm. Beth took a nap and I tried to, but was not successful. Dawn and Rylee picked us up around 4:30pm. We went to Subway for dinner and then to the Movies. We say Inside Out. It was a cute movie and Ryle and Beth enjoyed. It was a nice day and with a few sprinkles in the afternoon.

Day alone...

We were up around 8am and had a new smoothie drink. It was ok in taste but kept me full until lunch. We took showers and Beth headed out to meet Dawn and Eileen. I spent the rest of the alone and working in the scrapbook room. Beth got home around 3pm. we went to Dawn's house for dinner and Beth had to leave to go take car of CJ's car. I came home around 8pm and Beth was right behind me.

Computer bug...

We were up around 8am. We had breakfast and took showers. Beth had a dentist appointment and was back home by 10am. We took my computer to Best Buy. It has been acting weird the last couple days and might have a virus, but will know in a couple days. I think the laptop had one also, so it will go in when I get the other back. We then went to the grocery store. We wanted to try smoothies for breakfast and some stuff for them. We had some lunch and it was really muggy and yucky out. We went to Lowe's for some boxes. I have the purple heart people coming to get rid of some crap in the basement. After dinner, Beth had to go meet CJ and take him to CarSense. He is in need of a car since his engine froze on the last one.

Busy weekend...

It was a very busy weekend. It all started Saturday. DJ and the gang came over in the morning to drop some stuff off for Kyles party. e had to bring up 3 table from the basement and set them on the porch. We left around noon to head to Philly to see the Lion King. I am not one for musical, but it was pretty good. We stopped and had dinner at Red Robin and came home. We had several more things to do to get ready for the party on Sunday.  Beth went to 8am mass on Sunday and I got up to do some last minute cleaning before DJ and the gang got here at 9:30am. Beth and I had breakfast when she got home and them we help set up stuff. People started arriving around 11am and it was a great day for the party. There were about 65 people here and the pool was full. We finally kicked everyone out around 6pm. A storm was coming in and we still had cleanup to do. We finished taking the trash to the curb right as the rain started. It was a great day and everyone had fun. We sleep in a little this morning as we were both tired from the last week of activities. I had a hair appointment at 1pm and then went to AC Moore and the grocery store. I fixed beef enchiladas for dinner with a salad.

Kyle graduation

We were up around 8am. we got dressed and had some breakfast. Beth went outside to weed whack and cut the grass. I cleaned the inside for the party on Sunday. DJ came by around noon to drop off the first load of stuff for the party. After that, we had lunch and Beth was back outside. It was really hot, near 90, and very windy and muggy. You could feel might be coming, but hoped not. We both got showers and headed over to DJ's house around 5pm. It started to rain and dark clouds rolled in. We all headed to the school for graduation and found it was postponed for 30 minutes to let the rain move out. We finally got to go into the stadium and graduation was on. I was so proud of Kyle and even cried a little. we then went to Chili's for dinner and finally home and in bed by 1am.

Rylee's graduation...

We were up around 8am. We had breakfast and took showers. I cleaned the kitchen and Beth worked outside for a bit. She went to pick up Jojo at school around noon. we had lunch when she got back, then CJ stopped by. Dawn came by then Kim came to get Jojo. We left around 5:15pm to head to graduation. Rylee was so excited. after graduation, they had cake, drinks, and a DJ for an after party. It was all so cute.

No power..

We were up around 7:30am this morning. We found out last night that we were going to be without poser from 9:30am to 1:30pm. They were replacing a pole across the street and needed to turn off the power. So we decided to go to KOP and then to BJ's wholesale club. Dawn went with us since she is off work for the next 2 months. We were back home around 2pm and the power was back on. Beth had to call about the internet as it was not working right and after 20 minute on the phone it was back up. We got about a 1 I/2 inches of rain last night, so not too bad.

Rain Rain Rain

We were up around 7:30am and out the door to see Dr. Bill by 8:30am. We then went to Joan's to pick up some bottle she was saving for me. we came home and I went to the grocery store. Beth went to pick up Jojo at school and we had lunch. Beth's brother called to let us know we had tornado warnings out, which we knew. The sun was still shining bright but all the leaves were turned up, so you knew rain was on the way. we had dinner and then went to a meeting with Dr. Bill on juices and smoothies. It began to rain on our way home and really cut loose. We have had 1/2 an inch in the last 20 minutes, so we will see what tonight brings. We got a notice saying out electric would be off from 9am to 1pm tomorrow. Sound like a good day to run around.

Nice day....

Beth was up and at church by 8am. I got up and took a shower. Beth got breakfast and WAWA and we ate it while we watched Payton race on the computer. They had a video set up and allowed us to watch his races.  Beth went out to cut grass and I went downstairs to putter. I made a peanut pork noodle for dinner and let's just say it was ok, but will not make it again. Kyle came to pick up their dog as she had a good time playing with Buster all week-end.

Not sure what I did...

I had a hard time going to sleep last night. It was around 2:30am before I went to sleep. I got up around 8am. We had breakfast and took showers. I am not really sure what I did the rest of the day. It was a little of this and a little of that. But I thought I was productive. Beth and I had dinner with Jo, her mom and aunt, her nieces, and Rylee. It was a good time, but I am stuffed. It was a nice day outside. I tried to take a nap 3 times today, but it never happened. So off to bed early tonight and hope I can sleep.

graduation gifts...

I got up around 8am this morning. I had breakfast and took a shower. I went downstairs to work on a couple graduation gifts. Beth when to the hand doctor to get her thumb looked at. It was determined she had arthritis and she got a shot and has a couple braces to wear. She came home and we had lunch. Beth then left to go get her hair cut. When she got home, we picked up Dawn and went shopping. We had waffles and bacon for diner. It was still cloudy today and a little spit of rain.

Almost done..

We were up around 8am. It had rained all night and all day. Good thing it is a nice gentle soaking rain. We had breakfast and I began working on some more wedding stuff. I am about 95% done with everything and only have a few things left for later. Beth worked in getting the garage cleaned out and her car back in. We went out to dinner with Dawn and Rylee to Friendly's.

Working on the wedding....

We were up around 7am this morning. I had a migraine and the caffeine in the pills had me up early. We took showers and had some breakfast. The bug guy came around 9:30am. I was working on wedding stuff all day long. It finally rained last night and continued all day long. We sure needed it as the grass was starting to turn brown.  It is suppose to rain all day tomorrow also, but it also a lot cooler.
