Office cleaning interrupter...
We got up around 8:30am this morning and had a light breakfast. We took showers and Frank came by around 11am. He and Beth went to lunch and I passed as I was working on the office. I was in the middle of going through all the manual to see if we even had the item that went with it. I finished that process and then made muffin tops for breakfast tomorrow. Beth got home around 1pm. We had to pick up Rylee around 4pm and came back home. She was a little tired, so we just watched Mickey Mouse and had some gummies. We ordered pizza and chicken tenders for dinner. After dinner, Rylee and Aunt Beth went outside to play until Mommie J came to pick her up. After Rylee left, we worked on the office some more and made good progress. We have some items we don't know what to do with yet and and Beth had her desk and filing cabinet drawer. So things are coming along and hope to finish up tomorrow.

Missing Pictures...
We got up at 7:30am this morning. I had on the calendar that the bug man was to be here last Wednesday, but he was a no show. So we thought maybe it was today, but again a no show. So Beth called and come to find out they had in their files that we were to call after vacation, but I know that was not right. So we scheduled for June 4. The termite guy came and he said they had been having issues with someone not making appointments correctly, so I guess that is what happened. We started cleaning the office, which in need of a good cleaning. I started with my desk and Beth printed pictures to put in the frames to hang on the wall. We soon discovered that almost all of the pictures from Castaway Cay were missing. So we searched all the files to see if maybe they were in another folder and they were not. So Beth did a recover on both of the underwater cameras and found some, but not all of them. So we had some dinner and went to Best Buy. When we came home she did a recovery on the laptop and found the pictures. So at least we were able to find them. What a mess that was. So Beth is not looking at cruises for her 50th birthday and thinks it might be a 7 day western Caribbean and then a week at Disney. So tomorrow it is more cleaning in the office and we hope to finish by Friday afternoon.

Productive day...
Beth got up around 7:30 and I rolled out of bed an hour later. We had breakfast and then showers. Beth had a dental appointment at 10:20am and I finished the laundry and cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. Beth was home around 11:45 and we had lunch and she was off to PT. She was back home around 2pm and we went to Target and CVS. Beth jumped in the pool around 3:30pm and hooked up the cleaner and took a swim. She said the pool water was really warm and she had to add water. We had dinner around 6pm and a storm rolled in fast and now the water level in the pool is high. But at least the grass got some water.

Happy Memorial Day...
We slept until 8:30am this morning. We had breakfast and then watch to see if Payton was going to race. He did not get into the race, but had a great time this week-end. We then got changed and put up the umbrellas, cleaned off the tables, and put out the cushions. I had just put on my suit when Dawn, Jo, and Rylee got here. Rylee got changed and her and I went down to the pool. The water felt nice and with the sun shining bright, it was a great day for a pool party. Kim and Jojo came by and everyone got into the pool. I started the grill and got the hamburgers, hotdogs, and brats. Angie and Gayle came by and we ate around 5pm. We had great food and great conversations. Everyone left around 7pm and Maggie came by to get gabby around 9am. So it was a good day and we are ready for bed. A special thanks to all the troops who protect us so we can celebrate days like this.

Hot day at the track...
Beth was up and at church by 8am. I took a shower and got dressed by the time she got home. We had breakfast and then headed to the track around 10am. We thought Payton would be racing around 11am, but we were wrong. The decided to do away with the time limit and just let them race laps. Payton's race started around noon. He was the 3rd kid out on the track. He was trying to catch up to the number 2 car and did not see it had stopped in the track and smashed right into the back end. He was OK except the bucket on his seat belt smashed right into his chest. He was alright and the race started. The Jr. novice do well except when their is a stop and they have to line up in a certain order. That is something they will work on as they race more, but it takes time to stop them all and then restart the race. Payton was pushed into the wall with 2 laps left and finished the race in second place. The top 4 moved on to the next race. After the race, they found he had messed up the right tire area of his car. So the race was on the get the car fixed in time for the next race. They made it in time and he was started 6th for this race. He seemed a little unsure of himself in this race and was holding his own until he caused a crash and had to start at the back of the pack. he started crying that he did not want to lose his position. So they started the race and he was able to finish in 5 places. He was considered the X car for the last race meaning that if one of the other cars can't make the race, he will get to race. If all the cars are ready, he will not be able to race. We left the track around 3:30pm. The spider bite I got yesterday was swollen, red, and very icky and the heat and sweat made it worse. So after we got home, I put some ice on and that helped a little. We had to go to the store and then I made dinner. We had beef and noodles in gravy. We found out the Jr. novice finally race will be tomorrow with all the other finals. They wanted the little guys to get the same attention as the other. So he will be ready to go and will have to see if he can race. Kyle is also marching in the Pottstown Memorial Day parade tomorrow morning. We are also having a pool party at 2pm and a cookout around 4:30pm. So tomorrow will be another busy day.

Hotter than heck...
We got up around 8:30am this morning. I got dressed and went to pick up Kyle and Gabby. Kyle and Beth did yard work and I finished planting all the flowers and put out most of the yard stakes in the flower beds. They make the flower beds look so colorful. It was hotter than heck out and I made Beth and Kyle take more rest periods and drink more water. We stopped around 12:30pm for a little lunch and a break. I finished up outside and came in and took my shower. Beth finished up next and took her shower and Kyle was the last to get a shower. We left the house and stopped at 5 below and then headed to the track to watch Payton. The time trials were still going on and you could see rain coming in. They finished around 5:30 and took a 1 hour break to get all the brackets ready for racing. Around 7pm the rain hit and they took a 1 hour delay to see if they could get the races in, but no go. So they will have all the racing heats tomorrow and Monday if needed. So we will be heading back to the track around 10am tomorrow. The rain did cool things off a little, but it is still humid.

Busy Friday...
We got up around 9am this morning. Beth a shower and headed to PT. I took a shower and had some breakfast. I was going to work outside, but just did not feel like it. Beth got home around noon and we had lunch. I worked downstairs on scrapbook stuff until we went to pick up Rylee. On the way home, we stopped by McDonald's to get some chicken nuggets and fries for her. She had dinner when we got home, then we meet Dawn, Jo, and Nancy at the model office. They had to pick floor, tile, counter tops, and several other item for the new house. Rylee was really goo the 2 hours we were there. We them came home and ordered dinner. Everyone left around 9pm and we ate watching the Phillies lose. We have to get up early tomorrow, as we are picking up Kyle around 9:30am to cut grass. Then we are going to watch Payton race. Suppose to hit 90 tomorrow, so it might be a good day at the pool.

Air is on...
We woke up to Buster barking at the Scott's man this morning. Not the way I wanted to start the day. It was very humid and we turned the air on. It is not bad during the day, but I hate sleeping in a hot room. So we had breakfast and took showers. Beth's knees were hurting a bit today, so it was her day off to rest. I had to go to the dry cleaners and to the store. I came home and we had some lunch. I went downstairs and worked on scrapbook pictures until it was time to go pick up Rylee. It looked like it was going to rain and started to sprinkle on my way. It down poured while I was getting Rylee, but stopped by the time we got to the car. We say several puddles on the way home, but never got a drop at home. Dawn got the house around 4:45pm and I fixed tacos for dinner. We had strawberries and whipped cream for dessert. I saved a really big strawberry for Rylee as you can see for the picture. She loved it and ate it all.

Temperature is rising...
We got up at 7:30am this morning. I had on the calendar that the bug guy was coming between 9 and 11. We had breakfast and I took a shower. Beth went down to work on the pool. She vacuumed the pool , cleaned the filter, set up the basketball goal, and put the cover on the pool. We had lunch and she took a shower. The bug guy never did come, so not sure who had their dates wrong. I sanded the flower holders and painted them black to cover up the rust. The sun was shining bright and the temperature is started to higher. We might have to break down and turn on the air tomorrow as the temperature is going to be in the middle to high 80's the next 5 days. We had left over roast for dinner then went over to visit with DJ and Maggie. A storm was brewing and you could her the thunder. It rained for about 5 minutes at their house, but we got nothing here. It did cool off a little bit ,but not much. Payton was so excited as he had graduation day at his school. He will start kindergarten this fall.

Flower Planting
We got up around 8am this morning. we had bagels for breakfast and then took showers. Beth had to go to the bank and to her brother's house and was back in time for lunch. I made salads using the recipe for dressing from the Ohana restaurant. It was OK, but it needed more honey, so will add some and have it again tomorrow. Beth left for PT and then went to Lowe's. She was home around 3pm. I left around 3:40pm to go pick up Rylee from school. She helped plant some flower, but lost interested after the 5th one and went to place on the slide. I came in to fix dinner and Aunt Beth and Rylee played outside until dinner was ready. We had hotdogs and cheesy rice. After dinner, Rylee took a bath and put her jammies on. We took her home around 7:45pm and then came back home. We had a great day and will see Rylee again on Thursday.

Buying flowers...
We had to get up around 7:30am as we were seeing Dr. Bill at 9am. It was a rainy cold day and did not get any better. After seeing Dr. Bill, we headed to the nursery to get flowers. They did not have much of a selection, but we were able to get a few things. We came home and unloaded the truck and had some breakfast. Beth made a few phone calls and I put a roast on for dinner. Beth took the magazines to the recycle place and stopped by the store for a couple of things. We had a Honey lime dressing at Disney and I found the recipe for it and wanted to make it tomorrow. We then went to Home Depot for more flowers and dirt. We are going to plants flowers with Rylee tomorrow, but might not get to far depending on how she does with them. Diner was really good and the roast was very tender. We can expect rain and cool weather the next 3 days and then up to middle 80's on the week-end. That would be good for Payton's race on the week-end. I had to order a new drive train for the electric cart today, as the old one was dead. I miss the cart and it comes in real handy for moving things.

Nice day before rain...
Boy did we sleep in this morning. I got up around 9:30am and Beth got up around 10:30am. We had breakfast and I took a shower. I then started laundry and headed to the grocery store. Beth took her shower and went to work on the pool. It was a hot and sunny day, but rain is in the forecast for the next 4 days. I put the groceries away and continued the laundry. I fixed steak tonight and used some of the new spices we got at Disney. Beth had an espresso steak rub and said it was good. The clouds are rolling in, so I expect rain this evening. At least it will cool things off and water the flowers, so I do not have to. We see Dr. Bill tomorrow for much needed adjustments and then it is off to get flowers.

Home from Disney...
We got up around 2:30am this morning. We took showers and finished packing. The bell service was not available at that hour, so we had to take our own luggage to the bus stop. The bus picked us up around 4am and made on short stop before headed to the airport. We got our bags checked into and headed to security. The lines were long, but we got through it in good time. We found our gate and had some breakfast, before boarding the plane around 6:30pm. Once we were in the air, we were both out cold. We woke up about 10 minutes before landing and could have slept longer. I took the bus to go get the car and Beth got the luggage. We made it home around 11am. I started unpacking the suitcases, when Dawn, Jo, and Rylee stopped by. They had a showing on their house and we wanted to go see the house they have a contact on. We had a great time visiting with them and seeing Rylee. After they left, I finished emptying the suitcases and took a little nap. I went to go get Popeye's chicken for dinner and we are ready for bed now, but it is too early. It was a great vacation, but we are glad to be home.

Wrong day to go to Hollywood...
We got up around 8am this morning. We packed 90% of the stuff to go home and will pack the rest tomorrow morning. We went to the font desk to check on the dining plan and found a mistake. The dinner we had last night was charged to our card instead of the dining plan, so we had to get that fixed. We then left and went to Hollywood studios. Boy did we pick the wrong day to go. It was Star Wars week-end and they were all out. So we went and had lunch and then stood in line for Toy Story. The wait time said 100 minutes and th fast pass was for 9pm, which we know we would not make. So in line we went. Several people in front of us were leaving, but it did not really matter. The first 30 minutes were really slow and we hardly moved. We finally made it on the ride in 70 minutes. So lets see...we stood in line for 70 minutes for a 5 minute ride. Does not make sense, but the ride is worth it. We then went on a few more rides and then checked out the Star Wars merchandise and again a big mistake. We found a couple of thing we would like, but were not waiting in line for them. We left and had dinner plans at 6pm at the Sci-Fi. We headed home after dinner, as we have to get up early and of course it started to rain. We made it on the bus just before it cut loose. So back in the room and ready for bed as 2:30am will come quick. We have had a vacation, but are ready to get back home and see friends and family.

A great Birthday..
We slept until 8:30am this morning. We then had some breakfast and got ready to go to Typhoon Lagoon. It is a big water park at Disney and we have never been there before. As soon as we got to the park we headed to the back where they had a place you could swim with sharks. it was really cool, but was way to short. After that, we checked out the wave pool. Beth so wanted to go, but I say no way and after seeing the waves she agreed it was not the right time. We had chili dogs for lunch and headed back to the lodge. We went swimming in the DVC pool and sat in the hot tub. The day was great with no rain, but it was still very humid. We came inside and took showers, then headed to downtown Disney for a few thing. We had dinner reservations at the Sprint of Aloha at 8pm. We had salad, pineapple bread, and pineapple to begin. they had a short dinner show and all those celebrating birthday had to come on stage for a hula dance. It was great and exciting. For dinner we had chicken, ribs, rice, and vegetables. It was all great and the show began. The fire dance was the best. The show got over just as the fireworks at Magic Kingdom started. We got back to the room and Beth had ordered and special birthday package. As you cane see form the picture it is really cool and contained sparking cider, chocolate, Mickey glasses, and 2 special coins. As special thanks to Beth for making my 50th birthday so very special.

Rainy Day at Disney...
We were going to make rope drop at Hollywood, but were too tired to get up. So we slept until 9am and then got up and had breakfast. We took showers and headed out to EPCOT. We found it was rainy already and to top it off I saw a snake just outside the door. We got a couple of rain jacket and caught the boat to Magic Kingdom. We were going to take the monorail, but it was down for service, so we had to take a boat to the transportation center, then take the monorail to EPCOT. It turned out to be a 1 hour ride and should have only be 10 minutes. It was to muggy to keep the jackets on long and the rain would come and go ALL DAY LONG. So we grabbed some lunch and rode some rides. It was the end of the Flower and Garden exhibits and we saw some cute ones. We took the boat to Germany and used all of our snack option on the caramels. They are so good and we make them last a week or so after we get home. We had dinner reservations at Le Cellars Steak house. We have never eaten there and wanted to try it. It was just OK and we both agree we don't have to eat there again. We made it to Soarin and then took the bus home. We are hoping the weather is better tomorrow as we are going to go to Typhoon Lagoon for my birthday.

A day at Magic Kingdom...
We got up around 9am this morning and it felt good to sleep in. We had breakfast in the room, took showers, and headed to Magic Kingdom. We started out at the Buzz Light year ride and worked our way around the park. It was a hot and humid day and a chance of rain this afternoon. We head to catch the monorail around 4:30pm to go to dinner. We had reservations at O'hana. We had breakfast there, but never had dinner. Dinner was great. You had family style of chicken, pork, steak, and shrimp cooked on the grill. We will be eating there again. We headed home and it began to ran, so it was a sign it was time to be in for the night. we are going to try and hit Toy Story at rope drop in the morning, so off to bed it is for another fun day tomorrow.

At disney...
We got up at 5:30am this morning and took showers. We only had a few things to pack, so it did not take long to get ready. We went up to the Parrot Cay to have a sit down breakfast. we were able to disembark around 7:30am and had no problems getting through customs. we found our luggage and had a porter take it to the van that was waiting for us. We made it Wilderness lodge around 9:30am and our room was not ready. We went over to the villas and sat by the fireplace and got caught up on email and Facebook. Around 11am, they text to say our room was ready. So I went over to have our luggage delivered and headed to the room.I unpacked everything and put a load of laundry in. We then headed to downtown Disney for a little shopping. We were both starting to drag by now and had to rest several times. We decided to head over to Animal Kingdom lodge as we were having dinner at Boma at 5pm. We sat on the deck and watched the animals until 4:45pm and then went to dinner. We looked outside and it was starting to rain. After a great dinner, we headed to Animal Kingdom park to catch the bus to wilderness lodge. So now we are finishing laundry and ready for bed. I am working on the pictures but here are a few from snorkeling.

Another great day...
We got up around 8am this morning. We had breakfast and then got ready to go to Castaway Cay, which is Disney's private island. We leave the ship around 10am, as we had an excursion at 11am. we stopped and had our picture taken with Donald, Minnie, Mickey, and Goofy. We then headed to the fin shop to check in for Snorkel with the stingrays. It was pretty cool. We got to feed them, which is a weird experience and then got to snorkel with them for about 45 minutes. we then headed to the lagoon to do some more snorkel. We were hoping to see more fish, but our experience has not been good at other private islands. Well this time, we hit the jackpot. we saw about 15 different kinds of fish and saw them in hugh schools. It was an awesome experience. We spend 2 hours in the water watching and taking pictures of fish. Our hand looked like prunes, so we decided it was time to go ashore. Well the only problem was the shore was about a 1/2 mile away and against the waves. We finally made it and were tired and hungry. We made it to the buffet with 5 minutes to spare. We had lunch and walked back to pick up our stuff. Disney is the only place I know of , where you can leave your stuff laying out and no one with bother it. Pretty cool. We did a little shopping on the island and came back to the boat. Beth's back was hurting, so we took showers and rested a bit. we went to diner, picked up our pictures, and came back to the room. We finished packing around 10pm and are ready for bed. We have to be up at 5:30am as we have breakfast and leave the ship at 8am for Disney world. We have had a great time and look forward to coming back and taking another Disney Cruise. They now sail out of NY, so it might just be seeing them soon. So tomorrow, we start a 5 day stay and will be home on Saturday. I suggest anyone who has not taken a Disney cruise, should really look into it. It is a blast. Since we will be in the US, we will try and post some pictures to facebook of our trip.

What a great day...
We got up around 7am and had breakfast. We came back to the room and changed into our swim suits and headed to the lounge for our excursion. We headed to the catamaran around 9:30am. It was a great day for snorkeling. We took about a 40 minute ride out into the water a then the boat stopped right on top the reef. My god it was great. We saw about 30 different types of fish and they were so close you could almost touch them. We have around 300 pictures to go through, but the ones we saw were great. Can't wait to share them. The hour passed so fast that it was time to get back on the boat. We have decided we could come down here and stay a week and snorkel every day. We did a little shopping in town and then headed back to the boat. It was pirate day on the ship and all the characters were dressed in their pirate gear. We had out pictures taken with 7 different characters. We then went to dinner and it was great. I had the beef which was as big as your hand and Beth had the short ribs. There is a pirate party on deck tonight and fireworks over the ocean afterwards. It should be fun. We are both pretty tired tonight and should sleep week. We are at the private island tomorrow to snorkel with stingray and then have to pack as we are back to Disney on Monday.

A day at sea...
We did not get up until 9:30am this morning. I guess yesterday took alot out of us. We had showers and went lunch. After lunch we came back to the room and watched movies the rest of the day. it was nice to have a day to do nothing. We got ready for dinner around 5pm. Tonight was dress up night. It is not a formal night, but dockers and a nice shirt worked well. We had dinner at Lumiere's. It is set to Beauty and the Beast and has a french flair. We both had the Beef filet with smash potatoes and bacon wrapped green beans. It was very good. We had our picture taken with Minnie Mouse in her formal gown and will go back out later tonight to have picture taken with Micky Mouse in his formal. We watched the theater production tonight in our room. The stairs and the getting up and down is hard on Beth's knees. So tomorrow we dock at Nassau and will go snorkeling again. Tomorrow is Pirate night, so it is dress up as pirates for dinner. Should be fun. We can't believe our cruise is half way over, but 5 night is a short cruise for us. For dinner were are sitting with 3 other couples all from Great Britain. it has been interesting talking to them about the difference in the US and GB.

Key West...
We got up around 7am this morning. We took showers and had breakfast in the buffet. We then went to a Disney Vacation club meeting. We received hats and a really cool portfolio. They had some drawings and I got a passport keeper and Beth got some plastic travel bottles. Beth even won a print of the new Hawaii villa. We left there and came back to the room for awhile. We went and had a quick lunch in the Parrot Cay and then came back to the room to get ready for our excursion. We docked at Key West around 11:30am and we were given the OK to go ashore by noon. We boarded a trolley bus and headed to the catamaran for our excursion. We sailed about 10 miles off the coast to our destination. We took our own snorkel mask and snorkel and used their BC and fins. It took us about 10 minutes to get into the water as there were alot of kids getting int he water and just taking put. It caused a big log jam at the base of the steps, but we managed to get out of the traffic. We saw all kinds of fish and coral and had a great time. The 1 hour time frame went by so fast and it was time to get back on the boat. We were back at the dock by 4pm and we went shopping for about an hour. we then headed back to the boat tired, but excited about our day. I loaded some pictures onto facebook as it was faster to do so in port. We still need to look at today pictures and will post them for the rest of the trip when we get back to Disney world. We went and had a quick bite to eat and then saw a show with Alfred and Seymour which left us laughing so hard we had tears in our eyes. After that it was off to Walt Disney theater to see Villains Tonight staring Disney's villains. We then headed back to the room and ordered room service of 2 BLT sandwiches and are now ready for bed. We will be all day at sea tomorrow and look forward to sleeping late. I did forget to include one very important piece of information in last night blog. When we boarded yesterday, Beth had flowers delivered to the room for my early birthday and had a fruit and cheese tray delivered to say Thank You for all the support the last 10 weeks. It was such a surprise and very much appreciated.

On Board...
We got up around 7am and finished packing our stuff. I took a shower and Beth was taking her when the guy came to get the luggage. We went and had breakfast and then went down to the lobby around 11am. The bus picked up at 11;30am, so we headed to the cruise terminal. It took around 1hour and 15 minutes. We filled out the health questionnaire and then went to get checked in. We got our cruise key card and then got in line to see Minnie Mouse. We were the last one to get in line and it was great. We could not get into our room yet, so we went and had lunch. The food was great and I had mini corn dogs, potatoes, and salad. We skipped on dessert, as we were having dinner at 5:45pm. After lunch, we headed to our room. We were able to unpack the carry on, as our packs had not been delivered yet. We did some sight seeing on the ship and had a drink. We came back to the room and our luggage was here, so we unpacked 3 of the bags. The life boat drill was a 4pm and Beth wanted to take the elevator up, before they shut them down. After the drill, we went to the 4th floor mid-ship as they were having an Adventure Away party as we set sail. Mickey and the gang were there and it was great. We came back to the room and got changed for dinner. We had our first dinner in the Animator's Palate. Disney is a little different as they have 3 separate dining rooms and you rotate between them based on your schedule. The dining room is all black and white, but as you progress through dinner the room starts to take on color and then they have a show with Mickey Mouse after dinner. It was really cool. After dinner, we went to the Walt Disney Theater to see the opening night show and it was good. We can't wait to see more shows in the week. it has been a very exciting day and we are both really tired and ready for bed. We are at Key West tomorrow and will snorkel in the afternoon. I will add photos tomorrow as uploading at sea takes too long. So please check back for photos and will update facebook also.

At disney...
We were up at 3am this morning and got about 3 hours sleep. We left the house right at 4am and made it to the airport around 4:45am. We were able to park the car at the Southwest baggage check-in, which saved us from having to load the bags onto the bus. After a quick check-in, I left Beth at the check-in area and when to park the car. I found a great spot and caught the bus back to the terminal. We made our way to the gate and found that we have 2 sets of seniors class going to Disney. About 120+ kids and parents. So when it was time to board, they THOUGHT they would board the kids firsts making them load the back of the plane, leaving the 10 of remaining people to board last. Not how fair is it to pay additional money to board early to be knocked back by a group of seniors. Well after a few complaints, the 10 of us got to board first, then the kids. They said it was a full flight, but again it was not, so we had an empty seat between us. We were able to check a few zzzzs on board and landed about 15 minutes early. We made our way to the Magical Express and finally left the airport around 10:15am. We were the 3 and finally stop, but did found our room was ready and we headed to it. We have a studio , but it faces Magic Kingdom so we can see the fireworks off our balcony. We had reservation at the Crystal palace at 11:40am. The check in line was long, but moved fast. We had lunch and it was great. We had smiles on our faces thinking about Rylee's expression when we ate here last. We then road the Haunted Mansion. Beth was a little unsure about getting into the car, but did well and it only hurt a little. We then road the Pirates of the Caribbean in the first car. we have never been in the first car and it was great. By now we are really draggin and came back to the room. We found 3 of the 4 suitcases made it. So we called the front desk and they were able to track down the other one in someone else's room and it was delivered to us about 20 minutes later. We both just relaxed and took a little nap before dinner. We had dinner in the cafe downstairs and it was good. We came back to the room just in time for a really bad storm to hit. High wind and heavy rain for about 30 minutes then it stopped. So it looks like the fireworks are still on. So we leave for the cruise ship around 11:30 in the morning and are very excited.

Really ready to go...
We got up around 7:30am this morning. We headed to see Dr. Bill for adjustments, then to Dunkin for breakfast. After breakfast, we headed to KOP mall. Beth had to see the lawyer to sign some papers at 10:30am, so we shopped at the mall as the lawyer was just across the street. We did not find anything to buy, so we just came home after seeing the lawyer. I did 2 loads of laundry and cleaned out the fridge. We finished packing everything and only had the floors to do. I went downstairs around 9:15pm to get the mail box for the house-sitters to pull our mail in and saw water on the floor by the well holding tank. Now what you want to see the night before you have a 7am flight. We called our normal plumber and they do not have emergency hours. So we called another plumber we used when the well went out. They don't carry the tank we need, so it looks like we will have to wait and call our plumber tomorrow. Lynne is coming over in the morning and will call for us to get it fixed. Thanks to Lynne for helping us out. It does not appear to be a big leak, just came at a bad time. So we are ready to go and really can't wait to get out of town.

Yard work
We got up around 9am this morning. We had breakfast and I took a shower. Beth headed out to vacuum the pool. I headed to the movies around. I got home around 3:30pm and Beth was cutting the front yard. The grass was still a little wet, but it had to be cut. I put a couple small pork tenderloins on in the roisterer. When Beth was done with the front, she was able to cut about 80% of the back yard on the riding mower and I cut the rest with the push mower. Now I know why we pay someone to cut the backyard, but at least it is cut for this week. Beth did most of the weed whacking and will finish the rest tomorrow. So all in all we got most of the yard work done ourselves this week. I talked to my mom today to wish her a early Happy Mother's day, since we will be at sea, next week this time. We are so looking for to vacation and are done to hours.

Spending the day with Rylee...
We got up around 8am this morning. Jo was dropping Rylee off around 10am. We were watching her today, so they could do the final things needed to get the house ready to go on the market on Monday. I went down to brush the pool and found we had a hugh bull frog in the pool. His body was about the size of your had. Beth was able to fish him out and put him in a bucket. We would go turn him loose at the pond behind out house. So Rylee got to see the frog before we set it free. She thought she wanted to touch it but changes her mind when Aunt Beth took it our of the bucket. Rylee and I came inside to play as Beth was cleaning the underneath of the riding lawn mower. She came inside around noon and Rylee and I went to the store. Rylee wanted to ride in my truck, so we moved the car seat over. She said it was to bumpy and wanted to ride in Beth's car. we had lunch and Rylee went to take a nap. I had to go get gas as today was the last day to get my 20 cents a gallon off and of course there was a line, but it moved pretty quick. Beth went to mass tonight and was back home around 6:30pm. We made nachos and tacos for dinner since it was Cinco de Mayo. Dawn and Jo came over around 7pm and had dinner with us. They got everything done and were glad we took Rylee for the day. So it was a great day all the way around.

Jojo is a play...
We got up around 8:30am this morning. I took a shower and we had breakfast. I had a hair appointment at 11:30am for a much needed cut and color. I got home around 12:30pm and Beth was taking her shower. She had PT at 1:30pm and was not looking forward to it. I finished the laundry and put the rug back down in the dining room. We had dinner early as Jojo was in a play at school. It was really for the junior high kids, but the first graders had a small part in the beginning. It was about Dr. Seuss of Horton Hears a Who. It was really cute. We came out to some unexpected rain, but it did cool off the temperature. DJ had Kyle's nerve test done and it was not good. He has global nerve issues and will be seeing a specialist for it. We are hoping it is nothing serious.

Dinner with Rylee...
Beth was up and out the door early this morning. She had a doctor's appointment at 9:15am. I got up around 9am and had breakfast. I took a shower and went to brush the pool. Beth stopped on her way home to get some pool clarifier. We are hoping it with help the cloudiness in the pool. We had some lunch and Gayle stopped by to see where the shut off values are for the garage faucet. After she left, we went to go pick up Rylee from school. We had chicken fingers and waffle fries for dinner. We had a great time playing and will miss her while we are on vacation. After she left we watched Swamp people and are ready for bed.

Car is fine..
Beth was up around 8am this morning. She had appointment at 9:30am to get the car serviced. I took a shower and started cleaning. I got the kitchen, dining room, and the living room done. Beth got home around 11:30am and the car checked out fine which is good news. I brushed done the pool and the pool fairy came to replace the filters. Beth went out to talk to him cause we did not order a new filter. Guess there was a issue with the filter we got last year, so they replaced them with a different one. Which is good, since we were going to clean it again tomorrow and not we don't have to. The pool is getting better and we can see the filters on the bottom now. So it is heading in the right direction. After dinner we had to go to the pool store and get some chemicals for the pool and stopped by Wal-mart. So now Beth is watching all 3 Phillies team in action tonight, so the remote is getting a work out.
