Disneyland - Day 2

OK so there was not a post for day one. We were so tired last night, we were in bed by 7:30pm. It was a long day of travel and with the time change we were so tired. So of course we were up and ready to go at 5am. The park did not open till 10am, so we had a lot of time to just rest and relax. We had cereal for breakfast and took showers. We headed over to Disneyland around 9:45am. It was a little cool out, so we took jackets. We found by the time we got there we did not need them, so we got a locker and stored them in it. It is so different not taking any transportation to the park. Everything is within walking distance from our hotel. The set up is similar to Disney World, but different. The rides are even a little different, but it is just nice to be in Disney. So we did most everything in the Disneyland park in one day. By 4pm, we were tired and headed back to the hotel. It felt nice to just relax and do nothing for the next couple of hours. we went out around 6pm to get some dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. It was buffet style and good. This head cold that I have is really playing fits on my taste buds, so nothing tasted right. So we are back at the room and again ready for bed at 7pm. We are trying to hold out until 9pm to go to bed tonight. We are doing the California Adventure park tomorrow, but again it does not open until 10am. Today's picture is a mickey pretzel we had as a snack.

Ready to go ...

We were up at 7:30am this morning. We had a lot to do and wanted to get a jump on it. I made breakfast for us. Frank is staying a couple more day as Rose's dad is not doing well. I printed off our boarding passes and we headed out. We had to go to the bank and up to check on Beth's parents house. We then had to stop at Best Buy and return the cameras we ordered but did not use. We finally made it home around noon. We had a quick lunch and Beth was off again. She went to pick up Dawn and they went to a 50th birthday party for a friend of theirs. I had to take Buster in to get him groomed at 2pm and then finished packing. Beth and Dawn came home around 5pm and Jo and Rylee got here around 5:30pm. Buster was ready to be picked up and and they took him over to DJ's house. He is spending the week with Gabby and will have a good time. We are all packed and doing a few last minute things before headed to bed. We will get up at 5 am and leave the house around 6:30am. Disneyland here we come.....

Count down to Disneyland...

We got up this morning around 8am. Frank left around 9:15am to go up to the ranch and pick up his 4 wheeler to take back with him. I started laundry and Beth worked on our bills and her dad's bills. She had to call several places for her dad and cancel his insurance, his cable, and other items. We had leftovers for lunch as we needed to clean out the fridge. I finished the laundry and was able to pack all my clothes for Disneyland. Beth is still waiting for the moment to move her on packing. Frank came back around 2pm. His wife Rose, picked up him around 6pm as they had dinner plans. We ordered pizza and had a nice quite evening at home. Tomorrow will be a very busy day as we have several places to go and will still have packing to do. But it will be our last day before we leave for Disneyland on Sunday morning.

RIP Charlie...

We were up at 6:45am this morning. We headed out the door around 8:15am for the church. Visitation was from 9:30 to 11am and then the mass. Mom, your flowers were very nice. We then headed to the graveside. There were 2 honor guards waiting when we arrived. I had never been to a military service before. The bugle played taps and the guards folded the flag and presented it to the family. The weather was really nice for this time of the year. We then headed to the golf course for lunch. There were about a hundred people there and it too was very nice. We finally headed home around 3pm. We dropped off Frank at our house and then picked up Kyle. We dropped Kyle off and head to see Dr. Bill. My upper back was killing me and starting to tense up. He said it was really out of whack. We then pickup up Kyle and went to his house. We wanted to check on Payton. He took is first tumble down their stairs last night. He was doing better today and no effects from the fall. He was very lucky. We then picked up Frank and went to dinner. It was a very long day and we are all glad it is over. We now are looking forward to some much needed rest at Disneyland.

Long Day tomorrow...

We slept until 8am this morning. We got up and Frank made us breakfast, eggs and potatoes. I took a shower and headed to Target. I had to pick up a few things for the Disney trip. The weather is calling for some rain and I high of around 67 degrees. But is it a cold 67 or a warm 67? So I guess we will take shorts and longs pants. Right now anything above 50 degrees is going to feel nice. I came home and Frank left to go to the ranch for awhile. Beth and I went to the bank and went to get the car washed for tomorrow. It was very dirty. I took Kyle to class and came home and made dinner. We are not looking forward to tomorrow. It is going to be a long day. We have to be up by 7am. Then at the church from 8:30 to 11 am for visitation, then the mass, then graveside services. Her dad is having a military service at graveside. Then a luncheon to attend. We have to take Kyle to class and then get adjustments. But at least it will be over and we can look forward to our trip to Disneyland.

Beth not feeling well now...

We woke this morning to 3 inches of snow. I took a shower and used the little snow blower to clean the drive and walk ways. It only took about 45 minutes to do. It was a little slick under the snow, so I put down some ice melt and came in side. Beth was just getting out of the shower and said she did not feel well. She was not running a fever but had a stomach ache. She blames Rylee and Dawn for giving it to her. Glad to know mine was just some bad food. We left around 9:30am to go to the bank and up to Beth's dad house. The guys were coming to pick up the bed, wheel chair, and lift. Beth went to sleep on the couch and I finished the laundry. The guys came by around 1pm to get the stuff. Beth was still not feeling well, so we came home and she went to bed. She slept until 5pm and finally had a little toast to eat. I also think that everything has finally caught up with her and she just needs some down time. I am sure glad we are going to Disneyland this week-end for some much needed rest and fun time. Beth was able to to her dad's broker today and has to call the lawyer tomorrow. There is also of stuff they need to set in motion, but need legal help with. At least most of the snow melted today and Thursday should be a little warmer. Still no news on the house, so we have stopped hopping and will just wait for it to come.

Feeling Better,,,

We both were in bed by 8pm last night and slept until 7am this morning. I feel so much better today. Beth and Frank left around 8am this morning. They were going to have breakfast out and head up to their dad's house to meet Jeff. I took a shower and cleaned the kitchen a bit. Beth was home around 11am. We then headed to IKEA to look at cabinets again. If we get the house, thanks to a bank holiday we heard nothing today, we will put in white cabinets. We also found the granite for them also. We then stopped at BJ's wholesale club. We got home around 3:30pm and I left at 4pm to go take Kyle to class. We had a dusting of snow last night, but it was all gone before 10am. We are suppose to get some snow tonight, but we will see if that happens.

Bad News...

We went to bed around 10pm last night. I was not feeling well every since lunch. I spent about an 1/2 hour in the bathroom with the runs. Not pretty. Around 2am, I jumped up out of bed and made a bee line for the toilet. Everything that was not pooped out was now thrown up. I did feel a little better after that. Then around 4pm we got a call from Katheryn that Beth's dad had pasted away. So we got up and Beth made several phone calls to her brothers letting them know what happened. We finally went back to bed around 5pm but it was not a real restful sleep. Beth got up around 7 and took a shower. She headed to her dad's house to make sure everything was locked up. She went to church after that. Tom will not be in from Mexico until Wednesday night. Beth is meeting with Jeff tomorrow to go to the funeral home and make arrangements. For right now we are still planning to go to Disneyland next week-end. I think by then Beth will need some down time.

The Call...

We both got up around 7:30am this morning. We were meeting Dawn at 9am to help load a couch and then go see the boys. I hopped into the shower and I heard the phone ring. It was the sitter telling us that Beth's dad was not doing well. So we made a few calls and then headed over to help Dawn load the sofa. After I got it all tied down, we headed to Beth's dad house. Katheryn, the sitter, said that her dad was not eating or drinking and that his legs were starting to change colors. So it is now the beginning of the end. She said she would be surprised if he made to next weekend. So now the waiting process begins. There is nothing we can do except make him comfortable and let him know we are here. Her brothers, Jeff and Charlie, came by for a visit and left around 2pm. We went out and had some lunch and to get a few things for Katheryn. We stopped by Dawn's house to pick up my truck and headed home. It was a very windy and cool day today. I so miss the 60+ degree days and hope to see them soon. So we are now waiting on the bank and waiting to see if we will make the Disneyland trip.

Another day with no answer..

Jo came by around 7:15am this morning with Rylee. Rylee was in her pink piggy jammies and looked so cute. I took a shower first and then Beth did. We had breakfast and then went outside to play for awhile. It was a little cool outside but Rylee did not mind. She loves playing with the pop pop lawn mower and is getting better at pushing herself in the cars. We finally came inside around 11ish. We fed Rylee lunch and she was ready for a nap. I put her in the pack and play and I laid on the edge of the bed and pretended to take a nap. She walked around a bit but slowly sat down and then was laying down. She fell asleep pretty quick and I was able to sneak out with her waking up. Dawn finally got done with her class and came by for a quick lunch. She headed back to work and Beth headed to her dad's house. After about 3 hours of sleeping, I went in to check on Rylee and she was awake and playing with the side of the pack and play. She had a major leak in the diaper and everything was soaked. So after a complete change of everything we watched a little TV and had a snack. Dawn came by around 4:30pm. We had decided to swap cars and she headed to her friends to pick up a loveseat. We will meet up with them tomorrow to pick up a couch and then go delivery it to the boy's house. We love to go because there is a Long Silver's there and it will be lunch time. Beth came home around 5ish and Jo was here at 6pm to pick up Rylee. We had a great time with her today and are so glad she is feeling better.

No answer yet...

We slept until 8:30am this morning. I fixed breakfast and Beth took a shower and headed to her dad's house. I took a shower and started laundry. We were hoping to hear something on the house today, but nothing. Dawn did text the other realtor and she has not heard anything either. Dawn called to see if we could watch Rylee this afternoon. Jo was getting her ready this morning for daycare and she threw up. She was not running a fever just an upset tummy. We said sure, so Dawn headed over before her afternoon run. Beth called to say she was on her way home, so we could have lunch together. Dawn called back about 10 minutes later to say she was not coming over, and Rylee had thrown up in her car and she was headed back home. So we had lunch and Beth went to clean out her car. She left around 3:00pm to go pick up Jojo from school and was home about 10 minutes before I had to leave to go pickup Kyle. It was nice weather today, so I did not mind waiting outside for Kyle to finish. I dropped him off back at home and came home for dinner. Beth made green beans and ham and it was sure good. We had to go back up to Beth dad's house and put up a shower curtain and rod. They removed the shower doors to make it easier to give her dad a bath. So it looks like we will have Rylee tomorrow and I hope she is feeling better. It is going to be 70 and we want to play outside a bit. Beth wants to show her how chalk can write on the driveway. It should be fun.

Beth's dad is back...

Beth was up early this morning. After her shower, I got up and made us breakfast. She left around 9am to go to her dad's house. I took a shower and headed to BJ's wholesale club. I had to pick up some more meat to stock the freezer. After shopping I came home and got out the yellow pages. I had for find some place that had roll out dumpster so I could call for prices. Beth said her dad was back in town around 1pm. There were several people at the house today doing evaluations and making sure he was settled in. I picked up Kyle around 4pm and took him to Sylvan. After I his lesson I dropped him off at his house and had to go to CVS to get our prescriptions. I then came home and started dinner. Beth was home about 5 minutes later. we had dinner and relaxed for about an hour. We then left to go back up to her dad's house. Beth had to take up the walker and potty chair. She also wanted to meet the night nurse. So we are hoping to sleep in late and hope to here about the house tomorrow.

Happy Birthday my love...

I don't think Beth expected the day we had today to be a great birthday present. We were up at 6:15 am this morning. We had to be at the house for inspection by 8am. When we got there, the inspector was already there and had taken a look at the septic tank. It was not good news. Long story short, the house needs a new septic system and it will cost about $20,000. We stopped him for doing any more inspections on the house. With that number we will never make any profit on the house at this point. We called Dawn to tell her the news. Dawn filled out some paper work back to the bank's party telling them about the problem and that we would only be interested in the house if they came down $20,000 on the price. We did talk to the township about hooking up to the public sewer system and that would be more money and take a lot longer than what we want to do. So now we are waiting on the bank to come back with their decision. So we are on hold for this part, but still have another 3 more inspections on the house if this can be resolved. So we had to hurry and call off the delivery of oil, since there is no point in putting it in if we are not going ahead with the purchase. What a day of phone calls and issues. On top of all of that, there were several calls that Beth had to make regarding her day coming home tomorrow. But I think everything is done for now and we are going to dinner at the Melting Pot for Beth's birthday and then over to Dawns house to sign more paper work afterwards. So Happy Birth my love and I am sure things will get better.

A day of many things...

We were up at 7am this morning. We had appointments with Dr. Bill and needed to be out early, so we could be at Beth's dad house at 9:30am. We stopped at Dunkin on the way for a quick donut and drink. We met with the social worker of the group that will be providing 24 hour care for her dad. They were very nice people and very helpful. After they left, Beth's brother, Jeff, came by to bring back the heaters he had to use. He helped us move the bed out of her dad's room and into the garage. The Hospice people will be delivering a hospital bed on Wednesday. Beth's dad will be flying up on Wednesday and there are still several arrangements and notification to be made before then. Dawn had called to say that they would be doing a dewinterization to the house today, so they could do the inspection tomorrow. So on our way home we stopped by the house and all the snow had melted form the roof and it looks pretty good. They guy was there doing what he needed to so, or so we thought. I left around 4pm to go pick up Kyle and take him to his class. Beth called to say that they could not do the dewinterzation because there was no oil in the tank for the furnace to be turned on. So she had to order some oil, which will be delivered tomorrow by 2pm. Dawn was not able to get a hold of the guy doing the inspection, so we have to be at the house by 8am to let him know what is going on. So it is off to bed, so we can rise early and head to the house. The good thing is that we can take a look at the items we wanted to at the house and hopefully the inspector can do some of the work needed and pray for an early delivery of oil.

Beth is home...

The first part of the day was kinda slow. I did some last minute cleaning and took the trash to the curb. I left for IKEA around 2pm. I pent about an hour just looking at the cabinets and asking questions. I left there and went to Home Depot to look tile and carpet. Beth called to say her plane was delayed and was not sure when they would leave. So I went back to KOP to hang at the mall. I had just arrived there and she paged to say they we leaving. I figured I had about an hour and a half before touch done. I grabbed a pretzel and a coke and headed to the airport. Her plan landed about 6:30pm and we headed to Dawn's house to sign papers. Rylee was still up when we got there, so we played awhile with her before bedtime. We signed all the paper work and headed home around 10pm. So it is off to bed as we have a big day tomorrow and lost to do.

Shopping with a 14 year old...

I got up around 8am this morning. I took a shower and had breakfast. I had to run to the bank and get another cashier's check for the house fund. I then headed over to put up Kyle. We were spending the day going shopping. Kyle was looking for a specific item for his mom, so we went to the mall first. They did not have what he was looking for, so we headed to Exton. We had lunch at Cheeseburger n Paradise. We then found what he was looking for. Now it was on to what he wanted for his birthday. First we stopped at Game Stop. He found 2 games, but they did not have the wireless connection for his Xbox. So we went to KOP mall and found it there. He was so ready to go home and play his games. I dropped him off around 4pm and came home. I rested a bit and then worked on the caulking by the back splash. On time it is cracked and ants seem to find their way in the early spring. So I removed all the old stuff and put new caulking down. I fixed pizza and salad for dinner and I am ready for bed. Beth comes home tomorrow and I am going shopping at IKEA before I pick her up, so it will be a busy day. Afterwards we have to go see Dawn and finish filling out the paperwork.

Offer Accepted...

I got up around 8am this morning. I stripped the beds and put the sheets in the laundry. I had breakfast and took some letters to the mailbox. Dawn called around 12:30 to say offer was accepted and we had some more paperwork to fill out. I had to call the get another letter from our broker and went to pick it up. I then had to go to Zern's to the meat market and pick up a few things. On the way home I stopped by Target to get some items. I finished laundry and got it all folded. There is not much to do for only one person. So now we have to wait for the inspection of the house and see if there is anything big that is wrong with it. We are hoping to close on March 9. Beth's dad is coming back to PA next Thursday. He will need 24 hour care, but will be glad to be back in his own house.

Another day of no snow...

I woke up around 8am this morning. I took a shower and had breakfast. I then went down to clean out the freezer. The power outage last week caused some frost to build up and I also wanted to see what meat was left. It only took about 30 minutes to clean it out and remove the frost. I also found I am about out of meat and need to hit the meat market. After that, I cleaned both bathrooms and the dining room. After that, I had lunch and watched a DVD. I went to pick up Kyle and take him to his first on many Sylvan trips. We had another day of no snow and are hoping for warmer weather this week-end. Kyle wants to go shopping this week-end, so it looks like we will be spending Saturday together. It will be fun and I know we will have a good time.

Offer made..

I woke up about 7:30am. It was cold out but no snow, which was a good thing. I took a shower and had breakfast. I wanted to work on the closet under the stair today. It is a mess and needs to be re organized since parties are all done until summer. It took me about a hour and half to finish that project and it looks so much better. Dawn called to say she had filed our offer and that there were 2 other people had offers in also. Oh great just what we need. She then called back to say they asked for highest and final offer fro each person. So I called Beth and we discussed this issue. We came up with a number and gave it to Dawn. We wonder why is it that a house can set on the market forever and when we want to make an offer, everyone else does too. So why is that? We figure that is there are several people making offers that WHEN we get it, it should be easy to resale. I had to leave at 3:4o pm to go get a hair cut and color. Dawn stopped by while I was gone as she had to fax more paper work. After my hair appointment, I stopped by Lowe's as it will now be our best friend and we hope to be on their Christmas card list. I came home and fixed some dinner. Dawn called to say they got her fax and that we should hear soon. So how long is SOON. I know in my mind, soon is with in an hour or so. But I guess in real estate terms it is when ever they get around to it. So we can do no more than wait and hope we made a good enough offer. Beth is working hard on trying to get her dad back to PA and back in his own house. He is not doing well and seems to be going down hill fast. He will need 24 hour care to watch after him when he returns. So keep them in your prayers.

A long day...

I was up at 5am this morning. I looked outside and there was no snow or ice, so things were good. I too a shower and headed to Dawn and Jo's house around 5:50am. It was foggy out and was not sure how long it would take me to get there. I made good time so I stopped at WAWA to get donuts for Rylee and me. Rylee had been up since 6am. I went over things with Dawn and they left around 7am. We played for awhile and I tried to get her to eat breakfast, but she was not having any part of that. she was starting to get fussy so I decided to take her shopping. We loaded up the car and headed out. She fell asleep as soon as we left the house. So we drove around for awhile then came home. I sat in the car and talked to Beth until Rylee woke up. We then went shopping at Target for a few things and then came home. I tried again to get some breakfast in her, but again she was not interested. We played some more and watched TV. We had some lunch around noon and I put her down for a nap. She laid in the pack and play for about 20 minutes then began to cry. She was not going down. So we played so more and she wanted no part of a nap at all. Dawn text a little after 2 to say they were on their way. Rylee started getting sleepy and fussy around 2:30pm,but it was too late for a nap now. She fell asleep before they hit the highway. The weather turned this afternoon and became very cold and windy, but no snow or ice for the next 5 days.

Beth in North Carolina Again...

We were up at 7am this morning. We had showers and breakfast and left for the airport around 9:20am. The traffic was not bad and I dropped her off and headed back home. I had to stop by the broker's office to pick up a letter for the house application. I then had to go to the bank and get a cashier's check. I had enough time to come home, let buster out, and head to Dawn's house. I was watching Rylee while Dawn did her afternoon run. Rylee and I played for awhile and she was ready for a nap. She slept about an hour and a half and was ready to get up. We read books and played until Dawn came home around 5pm. I then came home and had several things to do around the house. I have to get up a 5am and be at the Rhotini's house at 6:30am. Rylee needs another day home and they have a funeral to go to in the city. So I am of to bed and ready for it.

Way to go Packers!!!!!!!

We got up around 8am this morning. We took showers and went to the cafe for breakfast. After breakfast we came home to finish cleaning the downstairs and to get ready for the Super Bowl party. We had to run to the grocery store around 1pm for a few last minutes things. Dawn called to tell us they had to take Rylee to Urgent Care this morning. She was still running a fever and not feeling well. They said she had bronchitis and game her some drugs, so they would not be over for the party. But Dawn did say she would bring over the papers for Beth to sign and we could get our offer for the house in this week. Everyone got here around 6ish and we had a great time. We wanted the Packers to win as we hate Pittsburgh. Beth does not feel so bad that the Eagles lost to the Super Bowl champs. I have to take Beth to the airport around 9am tomorrow, get a certified check from the bank, stop by IKEA, and be back home by 1pm. I get to watch Rylee while Dawn does her afternoon run. If she is not feeling better, then I get to watch her on Tuesday also. But I hope for her sake, and her parents, she is feeling better and gets to go back to day care.

Kitchen Designing...

We got up around 8:30am this morning. I looked outside and the sidewalk just looked wet. So Beth let Buster out and boy were we wrong. It was covered in slick ice. Buster had a hard time just standing and was so glad to get back inside. I took a shower and started laundry. Beth was on the phone with several calls and then took a shower. By now it is too last for breakfast so we just had an early lunch. We spent most of the day working on designing a new kitchen for the house we are looking at and putting together estimates for what we will use as a budget. We did go out and put a little salt on the back sidewalk. The driveway and streets were all melted. About an hour later the sidewalk was melted and the rain was falling. Buster was so glad to not have to do the hokie pokie dance just to pee outside.

A new adventure for us...

We woke up at 7am this morning. I hopped in the shower before Maggie arrived with Payton. Beth then took a shower and Dawn arrived around 8:15am. I made pancakes for breakfast and we headed out the door. We went to look at a house on the market. We have always talked about flipping a house and want to see if we can do it and like it. So we found a house in pretty good condition. It needs a lot of drywall, paint, and new carpets. The kitchen needs a complete reworking along with the bathroom. We think it is a good deal for us for our first try. We have talked a lot to Dawn about it and have done some research and are ready to put in a bid on it. If we can get it for the right price and keep our remodeling costs down, we can turn a good profit. Well we think we can. So we are going to venture in to flipping at least one house and see where it goes from there. Payton was getting cold as the house has no heat right now, so we came home. Payton fell asleep on the couch as you can see in today's picture. He slept around a hour and 45 minutes and Maggie came by to pick him up. We had to go to the bank and then stopped at Lowe's to check the price on a few things. I have a feeling that Lowe's and IKEA will become our new best friends. We are hoping that the snow, rain, and ice are not as bad as they say it will be and hope to go back to the house again tomorrow.

Happy Birthday Kyle...

I got up around 7:30am this morning. I took a shower and was all ready to go, except Beth was still in bed. She has had a hard time sleeping the last several nights, so I wanted her to sleep as long as possible. She finally got up around 9:45am. We had breakfast and she took a shower. we left and headed over to look at a house were are considering buying and flipping. It is not bad from the outside, but you can not see the roof with all the snow on it. Dawn has scheduled us to look at the inside tomorrow at 10am. We then went to the mall and did a little shopping for cards. We came home had lunch and Beth had to leave and go to the bank. I worked in the scrapbook room for a while. It is coming along, but will take longer than I thought to get everything in it's place. We had dinner with Kyle tonight as it is his 14th birthday. He now likes crab legs and wanted them for his birthday dinner. We are watching Payton tomorrow as Maggie's mom is not feeling well. So we have to be up at 7 as Payton will be here at 7:15 and Dawn will be here at 8am. So we are having pancakes for breakfast and then looking at the house. I have a dentist appointment at 1pm and still need to do some grocery shopping. We are suppose to get some more snow and freeing rain Friday and Saturday. But Sunday is looking good for the Superbowl party.

Power outage...

We woke up this morning around 8am. It was very icy out, everything was covered with ice. We made our way to the living room and were talking about breakfast when the power went out. It was not really a surprise with all the ice on the lines. So we got dressed and Beth made a call to PECO to report the outage. They said we should have power by noon. So Beth had pop tarts and I had a sandwich for breakfast. With no TV to watch or computer to play on, we did some of the things that we have been putting off. By noon we still did not have power, so we called again for a status update. It said we should have power by noon. So we went outside and scraped the ice off the back sidewalk. It was pretty easy to do as the temperature was 37 degrees and things were melting. We came in around 1:30pm and had sandwiches for lunch. Beth made another call and they now say we will not have service until 8am Thursday morning. So we decided to wait it out. We put candles out so when night time hit we would have light. We filled the bath tub with snow so we could have water to flush the toilets with. As we were bringing in the last bucket of snow the light came back on. We were go glad they were wrong about the time. I fixed steak for dinner on the grill since we planed on grilling anyway. So now the house is warm and we have power and are ready for a good night's sleep. Today's pictures are of our poor weeping cheery tree covered in ice and the trees that broke off because of too much ice on them.

Icyyyyyyyy...

We woke up this morning to a sheet of ice on everything. We were to have snow first, but I guess they were wrong. We had breakfast and then went downstairs to start cleaning all the kids toys. With the mice problem we had, we noticed that a couple of the stuffed animals had parts missing. So we wanted to wipe everything down just in case. It was a good time to go through all the toys and throw away old or not safe ones. It took us about an hour and half to clean the kids area. We then had some lunch and I went outside to get the mail. I found that the ice on the back area came off easy, so we were able to get most of it off the back sidewalk. We then put some salt down on the front, as we are suppose to get more ice tonight and all day tomorrow.
