A day of drinking....

Beth was up and at church by 8am. I got up and took a shower. We had breakfast when she got home. Beth went outside and put some flex seal on the gutter. I went downstairs and worked in the scrapbook room. DJ, Maggie, and Payton came over around 10:30am. That was the end of getting anything done today. We all got to talking and then Dawn came over. The beer drinking began. Around 5pm, I took DJ to go get another case of beer. Kyle and a friend of his came over and went swimming. So around 7:30pm, everyone left to go home. It was a great day with friends.

Swimming...

We ere up around 8am. Beth took a shower and headed out to meet her brother. I took a shower and had breakfast. I started working on  a pocket hose that had a whole in and hope I could repair it. Beth came home around noon and I went to Lowe's. We had some lunch and Dawn and Rylee came down for a swim. We ordered pizza and watched a movie. It was a good day.

Clean up....

We were up around 8:30am this morning. I took a shower and had breakfast. Beth got dressed and had breakfast. We both went downstairs, but for different reasons. I worked in the scrapbook room and Beth worked in the tool room. She was able to get it almost cleaned up and things put away. Dawn stopped by for awhile and then had appointment. After dinner, we went to Petco for a new basket muzzle for buster and I went to AC Moore and Beth went to Target.

Normal day...

We were up around 8am. We took showers and had breakfast. Beth went down to work on the tool room and tossed a lot of stuff. We had to want for the trash man  and then can fill the trash can again. I worked on the wedding flowers. We had lunch and then went to see Dr. Bill. We stopped at Costco and headed home. I made steak kabobs for dinner. Dawn and Rylee came for dinner and Dawn had to leave for appointment, but came back around 7:30pm. Beth's nephew by around 7:45pm to pick up a grill we had. So to say. it was a normal day.....

Busy day...

We were up around 8:30am. Beth took her shower and took the car in for inspection. I took a shower, had breakfast, and started the laundry. I went to the grocery store to pick up a few things. Beth stopped at BJ's on the way home and was home around 1pm. Dawn came by around 3:30pm. We all went to go pick up Rylee at school and surprise her. She was suppose to have swimming, but because of the storm, no one was allowed in the pool. So we came home and I fixed dinner for us. I made raspberry soup and grilled cheese and bacon sandwich. Just as Dawn and Rylee were leaving, DJ stopped by. We visited with her and after she left I had to do the dishes and put away the laundry. We are changing side of the bed tonight and will see if it is better since we both hog the middle.

Air on....

We were up around 8am. We had breakfast and then went outside. We had to bring the pool cover up and clean it off. It had all sorts of leaves and stuff stuck to it. We then took it back down to the pool. It was already hot and muggy outside. I came in the cleaned the house and Beth worked in the garage awhile. My midafternoon, it was already 85 in the house, so it was time to turn the air on.

Swim time...

We were up around 8:30am this morning. We had breakfast and then took showers. Dawn came by around noon and we went to Bed Bath & Beyond. We then had lunch and I made some spaghetti salad. Dawn and Rylee came by around 4pm and we went swimming. The water was a little cool, but you get used to it. I made bbq chicken for dinner and it was tasty.

Lazy sunday day....

We got up around 8:15am which was too late for Beth to go to 8am mass. So we had breakfast and I too a shower. I went downstairs to putter around. Beth took a shower and went to 10:30am mass. We had lunch when she got back and pretty much spent the rest of the day doing nothing. It was kinda nice. It was a nice day outside and the temperature are on the rise.

This and that...

We were up around 8am this morning. We took showers and had some breakfast. Beth had to go to the track to show them how to use the slushier machine and then to the pool store. I worked in the scrap book room until lunch. Dawn and Rylee stopped by around 2:30pm and had dinner with us. I fixed burgers, dog, and corn on the cob. It is only 68 today, but felt hot in the sun and cold in the shade. We are suppose to be in the high 80's next week and will be glad to get rid of the cold weather.

Laundry day....

We were up around 8:30am. we took showers and had breakfast. I started laundry and Beth went to the pool store. I went to Michael's to get some paint and few other things. We got home around the same time and had some lunch. We then went to Costco as I wanted to get a chicken pot pie for dinner. They did not have any, I guess they are winter items. I dropped Beth off and I went to Wal-Mart. I came home and finished laundry. Dawn.e and Rylee for dinner around 5pm. We had pizza and Rylee and I did a craft project and played games on my phone. I gave Rylee a bath and they left to go home around 8:30pm. It was a nice day with sunshine and not bad of a temperature.

Liz's graduation...

We were up around 8:30am this morning. We had breakfast and took showers. It was going to be a cold day and not even going to make it to 60 degrees. I went to pick up Rylee from school around 4pm. Dawn came by to get her around 5:45pm. We then left to go to Liz's college graduations and of course it was outside. So we bundled up and sat for 2 hours, but we are really proud of her. We got home around 11pm and had a little something to eat and will head to bed in an hour or so.

Another day of wedding stuff...

We were up around 8:30am this morning. I took a shower and had breakfast. Beth had breakfast, then got dressed and went outside. I worked on more wedding stuff and Beth cleaned the pool filters and I am not sure what else she did. Liz stopped by to give us tickets for her graduation tomorrow night. She is getting an associate degree in culinary. We are so proud of her.

Wedding stuff...

We were up around 7:30am this morning. I took a shower and got dressed. Sal came over to talk about the music for the wedding and we visited awhile. She left around 11am. I went down to work on wedding stuff in the scrapbook room and Beth went out to roll the back yard. We got a lot of rain and it was ready to be rolled. Dawn came down around noon. I went to Michael's to get some paper and came back to work in the scrapbook room again. We had dinner and then went to pick up Rylee and Jojo to take them to get measured for their dresses. We dropped them back at their house and came home. Beth watched TV and I worked on more wedding stuff.

Disappointment...

We were up around 8am. We had breakfast and then I took a shower. Beth went to work outside. I went to work in the scrapbook room. We got ready to leave for lunch around 1pm. We were headed to a place that was suppose to have Mongolia bbq. We made the hour trip and found it was not for us. It was a take out place and not at all what we were looking for. So we went to the Cheesecake factory. We were so disappointed. We came home and I worked in the scrapbook room for a couple house. We had a few sprinkle, but suppose to get more rain tomorrow.

Happy Birthday to me...

We were up around 8:30am. Beth took a shower and went to get pastries for breakfast. I took a shower and we were ready for breakfast. I worked in the scrapbook room all day long. Beth cut the grass and did some other stuff on the computer. It was a great day.

Prom for Kyle

We were up around 8:30am. we had breakfast and then went outside. I wanted to get the flowers planted and some things cleaned up outside. Dawn came by and said they told Rylee about the split and the Jo was moving out. I am not sure Rylee understands all that, but will wait and see. I took a shower and Beth finished weed whacking. We had some lunch and I left to go do some shopping and work on wedding stuff. Beth picked up DJ and Kyle and took them to his girlfriends house. They had prop tonight and they good together.

 

Shady Maple...

We were up art 6:30 and left to go pick up Dawn and 7:45am. We were at Shady Maple and having breakfast 9am. I had pancakes, turkey bacon, and potatoes with gravy. We then left and went to the flower place and we found the flowers we will be carrying. We stopped a couple other places and came home. I when downstairs to work and Beth went outside. She could not get the weed whacker to work and I was tired of hearing it, so after dinner we went to look for a new one. I hope this one does the trick.

Cleaning...

We were up around 7:30am. We had breakfast and I took a shower. I went to AC Moore, Bed Bath, and Beyond, and then picked up some gas. I got home around lunch and DJ stopped by for a visit. We were able to get a lot cleaning in the house done and it does not look like a pig sty any more. We picked up Jojo from school and came home. I started dinner and Rylee and Dawn arrived. It was taco Thursday. The kids played outside until it was time for everyone to go home. We are going to Shady Maple tomorrow for breakfast. Yum Yum

Colder ...

We got up around 7:30am and it was a lot colder than the last 3 weeks. We had breakfast and took showers. We headed out to Lowe's and then to Wal-Mart. We can home and had some lunch. Beth went out to work on the pool and I had to take Kyle to work. We meet with the lady that is going to make the girls dresses for the wedding. She would like us to bring the girls over and patterns cane run bigger or smaller and want to make sure they fit.

More outside work...

We were up around 7:30am. We had breakfast and went outside. I got all the deck cleaned and the stairs. Beth cut the bushed down and unloaded the last part of the mulch. We got most of the flowers planted. So it was a productive day. My truck is now it original blue color instead of yellow from all the pollen. It should be cooler the next few days which will help a lot.

A trip to the nursery...

We were up around 7am. We had appointments to see Dr. Bill at 9am. We left there and Beth dropped me off at Kohl's and she went to the bank. When she was done, we then went to the nursery to pick up a few flowers. We then came home cause we had not room in the car. The doctor's office called to say all my test came back normal and I needed to have the procedure done in a year. We then had lunch and I went to get my hair cut and colored. After that, I went to Michael's and the grocery store. I came home and unloaded everything. We then went to AC Moore and came home. Dawn was waiting on the porch for us. I made dinner and then went downstairs. It was a lot cooler then upstairs. It was another hot and muggy day and tomorrow will be the same. We are suppose to cool down from there, but who knows.

Happy Mother's Day...

I got up around 8am this morning. I had some breakfast and headed outside to unload the load of mulch I had. It was cloudy, but very muggy. I finished up the first load and headed for another. Beth cut the backyard while I was gone. I unloaded the second load and I only needed one more load to finish up. The sun popped through and it was not only muggy, but sunny and hot. Beth continued cutting the yard and I finished the mulch. I have about a 1/4 load left and will do it tomorrow. I was very hot, very dirty, and very smelly. It was time for a cold shower. I called my mom to wish her a happy mother's day. After Beth's shower, we headed to and early dinner. We thought we might have an issue getting in somewhere, but we sit at the bar and it is always open. We came home and at 8pm, I am so ready for bed, but is way to early.

A day of adventures...

I got up around 8am and headed to go get a load of mulch. The guy told me it was going to be a very busy day as it is the day before mother's day. So If I needed a second load it might take a while. I headed home and Beth said Dawn and Rylee were on their way over. So I knew that meant I was not going to get the mulch done, which was ok as it seemed to want to rain. They brought donuts and we had a mini breakfast. I took a shower and we headed to the mall and then to Reading. We had some lunch and stopped at Toys R Us and then Michael's. We came home and worked on some crafts Rylee had. Dawn and Rylee left around 4:30pm. Dawn said she might be back. Beth headed to church and Dawn dropped by. We had dinner went Beth got home and then visited out on the deck. It was a great day even though I got nothing done.

Finalized plans...

I got up and did some stuff around the house. We had a meeting with the cater to finalize some plans, then meet with the cake guy on some plans. We came home around 1pm and had some lunch. Dawn and Rylee stopped by around 3pm and left around 5pm. Beth and I both took a nap and got up around 6pm and had dinner. It was a nice night to sit on the deck for awhile. It is back to doing mulch tomorrow and hopefully finished it up.

Good news...

We were up around 7am this morning. We headed to the hospital and got all checked in by 9am. I finally headed back to the room around 10am and then it was nite nite. The news came back as all good. The ulcer was gone and the new drug will be my life long friend. So we left and came home and Beth had some lunch. I had some soup as my throat was kinds sore. We left and went to Home Depot and then to Costco. We came home and we both took a little nap. Dawn and Rylee came by around 4:45pm. we had dinner and then Rylee and I watered all the flowers. So no more doctors and I can get on with my life. Yea....

Tux shopping

I got up early this morning and started unloading the mulch. Beth a gyno appointment and left around 10am. I finished unloading the mulch and I think 2 more load will complete everything. I took a shower and we left around noon to go pick up Kyle. We went to lunch and then took Kyle to go rent a tux. He was totally clueless on when we should get. The sales lady we very good in explaining things and looked to us to help him out, but he did good in his decisions. We then dropped him off at his house and came home. We both took a nap until Dawn came by around 4:45pm. We went to dinner and them came back home. It was a cool day and cloudy, but no rain. I have to be at the hospital at 8:30am tomorrow and hope to be home by 11am. Mom, I will call you when I am back home.

Busy Day...

I got up around 8am. I wanted to get all done today and it was going to be a hot one. I went to get a load of mulch and started unloading it on the back. Beth sprayed for weeds and then help me with the last few scoops. I finished up around noon and we both went to get a second load. Beth is looking at putting a rain barrel by the garage down spout. It would not fit in the back seat, so we will go back later and get it. We came home and I covered the mulch and will unload it tomorrow morning. I started scrubbing the deck as it was very gross with all the pollen and dirt from the winter. Beth wedding Pooh's corner. We finished up around 4:30pm for the day. I have only the bottom deck to clean and will do it tomorrow afternoon. We took showers and then went to get the water checked. It was all good. We then went to Wal-Mart and then to dinner. So we are both tired and ready for bed, so we can start all over tomorrow.

Work and Shop

We were up around 7am this morning. We got dressed and had breakfast. I went out to start planting flowers. Beth went to Lowe's and then took Buster to the vet for a check up. She then came out and started scrubbing the retaining wall. It was really dirty and had not been cleaned for a couple years. I got most of the pots planted and on the wall. I have a couple more pots to fill tomorrow and a couple more plants to purchase. I want to get a load of mulch tomorrow and try a load every day until it is done. We took showers and headed to Reading. We both needed new jeans, got a pair of black Dockers, and a pair of black jeans. It was hot and sunny today and expected to be that way all week.

Flee market shopping...

We got up at 8am and got ready. Dawn came down and we headed to the flee market. We spent about and hour and a half there and I bought a tape measure and Beth got a bench. We had a good time and the weather was great. We came home and Beth cut the grass and I cleaned the house and took a little nap. Dawn and Rylee came down for dinner and I fixed London broil, noodles, and corn on the cob. Yum Yum. It was a great day of weather and we opened all the windows.

Shopping with Payton

We were up around 8am this morning. We took showers and had breakfast. I ran to Lowe's to get some yellow spray paint for a project I was working on. Maggie dropped off Payton around 11:30am. We were taking him to lunch and shopping for his birthday. We went to Toys R Us first. he searched around the store a couple times and made his choices. We then went to lunch at Old country Buffet. It was just ok and I do not have to go back there. We headed home and Dawn came for a visit. Maggie picked up Payton around 4pm. Beth cleaned the pool and it is looking really good. It is still cold as all heck, but clear. We watched part of the final day of the NFL draft and seems we got some good player, but time will tell.

More on the draft...

We were up around 8am. Dawn text to say Rylee was up and feeling a lot better, so we all went to breakfast together. We dropped them off at there house and we then went to CVS to get my prescriptions. Then it was on to the nursery to get flowers. We came home and I took a little nap. We decided to go and get some pizza for dinner and then to Michael's to look at some stuff. We are now watching rounds 2 and 3 of the draft and like what we see so far.
