Merry Christmas..

I was up at 7am this morning. I had to get the oven heated up and the cinnamon rolls in by 7:30am, so I could get the ham on by 8am. Beth was up by 7:45 just in time for the rolls to come out of the oven. There is nothing better than hot cinnamon rolls for breakfast. We went downstairs a little after 8am and began opening our presents. I got DVDs, gift cards, scrap booking items, and much more. Beth got the Wii Sports Resort, a subscription to People magazine, POGO gems, and much more. Santa must have thought we were very good this year. I came back upstairs to make mandarin orange salad, Beth made several calls to our friends to wish them Merry Christmas. I took a shower and started to get things together to take to DJ and Maggie's house. Beth finished her calls and then took a shower. I called my mom, to thank her for all the nice presents she sent. She can hardly wait to go to Game Stop to get a game for her new DSI machine. I am so happy for her. We headed over to DJ and Maggie's house around 11:15am. I thought we were going to eat at noon, but plans were changed and dinner was not until 1:30pm. So we had the boys open their presents. We gave Kyle money, but put it in a box he had to figure out how to open. It took about a 1/2 hr and watching us do it a couple of times before he got it. Payton loved the dinosaur flashlight and the dinosaur books. We had ham and turkey with all the trimming for dinner. After dinner, Payton was showing Beth the inside of the tent he got from Santa as you can see from today's picture. We came home around 4pm and just relaxed. We had some left overs around 6pm and are now watching football. Dawn and Beth are in the final round of fantasy football. This is the last week and next week we will have a party to distribute the winnings. It is raining now and most of the snow is melting. I just hope it does not freeze and make the road messy. We are going over to Dawn and Jo's house tomorrow to watch Rylee while they go get the twins for an overnight visit. We just want to say Merry Christmas to all our friends and hope Santa was as good to you as he was to us.
