Another day of running...
We slept in this morning. The week was starting to catch up with us. We had breakfast, showers, and I headed out. I had to go to the cleaners and got gas. I then came home and picked up Beth. We then headed to Vanity Fair. we both needed new jeans and they were having a sale. There were alot of people there and we got what we needed and left. We then headed back to the ranch. We stopped at Red Robin to have lunch and they have good burgers. The day was overcast, windy, and cold. We first checked out the breaker box and found the breaker to the basement had been tripped. So we reset it and then headed to the basement. The lights were working and we got a chance to look around. The area where the water leak was was starting to dry up. We could hear the heater, so w knew it was working. We then loaded up the dough box that Beth wanted and then headed to the barn. We loaded up a couple of the wide boards that were up there. We can use them as a ramp for the back of the truck is needed. We then took inventory of all the wood working items for Frank. He will be up in a few days and needed to know what size truck to get to haul them home. As we were doing the inventory we saw a giant snake skin in the rafters. Well Beth was done by then and we cleared out. We secured everything in the back of the truck and headed home. Of course we stopped at Long John Silvers and picked up chicken again. On the way home, Jeff called to tell Beth that there was a showing at the vineyard house and the furnace upstairs was set to 87 degrees and that it needed to be turned down and he did not know how to do it. So after we got home and had everything unloaded, Beth went up to see what she could see with the furnace. She could not figure it out, so she turned it off. The furnace downstairs was still on, so things should be OK. We had dinner and are not resting. we are hoping to put up the Christmas light on the outside of the house tomorrow it the weather is better.
