Football and fun...

Beth was up early as the cable guy was suppose to be here between 7 and 9 am. I got up at 7:30am and he was not here. He came about 8:30am and gave us a new box for the living room as our was defective. we took showers and headed to the ranch. DJ had told us about some path that was made through the field. When we got there we drove the path and found it lead to the river, so someone must have be using it to fish or float the river. So no big deal to us, Just wanted to make sure no one was putting up deer stands. we then went to Cabela's for some shopping. We found a few things and then went to Long John Silver's for lunch. I made in home in time to watch several of the college football games that started today. Beth cut the grass and then I fixed dinner. We had marinated flat iron steak and veggies. I then made grilled peaches with honey butter and yogurt on them. Yum Yum. So it was a day of fun and football. Can't wait for the NFL game to start next Thursday.
