RIP Charlie...

We were up at 6:45am this morning. We headed out the door around 8:15am for the church. Visitation was from 9:30 to 11am and then the mass. Mom, your flowers were very nice. We then headed to the graveside. There were 2 honor guards waiting when we arrived. I had never been to a military service before. The bugle played taps and the guards folded the flag and presented it to the family. The weather was really nice for this time of the year. We then headed to the golf course for lunch. There were about a hundred people there and it too was very nice. We finally headed home around 3pm. We dropped off Frank at our house and then picked up Kyle. We dropped Kyle off and head to see Dr. Bill. My upper back was killing me and starting to tense up. He said it was really out of whack. We then pickup up Kyle and went to his house. We wanted to check on Payton. He took is first tumble down their stairs last night. He was doing better today and no effects from the fall. He was very lucky. We then picked up Frank and went to dinner. It was a very long day and we are all glad it is over. We now are looking forward to some much needed rest at Disneyland.
