We woke up to lots of snow this morning. Jo pulled Rylee in her sled down to the house around 10am this morning. Her school and most everyone else were off today. The roads were really bad with a layer of ice and then 6 to 7 inches of snow on them. So we played inside and after lunch we lost the electricity. We got out the Winnie the pooh tent and set it up in the living room as you can see from the above picture. Rylee then watched a video inside the tent and fell asleep for about 20 minutes. She woke up and was ready to go outside. So off we went. The snow had almost stopped, be we cleaned off the sidewalk and drive way. Dawn came to get Rylee and she was so not ready to go home. She wanted us to walk her home and well we had no electricity, so off we went. She was very tired by the time we got to her house. When we got back home, Beth went over and help the neighbor's clean off their driveways also. I really think she likes using the snow blower. We had PB&J for dinner and the light finally came back on around 7:30pm. It was a good thing it was not one of the super cold days out, then temp inside said 66 when the lights came back on. So another snow is suppose to roll in on Wednesday, so we will see what that brings, but right now we have 8 inches of snow on the ground.
